@jeplii per CE may number of words requirement. siguro that's around 3-4 pages. yung summary statement naman, 5-6 pages yung usual ko nakikita. yung CPD dapat 1 page lang. keri naman na DIY lang. basa ka na lang mabuti sa MSA guidelines. mahal din kasi pag mag-agent.

Ask ko lng po sana.. ung husband ko po kc engineering graduate sya s atin.. pro hindi sya nagwork n enginner ung title. Single phase inspector po sya s electric company. Plan ko po kc mag claim ng 5 points gling s kanya.. if gumawa po xa ng CDr possible kya n mkakuha kmi ng positive asset s qualification nya. Hindi nmn po nmin ipapaasses ung employment nya kc d n rin kmi mkakuha ng certificate of employment nila kc wla n rin kmi sa pilipinas.. habol lng po nmin ung additional points..salamat s magrereply..

sabi ko icheck nlng at palagyan ng official letterhead sa hr, tpos nakita ko sya n dn ang nag eedit ngaun at naglalgay ng logo,
ask ko lang if ok lng b un khit sya na ang nageedit at parang di official? hahaha

hehe, pasensya npo. bali ako po gumawa ng letter of reference COE with jd,
nkalagay npo dun lahat ng information. bali separate branch kasi kami.
engineering lang kami dito lahat sa building.
nsa ibang lugar yung hr and other department.
sinubmit ko sa manager ko ung gnwa kong letter tpos sabi ko palagyan nlng ng logo at authorized signature at contact info tapos pakicheck n din.

ang expected ko kasi ilalagy ung official letterhead ng HR, kaso tong manager ko na ang nag edit, meron kasi tlga kaming official logo kaso baka wala syang copy, absent din ata HR kaya sya na gumawa.
inedit nea nlng nilagayan nean ng logo na cinut lng nea kung saan haha tapos address tpos contact number ng company at website, tpos pinirmahan nea, kaso di colored ung logo, wala ding company stamp
pero may signature naman ng engineering manager kaya kita siguro sa scan, ok lng po kaya to?

@zballesteros it's difficult to tell since you're just describing it. If it conforms with the EA specs then should be fine. Usually letterhead and contact details of the person signing it ang kailangan. Yung stamp if it could be provided Lang. Docs should be clear coloured copies. At the end of the day, it will be upon tge assessor's discretion. Usually before isubmit namin yung docs on behalf of our clients we screen through them since we're kinda familiar with what could be acceptable or we kind foresee possible issues so we can address them before lodging. We do this everyday so we kinda have an idea. Ang hirap to advice dahil Hindi ko naman nakikita yung letter just an overview Lang.Hope that helps somehow.

@zballesteros I would put it this way, if hindi mo nakita na siya lang ang gumawa nung letterhead (logo or what not), with pirma niya and stamp, pagdududahan mo ba na legit ung document? Mukha ba siyang tunay? Kasi IMO, manager naman sya so I guess may right siya to give you legit document. And I don’t think na he’ll put his name on the line because of you kasi pirmado niya yan, eh. If hindi legit, sa kanya rin bagsak niyan. IMO lang ha.

@jazmyne18 the question is, would it look convincing to the assessor and if it meets the requirements? We've seen infinite number of letters that would look fine from the applicant's perspective but when we check them we spot possible issues so pinapabago namin sa client. Sometimes even just one word missing on the letter pwede maging issue.

@jazmyne18 @RheaMARN1171933 di lang po colored ung logo pero ok naman ung tingin ko. di ko sure kung magrerequest na lang ako ng bago medyo nkakahiya din kasi kung magrerequest pa ulit ng bago. pero thank you po sa mga inputs nyo.

@zballesteros Ganyan ung nangyare sa COE ko sa 1 company..Prinint ng HR sa B&W, tas back-toback pa! Buti n lang ung company registration stamp ay blue kaya di sya nagmukhang photocopy lang. Ung company logo pa naman namin ay kilala na blue at white design. Inaccept naman ni EA-- baka nadala ng blue stamp..

