    Ask ko lang if may thread ba on VETASSESS. (I am still learning my way through navigating this very helpful site.)

    I am hoping by 2014 eh magrant ako ng visa kaya eto, I am reading threads here in pinoyau. I'm just worried kasi hindi in demand yung work ko unlike IT or Engineering. Advertising is my line of work po kasi. I wonder if may adver practitioners here who can share their experiences with me....

    1) age points should be from main applicant (kung sino ang nag pa-assess ng skills)..
    2) upon visa invitation.. pag napili ka sa EOI...

    for police clearance sa visa application, bale ito po nka state
    (For the Australian Government to determine whether you are of good character, you may be asked to provide police certificates for each country you have lived in for 12 months or more over the last ten (10) years since turning 16.)
    im currently working in thailand and my past work experienced was in dubai(2010-2012 and qatar(2008-2010). so ibig ba sa bihin nun kukuha pa ako nang police clearance from qatar and saudi, if ever ma invite to apply for visa?

    @cliffhanger82 tama.. Kailngn mong kmuha sa lahat ng countries na nasabi mo kung tumira k ng atlst 12mos.. So sa case mo it will phils, uae, qatar abd thailand(kung atlst 12 mos kana dito)...

    kung submission of EOI pa lang... nde pa kelangan ang NBI clearance... kuha ka lang neto once na-invite ka na and nag submit na ng visa application... what you need to do now is complete your EOI and submit... aside from your skills assessment... dapat meron ka na din IELTS... and yung score mo at least 7 in all bands to claim points. :)

    medyo may setback kami ngayon prior to applying. How long ba valid yung EA results? Kasi ipon muna for visa application. As I understand once naglodge ka ng EOI and kung i-invite ka, you have 60 days to lodge for the visa, tama po ba? So we are planning to submit for EOI like a few months later pa. ok lang po ba yun?

    @piglet24, tama po na you will be given 60days to lodge a visa once you get invited. Ok lang din na ipon2 muna ng pambayad sa basta make sure lang na valid pa rin ang skills assessment mo at IELTS results if ever man na ready na kayo magapply ng visa. Dko lang sure kung ilang months or years ang validity ng EA assessment.

    So, here I am again. I received an invitation to lodge visa na. gulong gulo utak ko. lol.
    tanong ko, bago ko iclick yung apply visa, may bayad na ba yun?

    while continue ko yung pagiipon, pwede na ba akong amg collate na lang muna ng mga documents na need iupload? pwede po ba malaman anu-ano yung gma documents na yun?

    by the way, hanggang ngayon di ko pa natatanggap ang hard copy ng EA result ko. I only have the soft copy na pinadala ng assessor ko. I sent email to EA ang sabi marami daw silang backlog. rawr.

    don't think this would be possible... once you lodge a visa, yun na yun eh...

    sort your finances first before doing anything.

    @ieya_oz i am aware na pwede mag exclude ng secondary applicants sa application you just need to provide a letter why you are excluding them. Di ko lang sure kung yung application fee payable is only for the main applicant. Secondary applicants excluded in the application though are still required na magmedical and police clearance.

    tanong ko lang guys, di ko pa naclick yung apply for visa na button sa skillselect kasi inaasikaso pa namin finances and other documents. And just today natapo yung police clearance ni husbandry for Qatar. 90 days daw ang processing. Will this affect our visa application? Balak ko nga wag na lang ideclare para by end of month pwede na kaming mag apply for visa. any advice po?

    @piglet24 hintayin nyo na lang po hingin ng CO yung documents para ma-stretch ang time. Kung hingin at di pa available, pwede po resibo katunayan na in-process na. Mahirap na po pag di ideclare baka magcause ng ibang problema sa application po.

    @piglet24 wag nio ng antayin ung Qatar police clearnce before maglodge ng application. nag eexpire ung ITA 60 days from the day you got invited. Sayang nmn kung mag expire. as what @tartakobsky antay nio na lang na magrequest yung CO, tas provide receipts lang as a proof na nagprocess na kayo and yung delay is not on your end.

    IELTS L-7.5 R-6.5 W-7.5 S-7.0

    Ibig sabhin ba nun we are not eligible for the 10pts in english proficiency?
    Ano po suggestions niyo? For him to retake?
    @Moontwinks parang I've read somewhere na pwede nyo try ipa-remark yung scores ng husband mo para hindi na magretake. I'm not sure though kung applicable yon for everyone but there's no harm in doing so... :)
    Yes, pwede ipa-remark/re-assess ang IELTS score. You have to pay again initially. Once the remarking result is done & nag-increase nga score mo, then your fee will be refunded.

    @RyanJay , hello, oo nabasa ko ung info mo dati then we checked this with BDO... according to them we should write a request letter saying that we want to temporarily increase our credit limit to 300k and we are willing to overpay... we already done this and we are now waiting for their reply...

    In your case did u asked for approval? or u just directly overpay? we are just worried na baka mag over pay kami then di namin magamit...

    @RyanJay , hello, tumawag ulit kami sa BDO and they confirmed that it is possible... so may isang attendant lang talaga na mali ung info na binigay sa amin... we don't need to request for increase limit.... over pay lang then automatic na mag increase ung limit...
