Sa tingin ko as long as pasok siya sa 3-year period validity ay okay lang kahit mali yung nalagay mong assessment date mo. Makikita din naman kasi nila yan sa mga i-uupload mong documents. Pero better pa din siguro submit ka ng notif of wrong answers para aware sila.

Ang hiningi kasi nila ay kelan ang assessment date natin, which is yung first stage. Yung wala pang exam. Wala naman ng assessment letter after ng exam diba sir, ang nareceive lang natin ay letter stating na nakapasa tayo.

Outcome letter will suffice but do not forget to provide evidences for the de facto relationship. That’s very important.

If not claiming points naman sa assessment at language ni partner, same pa din DOE ng EOI mo. Pag meron lang dagdag at bawas ng points magchange DOE.

Quite a handful of documents required. Posting it here would be lengthy and I won’t have time at hand to be detailed on this. Research further into this. as mentioned above, the four aspects must be addressed with evidences.

Hi. May agent changed my EOI state from VIC to QLD. Ayaw kasi nya na two states kasi maqquestion daw hOW genuine I am. I sent VIC EOI january 2020, wala pa din invite pero i understand kasi nga offshore ako and pandemic pa. ngayon, ung 1 year na inintay ko now changed to QLD. 💔

That’s the first thing you should do before even checking on the forum as you’ll get a professional advice vs insights from members on this forum. Lodging an EOI on skillselect and lodging an eoi to Queensland are two different steps. I highly recommend you speak to your agent clarify your concerns.

Hi. Yes. I discussed it with them. Actually sila ang gumawa ng EOI ko. Confused lng ako when they told me na hindi na yun magqqueue dahil change of state lang daw yun, not updating points. Pero nakalagay sa EOI ko is, “last updated Nov (day)”.

• they just did lodging my EOI to skillselect. Not to QLD.

Hope you can help me with my query, or anyone who had same situation with me before here?

I have 491 visa (state sponsored - Victoria), I'm offshore since the visa was granted up to now. I'm applying for jobs several times but no luck (maybe because I'm still offshore). I can't get travel exemptions because I don't have job offer or contract to attach on my applications.

As of today, I've talk to an agency who deploys workers to Australia, I've been told that they've found an employer for me, but not in Victoria. The employer and the agency will file travel exemption for me to be able to move to Australia. My skill is in the list of critical skills. My question is, given the situations that we have, can I make my first entry to work/live to other state's Regional Areas but not in Victoria (who sponsored me)?.

I've tried to request for release/waiver from the state, but they told me that, they don't release or give waiver to nominees/visa holders.

Can anyone help me with my decision making?

my naka try sa inyo na nag erro yun EOI? na account disabled (shown photo above) or my problema lang ang server ng SKill Select? what i did was just creat a separate EOI for NSW and before i was done the error occured. i tried to login to my first eoi and i could not open it as well.

Hello po ask lng po sana ano po chances na mainvite ng Nurses with anzsco code of critical care and emergency pero working sa aged care in NSW. Current points po is 85 sa 189 and 90 for 190. Gaano po usually katagal ang invitation with this points?

Madami pong gastusin sa pag apply ng visa.

Medicals
And lodge application fee.

In my side malaki nagastos ko.hahha almost AUD $18k. But it is because madami akong pagkakamali sa application. Haha and then nag apply ako sa 489 and 190. Which is 7k AuD each kasi family of three kami. So depende tlaga sau

Hi po, I lodged a 189 visa and waiting for a grant and I really need your advise.

We understand that there is COVID and the borders are all closed. My Australian bf and I are looking at other options, para hindi po sana stagnant na naghihintay lang kami sa 189 which is hindi nila priority right now. We'd like other options to be running in parallel with my 189 grant waiting.

We are looking to do a partner visa or a student visa. We are not live-in, LDR po kami right now.

My questions are:
1. Is it possible to apply for a partner/student while I'm awaiting for a 189 grant?
2. Is applying for other visas (partner/student) override my the current visa I have applied for which is yung 189?
3. For the Partner Visa, if we are applying offshore, how do we prove that we are in a relationship? And is there an exception or waiver that can be applied for in terms of cohabitation since may COVID?
3 If a partner visa is granted, will we be able to apply for a travel exemption

@cutiepie25 inarrow down ko lng mga ideas na pwde. Each visas are independent, so hindi maapektuhan kung mag apply ka. Mas matagal ang partner visa, need to prove na genuine and continuing ang relationship. Kung mag apply ng partner visa, may PDF booklet nyan, kahit igoogle mo lang, “partner visa migration booklet” ang title. Mas mahal din ang partner visa fee, nasa 7,455aud. I suggest, apply for a tourist visa, pag na grant, apply an exemption as a defacto partner of an AU citizen, just prove partner ka ni citizen. Pwde din sabay mo iapply ang exemption at ang tourist visa, write mo ang reference number ng tourist visa sa exemption letter application mo. All the best!

Given the limited information you’ve given, I would doubt if partner visa would work as you’re not in a defacto relationship with your boyfriend. There are 4 pillars to prove - financial, social, domestic and emotional. Being in a long distance relationship, it will be difficult to prove that the relationship is genuine and continuous. Case officers will always speculate on your case no matter what.
