1. First thing you can do is to email the HR because they will have the records even when your immediate supervisor is no longer part of the company. Email should be a formal request of the letter, outlining all the things you need it to be. Be polite of course, not demanding.

2. Call to ask if they received the email and inform them that you intend to visit at a specific date.

3. Third is visit your company in person (if safe enough). Bring a printed letter as well. Basically, kausapin nyo po sila ng tao sa tao, that you need their assistance for your visa application and explain explain explain na ganun ang itsura ng reference letter na hinihingi ni Australia. If ayaw, escalate to HR manager.

If you're not anymore part of the company, most likely, they will be happy to help you and just say, "padalhan mo ako ng kangaroo kapag andun ka na". Mas mahirap ata magrequest kapag still part of the company. You know, awkward. But just want to highlight that it REALLY helps to go visit your HR in person. I did this with my two former companies. Hope it helps you guyz.

Last tip (but not-so-ethical), bring pizza or cake. haha!

Ohhh, thank you sa tips! I emailed them 2 weeks ago and then nag visit ako yesterday to get my back pay and also to follow up my request. Unfortunately, hindi nga daw sila nag bibigay ng customized COE. Yung generic COE lang ang pwede nila iprovide. Confirm ko lang, diba hindi na allowed yung affidavit lang from superiors?

1. Revise CDR with some hints or tips what are missing in it.
2. Reference letter from previous company (generic COE without the complete details needed by EA is not accepted).
3. Proof of contribution during the work exp (SSS data lang yung binigay ko that seems ok naman since binigay yung work exp ko)

Hello po. In my case po, company policy daw po. Yung binibigay nila na COE is may template daw po. Saka di daw talaga sila nag bibigay ng reference letter. Nag try po ako mag print ng reference letter na for signature na lang nila pero nireject po nila. Hahaha.

Yung COE po talaga, may company policies surrounding what it can include. Kahit may batas na karapatan natin mag-request nun, company po ang nagde-decide ng templates at contents nyan, considering ung minimum requirement ng batas.

However, yung reference letter, I'm not sure because it's not a document normally requested. Kaya iyon po talaga ung pwede nyong i-push. The best thing you can do is escalate it to someone who can make that decision.

One more option is to check Option 2. Dito po kasi sa Option 2, you can use the COE + another document showing your responsibilities e.g. Job offer letter ; annual review. If your company is good with record keeping, they should have these on file if you've already lost yours.

Hello po! Good day po sa lahat.

Ask ko lang po sana kung meron na po bang similar case yung husband ko.

BS ECE po sya by Degree and licensed din po from Section 1 school.

Originally, sa ACS po sya nagpa assess under Computer Network and Systems Engineer - ANZSCO 263111 -> positive naman po yung result kaso -2yrs po yung exp nya 10pts lng po yung makukuha instead of 15 sana.

Tapos po we found out meron din po palang under EA na: Telecommunications Network Engineer - ANZSCO 263312

Ang work po ni hubby e work on IT as Network security engineer (8yrs) and hoping kame na pwd din kame magpa assess sa TNE na ANZSCO kasi yung sa 263111 e medyo tight po ata labanan at mataas ang points ng mga naiinvite na.

I submitted BIR 2316 forms for my skills assessment. Yung iba may stamp na received, yung iba wala. Okay naman and walang issue since I received my result already.

Sa mga company na nagwork ako di din daw cla nagbbigay ng customized jcoe. Ang gnawa ko gumawa ako ng draft then edit nlng nla. Nagbigay naman lahat. Ung iba pinadaan ko sa managers at nakiusap. 😀

Lahat po ng pinasa ko na form 2316 both for EA at Immi walang "received" na stamp. Walan naman naging problema. Cheers.

Onshore applications remain the priority still. It was made known during the Federal budget announcement that the government is looking at opening their borders to international travel by mid of next year.

Best to concentrate on lodging your EOI as soon as possible for the time being. The sooner you do this and the higher the points, you increase your chances of getting invited when restrictions are lifted.
