Student Visa to Partner Visa

Hello po, just trying my luck if there is anyone here who have the same case as me. I am currently on a student visa. Just got here in Australia last October 2017 but I've been in a relationship with my partner for a year now. LDR kasi kami before my visa was granted. I need help po in regards to my visa once we get married. We are planning to have a civil wedding here in Melbourne. He is an australian citizen so di ko po sure kung ano yung mga complications if ever magpakasal na kami and I am on a student visa. I will still continue my studies even after marriage. And I also want to confirm if once nagpakasal na kami, what visa should I apply for and will I be allowed to work fulltime na? Thank you po sa mga sasagot. God bless
