PARTNER VISA (Subclass 309 & 100)

Hi everyone. I just want to ask what is the best partner visa to get? My partner is an Australian citizen and we are in a relationship for 4 months now. And we have twins on the way. I know there is a requirement of 12 months for the partner visa and maybe the twins can compensate for that? Thank you in advance.

@Julian sa question mo earlier about payment - pagka lodge inask din agad nila sakin ung payment. I submitted my application through VFS so ung payment is by check.

Bukod sa standard na nasa checklist ng appplication form in-ask nila ako to submit further documentation about our relationship so sinama ko din ung copies ng picture namin and kung pano ung relationship. Nag add din ako ng statements from friends and family members na nagsasabi na they can attest sa relationship namin.

after ko magsubmit ng docs like Marriage Certificate, Birth Certificate sa pagfile ng application in person, nagpasend uli sila via ECENSUS para derechong mail sa embassy.

Tapos nagpasend uli sila ng CENOMAR - even if we're married kasi lalabas din daw sa request na un na kasal kami sa isa't isa.

Nag lodge ako ng mid-March napprove ung visa ko ng last week ng October.

@jennibels hi sis,nag apparently di ako spouse visa nung August via vfs,first email nla medical and acknowledgedment,second email nla nitong October lng asking for nbi and cenomar rin,till next wala parin ako bliktarin...mag aask pa kya cla ng futher evidence with our relationships??or pwede kya mag add ng latest documents kht d nla hinihingi?

@carie if ever naman mag aask sila for further proof sasabihin talaga sa email nila. Feeling ko in ask lang kami kasi di ata talaga namin na state ng maayos ung about sa relationship namin. Ang alam ko pde mag send ng additional documents iddrop off lang sa vfs.

@GGMC ok lng ba na surename na ng husband ko ang last name ko sa passport? kc i have sched sa dfa for passport, ichange surename ko dn. is that ok? kahit ung nag apply ako sa immigration is my unmarried name?
