NAATI - CCL exam - additional 5 points for 189/190 visa

Hello. Via MS Teams na daw po ang exam? Kumusta po ang process?

Maraming salamat sa mga impormasyong ibinahagi ng ating mga kababyan dito sa thread.

Natanggap ko ang resulta ng aking NAATI exam (20-Aug) ngayong umaga at labis akong nagagalak sa aking pagpasa. Nakakamit ko ng kabuuang 75.5/90 puntos.

Napakalaking bahagi ng aking pagprepara at pagensayo ang kurso ni @MumVeng na 10-day CCL cram course.

Sakop ng kurso ang lahat ng topics sa CCL exam. May kasamang mga listahan ng mga bokabularyo para sa bawat topic na labis na nakatulong matutunan (at alalahanin) ang ilang wikang Tagalog na angkop sa bawat senaryo. Bukod dito, may regular na mga video sessions ng mock tests at coaching kay Ms Venie. Kritikal ang kanyang pagwasto sa mga pagkakamali kung kaya't talagang siguradong handa kayo para sa exam pagkatapos ng kurso.

Isang buwan bago ang aking exam, binili ko ang sabing kurso. Sinimulan kong gamitin ang mga libreng materyales sa Youtube subalit lalo lang ito nakadagdag sa stress. Halimbawa, madalas na mali o literal ang translation ng automated robot - mali din ang timing. Para sa mga test-takers, ipapayo kong huwag umasa ng 100% dito at gumamit ng credible sources.

Maraming salamat Ms Venie sa 10 days course mo at naipasa ko ang naati ccl exam. I only have less than 3 weeks to review and Ms Venie guide me all the way from registration until the exam. With her study materials ay talaga namang sulit ang pg review nya, every online meeting namin at parang exam day lagi with scoring at assessment. Highly recommended. Ang sabi pa nga nya Bawal mg take 2 and she really did worked hard to give us the best materials and the motivation we need. Thank you Ms Venie for being part of my Australian journey. Godbless you.

Hello mga kabayan!

Silent reading lang ako rito pero dahil sa forum na to, nakakuha ako ng idea na kunin ang course ni @MumVeng at masasabi kong napakalaki ng tulong nito para mabuild yung confidence ko sa actual exam. Syempre mahal yung NAATI na exam kaya ayoko nang ulitin ito at bibihira lang ito ioffer every year. 20 Aug 2021 yung exam and nalaman ko yung result ng 9 Sept 2021 pagkagising ko ng umaga.

Overall experience, panalo! Salamat ulit Miss Venie sa pag-assess and pagbibigay ng recommendation para maimprove ko pa yung speaking skills ko.

Hi, physically walang NAATI testing centre sa pinas for additional CCL 5 points. Pero pwede ka kumuha nung exam kasi online naman sya. AFAIK, dati hindi nila inooffer online, pero dahil sa pandemic, ginawa na nila online so pwede na din kumuha kahit wala ka sa AU

Good news na online nga pwede mag-take for additional 5 points. Kaso ang next earliest schedule of exam pa nila ay around Feb next year. Hehe.

yeah, once a month lang ang exam nila. haven't seen an open schedule where they offer multiple dates in a month. kaya nga, if someone really needs to increase his/her points immediately through CCL, check consistently from their website. also mejo matagal din ang release ng results nila.

February is still a perfect timing for me, since wala pang open invites for offshore engineering applicants with 5 yrs experience. I will increase my points for now.

Hi po. Regarding CCL application, ano po nilalagay nyo sa address if wala kayong street number? Ayaw po kasing tanggapin ng system yung "purok". Mag-te-take po sana ako ng exam here in the Philippines.

hi @ericTC, first thing you need to do is untick ung "Validate in google" box, then tick ung lalabas na "overseas" box then pwede mo na manually ilagay yung address mo and select Philippines as well

hi @ericTC, first thing you need to do is untick ung "Validate in google" box, then tick ung lalabas na "overseas" box then pwede mo na manually ilagay yung address mo and select Philippines as well

Hi guys, I just need an extra encouragement or suggestion from you. Right now kasi, medyo nagdadalawang isip pa ako to take CCL exam, kababayad ko lang kasi ng 40k (Php) sa EA assessment kaya pingiisipan ko eton addl 30k payment for CCL.

Right now, I am at 85pts for visa 189 (after EA Assessment (Structural Engineer)). Would you think I still need to take the CCL exam?

Ako din actually napapaisip. 70 points lang ako pag makapag-EOI na for 189, 75 for 190. Next year March, +5 ako because pasok na ako sa 3-5 years work experience, and +5 ulit sa May kasi 25 na ako. So bale, 80/85 ako for the visas.

Ang hirap din kasi i-guage yung news ngayon when it comes to immigration. May news na gusto daw nila ng surge in migrants, pero ang daming citizens na ayaw ng surge. I'm guessing pag natuloy yung surge sa migrants, baka more quota and less points criteria competition. But then again, news lang siya.

Kaya contemplating din ako haha! May pera kami pero my gad, for +5, 30k ang bayad jusko lord. Kung parang PTE lang din na presyuhan eh, okay na.

Almost sure pass po yung CCL pag nagreview ng 2-4wks. Pag kaya pa ng budget, I suggest you take the test. Nagdalawang isip din ako dati kasi ang mahal tapos 5pts lang. Pero inisip ko na lang i-all in since marami naman na akong nagastos, baka pagsisihan ko yung 5pts na di ko kinuha. It's all or nothing ganern 😅. Dati nga lumipad pa ako papuntang Perth para magtake ng test, di pa kasi siya available sa overseas/online noon. And marami rin akong nakasabay sa test na galing sa labas ng AU. If you get a glimpse kung gaano karami ang nag aagawan sa slots at pabibo kids na more than 90pts tapos konti lang ang allotment for the fiscal year, baka maconvince ka na rin pong magtake hehehehe

Thanks for this reply. Oo nga po, narealize ko rin na i-exhaust ko na lahat ng kaya kong gawin to increase my points para wala akong pagsisihihan in the end. Magandang perspective po yung binigay nyo, iba nga ang outlook pag nakita mong everyone is also doing their best for their dream.

I am considering to take it next year, just waiting a little progress with invitations from Dec - Feb 2022

Di po ba yung NAATI, if you're here in the Philippines, online lang po talaga ang way to get it? So ang meaning po ba niyan baka hindi siya eligible kasi through online lang siya?

I read somewhere that people have claimed points for online NAATI CCL and was already granted their visas.

Besides, NAATI said that only online examinations will be provided in the future. No more face-to-face tests.

Hello po.
I emailed NAATI po if successful takers can claim 5pts if exam are taken online and eto po ang nireply nila. Kung pwede ko nga lang din iemail ang DHA, ginawa ko na pero di ko mahanap ang email address nila to confirm. Kasi ang laking pera talaga ng exam na ito. 😅

Successful candidates of CCL can claim 05 points in certain immigration pathways.
