Kapag po ba nag cclaim ng points for relevant skilled employment, EA ang nag aaward or DIAC?

Kasi if nagpa assess ako sa EA ngayon and wala pa akong three years sa work. By the time na maglolodge na ako ng EOI three years na ako which means eligible na ako to claim extra points, so sino sa two bodies ang nag aaward? Thanks!

nka specify sa relevant skilled emplyment ung dates ng skilled work say for example company A from Dec 2013 to July 2016. when u apply by dec 2016, if its from the same company i dont see any issue. im just not sure kung ibang company baka di marecognise

nope indi nagbabawas ang EA. indi din mandatory ang assessment of relevant skilled employed unless feeling mo indi straight forward ung case mo and ung tasks mo e mejo indi related.

as my way to give back.. tipid tip para sa magpapa assesssa EA..

Again, this may not be applicable to all. GB

    credits to @ram071312

PS: yung natipid kong 300+ ginamit ko para sa PTE

@elef @jhazz01 this is based on my exp
Sir sa ganitong method how much points yung nagrant sayo? 15 for sa bachelor's and how many para dun sa work exp mo? I always thought kasi na yung extra points for employment requires yung relevant skilled employment assesssment. Thanks!

@jiomariano i availed standard skills assessment + fast track.. i only attached COE as per EA format per company.. i got 15pts for this when i received a positive outcome for my bachelor's..

I was able to claim 5 yr relevant work exp..10 points for this.. without availing relevant experience assessment from EA..but make sure that your work exp is really relevant and u can provide sufficient supporting docs when u submit to immiaccount/dibp.

@towbee yes.. submit all possible docs.. aside s nsbi mo.. include payslips.. lht ng letters.. bonus, promotion regularization.. employee id..work contract..

you only need to prove that you are paid by the company, third party doc proving u are paid, docs proving n relevant ang duties mo.. docs proving ung tenure mo.. docs showing company details.. all docs are not fake..ito i think ang magiging sufficient proofs to claim points for work exp without availing relevant exp assessment.. this is what i did

all docs info must be consistent as well

@jiomariano i availed standard skills assessment + fast track.. i only attached COE as per EA format per company.. i got 15pts for this when i received a positive outcome for my bachelor's..

I was able to claim 5 yr relevant work exp..10 points for this.. without availing relevant experience assessment from EA..but make sure that your work exp is really relevant and u can provide sufficient supporting docs when u submit to immiaccount/dibp.

Thanks man!

In my case, I am inside Australia thru Visa 476. I applied for relevant skilled employment for 1 year inside Australia but EA rejected it. I'm casual employee (thru an agency) and they claim that I'm paid 'very low' to what a casual professional industrial engineer should receive. My problem is I already have a Visa 189 invite last July 6 but I couldn't use it since EA rejected my work assessment. Bigger problem as my Visa 476 will expire next month.
I am scared to proceed without having assessment of EA, you're betting your visa fee on the line.

@jiomariano Not EA, all points will be coming from skillselect/DIBP. EA will only gives an opinion and DIBP, most of the time, honors it ( for standard skills assessment)

_ Civil.. yes may risk tlga pero may advantage din.. risk in a way na possible na mareject pero since confident ako na relevant tlga sya,its a matter of providing supporting docs na lang tlga, and CO's decision on it may vary from CO to CO..and advantage naman nya, i can claim for my whole 5 yrs without EA deducting some yrs ( they do deduct as much as 5 yrs if they deem not related)

EA only provided an opinion.. if u want to be sure.. at if 60pts kp din if aalisin yun 1 yr aussie exp mo, make a new EOI.. pero if gsto mo mag risk bka pwede ng wag mo na ipaalam sa CO na nagpa assess ka ng 1 yr then just provide all supporting docs.. only my opinion..

    LB or Diliman?
