ano mangyayari if di ko isasama sa application ang spouse and kids ko? made-deny ba ang application ko?

Hindi madedeny ang application m, but u have to reason out to them why u will not include them. And after how many years, mg paplan ka na papuntahin na ung spouse and kids m sa OZ at another application namn un, another payment, another processing at waiting starts again.. Wat if e include m na lg cla, atleast one application na lg..

Anyway, anung subclass visa ba ang aaplyan m??

though i need to provide my reason, they will still allow that kind of application, right? madami lang tanong but still pwede?

i'm still yet to decide between 189 and 190 NSW SS.

@hawkeye sure ako walang effect yan sa application mo kase ganyan ang nangyari sa friend ko basta you have to be very honest lang sa reasons bakit ayaw mo isama. Tatanungin ka ng CO sa email kaya explain mo dun at the same time pagawa ka ng affidavit stating the reasons.

@hawkeye..yup pwedeng pwede.. wat if isama m cla sa application m pra isang fee lg kayo. den pag na grant na, ipa initial entry m lg cla kahit 2 days lg mgstay sa OZ den balik cla pinas. Den balik na lg cla ng OZ pag stable kna. Atleast isang processing lg..

congrats elena. Sabi ko nman sau eh darating un. Did they email u the visa grant? U need that pag punta ng cfo office. Mgseseminar k muna then papalagyan mo ng sticker ung passport mo. Yung forms bibigyan k nila dun. Mondays and thurs lng ang seminar sa pupunta ng Oz. my website cla, search mo lng CFO manila. Congrats ulet.

@hawkeye yup nasa aussie na sya ngayon at starting a new life. Mahabang kwento pero nung nag apply sya di na nya talaga sinama yung family nya kase both of them agreed na sa kanilang arrangement, marriage was on the rocks and mahirap annulment sa pinas matagal. So nag apply sya then ang unang reason pa nga daw nya ay "the rest of the family will follow after settling in Oz" kase inisip nya madaming hahanapin sa kanya, ni reply sya ng CO na ano daw ba talaga ang totoo, if they still live together or they are separated na, so sinabi na nya na separated, humingi ang co ng evidence of separation ( yung yung affidavit na pinagawa nya stating the reasons of separation and stating also na di sasama sa Aus).

@elena05 hala pati CO na excite masyado sa pag approve at nakalimutan i-attach sa email hehehe oks lang yan, few seconds lang nya yan gagawin pag nabasa nya email mo requesting for the attachment.

@forevern4always naku.. may problema nga po sa visa ko ehh... kasi di nakaattach ung visa grant letter na pinaka importante sa lahat.....

Dont worry, isesend pa rin naman nila yan or usually meron din silang pinapadala na hard copy when they return all your docs thru air21. need mo rin yung mga ibang documents mo eh pagpunta ng CFO, check mo mga requirements before you go to CFO and ipaphotocopy mo yung docs na need para walang hassle.

Requirements for Attendance to Guidance and Counseling Program

Two (2) valid identification cards (IDs) with photograph;
Duly completed guidance and counseling form;
If married, original and photocopy of marriage contract on security paper from the National Statistics Office, or Local Civil Registry Offices; or original and photocopy of marriage contract duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy/ Consulate (if married abroad)
Other documents as may be required by the counselors; and
bring your hubby's passport or birth certificate, just a photocopy is ok
Payment of P400.00 counseling fee. (not sure about the payment, i think 600 yung binayaran ko hehe

Requirements for Registration

Original and photocopy of Passport;
Original and photocopy of visa
*Original CFO guidance and counseling certificate
Duly completed emigrant registration form; and
Payment of the authorized registration fee.

*You need to attend the counseling first before you get the emigrant sticker. After ng counseling you will have the certificate called Guidance and Counselling Certificate and wait mo nalng na malagyan ng sticker ang passport mo. Here is the schedule:

@elena05 - congrats!! just attended the CFO manila seminar last monday. nandun ako ng 6am palang, may pila na sa labas tapos fill up lang ng form then punta sa waiting area. almost 10am na nung pinapanik kami then inevaluate lang yung forms if complete, kukuhanan na din ng pic from there then may ffilupan uling form na bibigay nila. After that, submit mo sa kanila tapos balik ka ng 130pm. Isa isahin na tatawagin for one on one session with the counsellor. Madali lang un prang 2mins lang sakin, inask lang when and where i met my husband, how long have we been together etc then if okay na lahat, bayad ng 400php sa cashier sa ground floor then bigay na din passport doon.. then seminar na till almost 5pm. Pagkatapos ng seminar punta ulit sa ground floor to collect your passport na may sticker na and guidance counselling cert na naka-attach. Just present your receipt to them upon release then okay na

@happywife23 tama po happy wife.. sayang di tayo nagtagpo dun..... kahapon lang po ako pumunta ehhh...

forevern4always tapos na po ako sa CFO kahapon.. dun ko po nalaman na kulang un isinend ng co ko.... kasi lahat ng kasabay ko 4 pages ung visa grant na pinaprint nila.... un nga lang po kung iintayin ko ung hard copy, ibig sabihin hindi ako makakaalis this week po.. eh dapat po flight ko na sa Sunday... hu hu hu..

.@RF_angel25 opo nga naecxite siguro sya masyado... may nakasabay ako same co kami ganun din ung nangyari sa kanya.. wala ung grant letter.... hehehehehehe

@elena05 ibig sabihin b di k nkapagseminar khapon kz kulang yung visa grant letter? Just a reminder lng, before u leave, u need to bring all your docs n ginamit mo for the visa application kz yan din gagamitin mo when u apply for temporary visa.

@forevern4always tinanggap po nila kahit ung visa grant notice lang po ung binigay ko.. kaya lang po inadvice nila ako na baka di ako palusutin ng immigration sa araw ng flight ko baka di ako makalipad..... di pa nga po sya nagrereply... nagsend ako ng message kagabi sana naman magreply sya bago matapos ang araw.. ayaw ko naman tumawag dahil mahal..... opo dadalhin ko po lahat ng documents ko dahil magaaply din po ako ng work dun ehh..