@jazmyne18 @dreamer111114 black ballpen din gamit nea for the sign e, pwede naman siguro magpasign ng red ballpen, pero di po ba pwede un? kasi ung COE ko din na isa, black ballpen din ang pangsign tapos pure black tlga ang font galing sa HR. bali ung 2 kong COE pure black and white tpos black ballpen lng ang pinangpirma.

@zballesteros if unsure, baka pwede mo na lang ipaulit sa manager mo? ang hirap din magrisk kasi mahal ang bayad. saka kung colored talaga yung logo nyo, baka maging source of doubt pa sa case officer mo. also ang requirement ng EA ay recommendation letter printed on company letterhead diba? hindi lang basta may company logo.

kung pwede mo naman irequest ulit baka mas mabuti na re-print na lang ulit.

May tanong lang po sa reference letter. Need ba lagyan ng "certified true and accurate copy of the signed" na stamp yung letter? Or yung signature lang ng hr or supervisor mo ay pede na basta nasa company letterhead. Baka pede po makahingi sa inyo ng sample. Thanks in advance!

@zballesteros Yes, sa COE, black ballpen din signature nung HR manager with name nya and designation/position. Ung sa blue stamp andun ung company registration #, address and contact number. Also, i included supporting docs sa separate files such as payslip with colored logo and no signature (ganun kasi paylsip namin downloaded online, random from years na nagstart up to present) and IRAS (sa pinas ITR ito)

@EEmaster ung sa isang "reference letter" ko na hindi galing sa HR (sa collegue ko lang), I made a statutory declaration. Ito ung case na may generic COE ako from HR pero walang detailed JD.. Kaya I asked a former colleague to attest sa JD ko, then notarized ng lawyer. But not sure if accepted pa ito sa ngayon because I heard na may revisions sa MSA requirements ata para sa supporting docs. I got my EA result last month.

Ang alam ko din di na sila tumatanggap ng statutory declaration. Ang plano ko kasi kay supervisor ko siya ipapirma pero pano masabi na true copy siya?

@EEmaster option 1 or option 2 ba ang balak mo? basta nasa official company letterhead tapos complete yung details ng signatory ok na yun. colored scanned copy lang naman ang hinihingi nila hindi CTC. based din sa experience ko, wala namang mga stamps. although wala pang result MSA ko pero may 1st CO contact na at hindi naman sila nagrequest ng true copy. hope this helps

pero comment sya sa isang career episode. hindi regarding sa RSEA.

wala pa namang nagsabi sakin na kinontact sila. pero parang may nabasa ako before na DIBP ang nagveverify hindi EA.

For fellow engineers po dyan, I will be celebrating my 5th work anniversary on November 12, 2017. Ika-count kaya nila as a 5-year experience yung experience ko?

Brief Background: 1st company (almost 3 years) - Working @ a local telco here in the Ph as a provisioning engineer (installation - service delivery). However, first 4 months ng experience ko ay trainee palang ako
2nd company (started Sep 2015 to present) - Working @ an international telco here in the Ph as a network engineer (NOC - operation - troubleshooting).

Question lang mga bro and sis, bka may same issue ako dito.

Im working in my company from July 2008 till present. I applied for my Skill Assessment last year 2016, I got the assessment result POSITIVE, but Engineer Australia only count my relevant years of experience from 2013-2016 due to luck of supporting documents daw. I missed to submit my TAX year 2009-2012, akala ko walang maging issue one company lang naman.

Now, I na gather ko na lahat ng supporting documents for my work, including my tax assessment 2009-2012 na namissed ko e submit sa EA.

My Question is.
Do I need to go for re-assessment to correct the count years of my relevant work experience so it will reflect sa assessment result ko from engineer australia.

OR

DiBP will consideration if we will pass all the supporting documents?

Sana may mag advise, worry kmi n bka maging issue pa Ito once na nakareceived kmi ng invitation.
