VISA APPLICATION CHARGES www.philippines.embassy.gov.au www.immi.gov.au yan ung binayaran namin dati, naka 5 months na ako from the date of application, medyo matagal na din.
Ewan ko lang kung ano pa yun tungkol sa babayaran pag permanent resident na hehe ang alam ko lang magastos

@gin05 hi gino, this is jinky andito na ko sa Au as PR..plano namin ng boyfriend ko na mag apply ng Subclass 309 kakamove ko lang dito last March sa tingin mo ba d naman yun ang basehan? kasi binasa ko yung eligibility wala naman dun kung matagal na ba ko dito sa Au o ano e..palno nga sana namin PR na para d na ulit mag apply, madali lang ba? lahat naman ng docs kaya namin maprovide..please reply..thanks a lot!

Hi @jinky, sorry just read your comment. I am currently holding a Provisional Spouse Visa (Temporary Spouse) which is yun kz ang appropriate i-apply kz kasal na kami. Yeah so im married to an Australian Citizen, not Pinoy ... Your case, if you're not married yet ofcourse PMV i apply mo, but after the visa is granted you need to marry your fiancee within 9 months then apply na naman kayo ng temporary spouse, you will wait for another or more or less 2 years to apply for Permanent Spouse Visa. Its still up to you, kung ano ang gusto nyo ng bf mo, if you choose FIANCEE, i think you do not need to show plenty of proofs of your relationship cuz SPOUSE VISA does need more than FIANCEE VISA 300subclass. But both need to show if you are eligible to sponsor, need to submit your tax returns or employment certificate, etc. If you choose SPOUSE VISA, 309 ang subclass. Eto yung inapply ko nung nasa Pinas ako, after 6 months it was granted. I submitted loads of evidences: pictures, itinerary tickets, statdec from friends (mine and his), cards, chatlogs,marriage cert, etc... madami eh. Need to show that the relationship is geniune and continuing, as we have been married for 3 years...medyo natagalan kz my Asawa has issue before medyo confidential.

But whatever you choose, it depends on your case... if you're single PMV300 apply mo, if youre nanghihinayang sa Fee and you want to marry your bf in Pinas you can apply for SPOUSE. As long as you can prove to the immigration that your relationship is genuine, no worries dear. You will be alright. I and everyone here done the VISA ourselves, just check the immi website and read, should i say study their checklist, follow it as your guidelines cuz every individual has different situation. I think your case is not as complicated as mine, so you can do it too. God bless.

@forevern4always hi doll, thanks so much sa response mo I really appreciate it tama ung 300 lang kami kasi d pa kami kasal, ang mga worries ko is nung march lang ako dumating dito dba magiging issue na kakamove ko lang?ano sa tingin mo?pero may work na ko I can provide certificate and payslips, willing din papa ko na gumawa ng stat dec to say he is willing din to support my BF

Tas isa pang worry ko I'm 4yr senior my BF. I'm 25 and he's 21, sa tngin mo ba they won't make a deal out of our age, though ako 25 naman na I believe walang prob sakin. Pero si BF 21 and he's a 4th year engineering student.. Sana those 2 stuff won't impact us negatively

I think di naman issue yung edad niyo kz both of you are eligible to marry. But the thing is, there are requirement for u... Are u already a permanent resident? Kindly check this out cuz u need to know if eligible k to sponsor your bf...

I read there were case pwede mg sponsor yung father mo, but u need to seek a registered migration agent im not sure eh. Hope someone here would share their opinions regarding your situation. Timeline for Offshore Partner Visa (de facto) with Tourist Visa application in between:

March 22, 2013 - Sent Partner Visa application to Australian Embassy

March 27, 2013 - Australian Embassy acknowledged receipt of my documents

April 1, 2013 - Received a Request from embassy, NSO documents

April 10, 2013 - Sent my second tourist visa application (TOURIST VISA)

April 15, 2013 - Embassy received my tourist visa (TOURIST VISA)

April 19, 2013 - Embassy received my NSO documents

April 18, 2013 - Medicals done at SLEC

April 26, 2013 - SLEC requested for additional tests: Anti - HCV and Anti - HBS
(They thought the Embassy wouldn't require another tests for these ones, as I have went through with those before I obtained a grant on my first tourist visa to AU)

May 2, 2013 - SLEC submitted medicals to the embassy

May 9, 2013 - Visa Processing Officer emailed for additional documents like my New Zealand and Philippines Police clearances (maybe this is what they're saying CO ASSIGNED)

May 23, 2013 - Second Tourist Visa granted (TOURIST VISA)

May 27, 2013 - Flew to AU

August 8, 2013 - Sent New Zealand and Philippines police clearances to Australian Embassy

August 24, 2013 - Arrived in Philippines

August 23, 2013 - Visa Processing officer asked me to complete Health Undertaking, saying the application has not yet been finalized

August 29, 2013 - Sent Health Undertaking via Air 21

August 31, 2013 - Health Undertaking arrived in Australian Embassy on a Saturday 5PM as tracked (no receipt or acknowledgements noted)

September 11, 2013 - Emailed Embassy about the status of my application

September 12, 2013 - Australian embassy replied that my application is currently progressing and is being assessed by standards.

To date - waiting positively...



Hopefully soon...

I wanna hear March 2013 applicants.. Please comment...

Hi belle... Mine took 6 months. Same tayo ng CO. But immi changed the visa processing period to 12 months... So wala talga mkakapgsabi kung ano ang minimum and max n waiting for partner visa. Case to case kz, but lets hope 6 months maayos n ng CO naten yan... Mabait nmn cia, sya p tumawag saken nung ngkaproblem ako sa pg scan ng doc. Kya don't worry gurl.

Hi baby, if foreigner asawa mo you need to do CFO khit wala p yung visa, they will issue u a certificate. Go to cfo website for the sched ng seminar. If filipino ang spouse you will need to do PDOS. Here is the website:

You need to get there early in the morning cuz you have to book your slot for the seminar khit afternoon p yung seminar. First come first serve basis kz cla. But then you can ring them up kung pwede I reserve yung slot kung mg airplane ka pa to manila.

@forevern4always Just Cfo seminar lng ung need before the immigration at the airport? plus ung visa grant. what other papers are needed before flying? Foreign partner with mine..

@_BABYMUDisLavish yes, i attach ng tga CFO yung sticker sa passport mo and yung certificate din i staple nila. Yep passport, cfo sticker/certificate and visa ang need sa immigration.

@forevern4always ayy ganun po katagal? Kase nkakainip na din po maghintay. Saka isa pa po hindi namin sya mafollow-up kase po may solicitor po kame. Indian po ba yan si J Molato? Sya din pla ang CO mo. sana naman i-grant na nya ung visa ng asawa ko para before bday ko nand2 na sya. Still praying for that!
