    pero of course yung visa 189/190/489 are point tested, kailangan umabot kayo ng 60pts..

    ilan po ba ang EOI points nyo, if you dont mind?

    have already updated my eoi, di ako pwede sa 189 kasi " The client's nominated occupation is not on the relevant occupation list for this subclass"..... 60 pts po sa 190 and 65 pts sa 489......
    below 7 kasi IELTS ko, dapat pala 7.0 lahat ng field kaso yun lang nakuha ko.....ang mahal na rin mag take ulit eh.....

    Ok..since qualified kyo sa 190, you need to find a state that can issue you a sponsorship.. Search mo bawat state website kung aling state available ang occupation mo..

    ahh state migration occupation list...state sponsorship visa po yan...puwede kayo mag-apply ng visa kahit walang employer basta sponsored kayo ng state...tingin tingin na lang po sa forum :)

    Mga pre, nagrant na yung visa ko yesterday. :) :) :)
    Congrats! If okay lang magtanong s u dahil d ko pa talaga nababasa options for 186/187 (i ticked 4types of visa at yang dalawang yan pede na applayan), anu next step and options pag wala pang employer? Do i need to wait for someone to see my file s ss before i lodge 186/187?

    If u have an migration agent and can lodge decision ready and only takes 3months at the most for visa app and nomination 1-2 months

    I'm interested in this ENS visa/or any other visa to get us PR status in Australia. However, my VETASSESS assessment turned in a negative result. :( Hindi raw considered periodical ang company newsletter so I'm not considered eligible for NEWSPAPER/PERIODICALS EDITOR.... hu hu hu....

    I went into depression last month because of this. Grabe, nag splurge ako sa retail therapy because of that! Ngayon lang natanggap at nakka recover....

    Hello Everyone,

    Ask lang po ng benefits kung na grant ang PR via ENS, makakareceive po ba ng support from Centrelink incase mawalan ako ng work (atleast ang mga kids)? Me waiting period po ba ang support from Centrelink? I'm on contract work here in Sydney and not sure hangang kelan po tatagal ang project namin. Currently 457 visa po ako and planning for PR application via ENS direct stream (kulang na po sa points for Independent 189).

    so waiting period applies for most centerlink benefits..

    July 2014: Finally issued my CDR
    August 2014: EA asked for update of payment (Outdated application form :( )
    Sepetember 2014: received shortcoming letter (lacked docs)
    November 2014: Re-issued CDR having addressed shortcomings
    December 2014: Received positive outcome :) Prof. Engr (Elec Engr)
    February 2015 : ielts W6.5, R6.5, L6.5 S7.5 bakit ganito?
    May 2015: ielts W6, R8, L8.5, S7.5 susuko na ba ako?
    June 20, 2015: PTE-A L77, R84, W82, S80 God is good :)
    June 21, 2015: Submitted EOI - 65pts
    July 6, 2015: Received ITA
    July 11, 2015: lodged visa application for subclass 189.

    @Electrical_Engr_CDR, it's more of pros than cons.

    The following information are just based on the experience of myself and other people I know who have applied through ENS.

    PROS

    * Work - You will have work when you arrive in Australia. This means you have income to support your financial needs while in Australia.
    * Accommodation - Some of the companies will pay for your accommodation for the first month or more. This is to give you time to look for a house to rent.
    * Visa Application - Some of the employers will do the visa application for you especially if you are applying from overseas. You just need to submit all the requirements to them.
    * Visa Cost - Some of the employers will pay for all the expenses on you visa application. Some might require a bond, for example you have to work for them for a year or more. But it is actually ok because you will have work. And some might ask you to repay the visa cost depending on the agreement.
    * Processing time - Faster processing time than Skilled Independent Visa. ENS up to 8 months while Independent could be up to 12months
    * SkillSelect - Submission of Expression of Interest is not required presuming that you will have an employer that will sponsor you.


    CONS

    * Employer – You will have to work for the same company for a year or more. You will obviously have to sign a contract from your employer and they may note there the number of years that you have to work for them before you can transfer to a different company. This is case to case basis but I know some people who have been on this situation.

    @Electrical_Engr_CDR, as I said, it depends on what is stated on the contract you are going to sign. For example, if the contract is only good for 2 years then after that it is up to you if you want to leave or stay in the same company. The employer will not be able to stop you from leaving the company as long as you comply with your contract.

    The employer might ask you to sign another contract and you have to make sure you read carefully and understand it. Or they might just keep you as a permanent employee and it will be up to you if you want to leave.

    @jonasssshhhh Yung sakin hindi employer ang nag-asikaso. Kumuha ako ng migration agent para asikasuhin yung application ko. Kung confident ka na ikaw na lang ang mag-asiskaso kahit walang migration agent, pwede rin naman.

    Thanks for the information here! Nagbabasa-basa ako dito and stumbled upon this topic. Ano po ba yung 186 ENS Visa? In terms of application process, pano siya naiba sa 457? Kailangan din ba na makahanap ako ng employer to sponsor me this visa? Do employers give you the option between 457 and 186 ENS?
