Second entry to Au on visa 600- will it affect PR application

Hello guys! I have some question I hope can be answered. Fortunately, I am now a registered with Ahpra as a nurse, now I just need a visa that will allow me to work. I have been trying to apply online but the struggle is real. I have now decided to go back to australia and try to apply via walk in or online hoping it would be preferrable as I am onshore. This will be my second entry on a visa sc 600, will this affect my future PR application? And has anyone did the same currently? Going on tourist visa, seek for a job and later on apply for either work visa or pr visa? Thank you so much

@berkkiRN Wala naman pong magiging complication pag pumasok ulit sa Au as tourist tapos maghanap ng work as long as you comply with the restrictions specially on not working while on visitor visa saka in most cases naman, you can't be hired for regular work in a hospital or health facility.

While it is not a sure path, being there already would make you easily available for interviews. Marami rin po gumagawa nyan. Just be sure to comply with the visa restrictions.

If you get invited and lodge your PR application onshore (189, 190), you will get a bridging visa that would allow you to work once your tourist visa expires... @berkkiRN

Can I just update my details if I will renew my ph passport if my tourist visa is still valid? Or do I have to apply another tv? please advise.

Hello, is it possible na pwedeng bumalik kahit naka SC600 pero business stream visa for the purpose of maghanap ng work onshore? I am also a nurse, and katatapos lang ng bridging program ko. hoping for your reply, thank you

@MissAussie if registered nurse ka na with ahpra sabi nmn ng m. Agent ko it's OK, and like what cucci said Basta comply with sa restrictions mo. Ung friend ko kkdting lang sa Sydney wala nmn daw ganap masyado sa immigration hehe

@MissAussie check mo baka d no nassend ung selection criteria now ko lang naisip un eh. Tip ko is be patient, try and try lang tlga sswertihin din. Sa dami ng "unsuccessful "ko na email na narwceive bumawi nmn after a few weeks. OK naman mag onshore risky and magastos lang tlga. Goodluck! I started my IRON program last January, then went back to Ph last April, before ako umuwi I applied na (Feb 24) sa AHPRA. By mid May I got my rego, then I started seeking for jobs libo libong application cguro nagawa ko, dami ko dn natanggap na unfortunately ganun. May 24 ako nag email sa isang agency (not sure if allowed to mention) then two weeks ago I got a call,within that two weeks na set nya ko interview and the employer would like to offer a job so aun na. @cucci hello po. Ask ko lang anong usual questions sa immi if 2nd time ko na puntang Au? Aurn na din po ako. Unemployed na kasi ako. Takot ako baka kung ano itanong sakin. Pwede ba sabihin tour lang? Or ano ba pwede isagot pag nag-ask sila about employment and intent?

And ask ko na rin if eligible ako for BV if bumalik ako sa Au ngayon pero naglodge ako ng PR last feb 2018 ng andito ako aa Pinas? I already asked my agent sabi nya pwede daw pero no guarantee. Baka may idea po kayo. Thank you.

@Peregrine Don't overthink too much regarding your travel. As long as your documents are in order no need to worry. If asked, just answer truthfully. You can also search Youtube for episodes of the series Border Security Australia to get some ideas on how immigration and customs handle random checks at the airports here in Au.

Afaik, BVs are granted only while onshore and you are applying for a substantive visa. So I do not know what your agent is saying na "pwede but no guarantee". But then again, your agent knows a lot better, I suppose, because they do these things on a regular basis.

@miasmith kung di pa po umabot sa portion na mag upload ka ng docs at mag exit and save ka, incomplete po talaga ang status.
