@elena05.. That is why ur CO didn't reply u coz he/she already sent to you ur visa grant letter. sa palagay q nalilito xa ngaun kng ung hinihingi m. Ung visa grant number ay makikta m yan sa VEVO, kaso wla kang TRN so u need to call the immi hotline pra ma access.. But don't worry, electronic na ang australia. Sa passport m pa lg alam na nla na my valid visa ka to enter australia.

based on my experience tama nga si elena05 na may kulang nga sa kanya. yung sa akin 3 pages and ang header ng 3rd page is VISA GRANT NOTICE which includes the visa grant number, etc.

Nung nakuha ko yun akin meron ako soft copy attached to the email and also a hard copy that was included when they returned my evidences.

Un ang hndi q alam sa CFO.. ang importante lg namn jan sa visa grant letter m ay ung first page. ung mga proceeding page ksi ay mga information na lg yan about ur visa, obtaining a label which no need na ngaun, mga work rights m and other immigration info which sau cguro hndi na isinama ng CO kaya naging 2 pages lg..

@elena05.. Iba ung visa grant number, which is maacess m un through VEVO. un ang latest ngaun bwt Australia. Dati ksi ung mga grant letter nka attach tlga jan ang visa grant number m, kasi nga kailangan yan sa labelling. Pro ngaun wla ng label, so hndi na nila inaatach ang visa grant number sa visa grant letter.

@elena05 better call the call center ng immigration im sure alam nila yan, kung di ka sinasagot ng CO mo. I know machecheck nila sa file number mo kung okay na ang visa mo at maiinform din ang CO mo kung may mali man sa email. Tama rin si hanzyboy dapat nga meron ka ring hardcopy which is parang questionable na dika man pinadalahan nun. Call ka na para masigurado mo bago ka lumipad...

i tried po na tawagan sila just now.... but laging napuputol ung line na parang they were placing me on hold then after that.. madidisconnect na ung line.. huhuhu.. di ko na alam ang gagawin ko.. nakakaloka naman itong co ko

@nfronda wala po akong visa grant na makita kahit saan.. kung anu po ung pinost ko kanina un na po un.. walang kahit anong info un lang talaga..

@elena05 try mo din kaya puntahan VIA center and ipa check mo yung email if yun na nga ang "visa grant letter" na pwede mo ipakita sa airport pag alis mo.

@RF_angel25 nagtry po ako both.. ung una idinidirect ako sa 1909 number.. ung isa naman di ko alam kung may nagdidisconnect o anu... i tried it 5 times.. nakaka frustrate heheh

@elena05,, Ung sakin, pgkarecv q ng visa grant letter hinanap q rin ung visa grant number ksi hndi rin nkaattach sa letter q. So what I did is I just contacted immigration hotline asked them my visa grant number and they just gave it to me straight away.. Tinanong q rin cla bakit hndi nka attach sa letter q ang visa grant number q, sabi nla I don't have to worry. Passport lg kailangan, e scan lg nila un at dun nla makikta kng my visa ka or wla.

@nfronda gusto po kasi namin sure na wala akong magiging problema sa airport at di kami magaaksaya ng pera para sa ticket.. mahal po kasi ng one way ticket lalo pa at sa thursday na ang flight.. and diac numbers hindi nagana.. so punta na lang ako bukas kung wala talaga..

@elena05.. First time m bang magtravel?? Yes, ung Australian embassy sa manila ay hirap contakin tlaga. Napuputol ung line. But that's gud idea na rin na puntahan m na lg just to make it sure na ok na tlga. hirap ksi pag frst time lahat ng kaba nanjan.. Alam m ang strikto lg namn ay jan sa manila pag alis m, pro pagdating m ng Australia hndi msyadong strikto sa immigration nla. So u will be alright..

@nfronda opo first time kong lalabas ng bansa.. kaya lang po mukhang malaysian airlines po kasi ang airline na gagamitin ko dahil sila lang ung may flight sa 18..... di po kaya un makaapekto kung may stop over sa kuala lumpur???

@forevern4always thanks for your reply. so nde pala pde na mag onshore siya while on a tourist visa. Sad. Anyways, do you think pwede na maglodge siya ng Partner Visa then maglodge din siya ng Tourist Visa? Wala kayang conflict yun? Kasi dalawang visa yung aaplyan nya. Salamat!

Yes, pwde xang mag apply ng partner visa ngaun, den while waiting sa partner visa result pwede xang mag lodge ng tourist visa as long as u will inform the immigration and ur CO if u have it already na he is in Australia 4 a tourist visa pra wlang conflict sa partner's visa application..
