mga gaano katagal po magkakaron outcome from the day na nagsubmit ng additional documents?

Today marks 3 days after I submitted my additional documents. Still no word.
Sent an email, got the standard reply that it is not longer fast track after being assigned to an assessor and I could wait for 4 weeks. TF, EA.

My assessment already has an outcome on this verification form for 2 weeks already. But not assessment date, and still no outcome letter.

I mean dapat ata ang primary applicant ay naka humanitarian visa dapat or something similar para ma avail yan - then when that condition is fulfilled pwede na ang secondary entrant to have the other visa types. Ano ba visa mo? Humanitarian ba or similar?

I also read closer into this before - etong skills assessment na eto e para mga permanent visa holder na to improve their chances on getting a job. It's too good to be true that they will offer the fast track to all the temporary visa classes, kasi that's the main purpose of the skills assessment - to get a PR visa

Nothing is wrong, tf you mean. You're not EA, and your experience/time line is not going to be the rule. I have no longer any control over this matter. And your comment is not helping.

I posted my situation so others might also have an idea if they are in similar cases. If wala kayong helpful comments, and you're not a migration agent/lawyer, wag na lang mag comment.

Good day! Sa mga recently nagapply for relevant skilled employment. Enough the ba yung letter of reference and kahit dalawang (2) secondary document ang mapakita for example SSS at Pag-Ibig lang?

On my case, yes enough sya. Kase yan lang rin ang pinasa ko and no comment nmn from the assessor.

Alright, thank you so much for this info!

Hi sir, how did you make your cdr? any suggestions pls

My friend already paid for one but decided not to push through with it since meron na po siyang positive assessment from ACS. Selling for a lower price po.

I wouldn’t recommend hiring someone to write your CDR….be very careful.

    +10000000 infinity and beyond! LOL

And as a professional and board passer at that, why would one do that, right??? It's like letting someone else take over their own life. It's silly.

It's ok for someone close to copyread the text. But, to write it? BIG NO. One must own their experience and qualifications and be able to communicate it the best way they can. :)

Of course I would still write my own CDR since no one really knows what I actually do except myself. Hiring a CDR writer for proofreading purposes po to help me explain, describe and expound what I'm doing in formal words and chronological manner. That's the work of CDR writer. Not necessarily to write the whole CDR.

Engineers are technical workers po, but not all have the talent in writing... specially if it is not written in our native tounge. I know what words to use but I strongly feel that there are better ways to describe what I am doing.

After po dumaan kay CDR writer, syempre i-rereview ko po ulet if ok na po siya (and hopefully learn how to write better along the way). Magkakaron pa po ng discussion between me and the CDR writer para mas mapolish yung CDR before submitting for assessment.

Hi where did you get cdr writer?

If my comment seems offensive i didn’t mean it that way, if you think there is nothing wrong with your submitted docs then trust EA is doing something with it .
We all have gone that period of waiting and i understand your frustration, at the end of the day the decision lies with EA.

    Hello everyone!

I am a Chemical Engineer in the Philippines. I would like to ask if its okay to use my entire experience as a Production Manager in a Manufacturing Company as one Career Episode in my CDR? (2.5+ years na ako sa position).

Then I'll include rin sa rest of career episodes ang mga specific projects I handled during my tenure.
    For example ganito po:

Career Episode 1: Experience as a Production Supervisor/Manager (included po yung engineering activities sa pre-production, production and post production)

Career Episode 2: A specific project for waste reduction in the production (which will slightly/not be mentioned sa Career Ep 1)

Career Episode 3: Equipment Maintenance Activities (also, will not be mentioned in Career Ep 1).

Hoping for your valuable insights and advices regarding on this.

Thank you in advance sa mga responses po! God Bless!

It does not matter, as long as you can demonstrate they are relevant to your nominated occupation. Tie these career episodes to your core competencies as per the MSA booklet.

Noted on this po. I should construct my CEs properly talaga. Thank you po! God Bless!

I hope someone could help me on this:

    • SSS Contribution - I already submitted a screenshot of the Contributions page found in the SSS Member Portal. Is this the right one?

    • Form 2316 - already submitted for years 2018-2022. None available yet for 2023. All copies are only available in B&W as per our HR (form template was downloaded from BIR website). I also attached the BIR Certifications for each year. What do they mean of "must be validated by BIR"?

    Thank you in advance.

Hello po. I have question po sana.
I'm an ECE graduate with 4years exp sa Telco and 3 years sa Enterprise company as NOC engineer.

Also, with regards to CDR reporting, since wala akong nahandle na projects dahil more on support/operations kami, okay lang ba na more on troubleshooting yung maging flow ng CDR?

Baka po may same situation dito na nakapagpaassess na. hope you can give me insights. Salamat po!

    Hello po.
Meron po bang similar case dito na nagpa assess kay EA without ITRs and Payslip from previous employer and got a positive outcome?
Available documents ko po kasi are:
    1) Reference Letter based on EA requirement;
    2) SSS Contri
    3) PagIbig Contri
    4) Philhealth Contri
    5) Bank statements (Company name is not mentioned, only 'BIZLINK' and date of transaction)

For ITR and payslip, di po sya available kasi I wasn't able to keep all the records.

Nagwork ako sa isang company nung Feb2022-Oct2022 (contract of service), so wala ako govt contributions mula sa company na to.

What does contract of service mean? Based from the limited info you provided, it looks like you worked not as employee for that company but as a contractor which means you’re classified as self employed

Hello po Ma'am @RheaMARN1171933 I'm in the same boat din po with @lvnrtnr. In my case, I was hired in a government project to provide services not normally done by tenured staff.

I applied for CDR + RSEA last June and this issue was the main bottleneck. All my employment history was under a contract of service (no government contributions whatsoever), so the only proof of skilled employment I had with me was my BIR 2307, COE, and bank statements (showing salary deposits).

After a few weeks of back and forth with the assessor, I just told them I no longer wished to push through with RSEA and then they gave me a positive CDR assessment a few minutes later. But now I'm considering trying RSEA again for the extra 5 points since the number of state allocations released today was a lot smaller.

Please let me know @lvnrtnr if you have an idea of how to get validation from BIR, I'll also share here kapag meron ako nahanap na way. Thank you po sa inyo in advance!

From what I could gather it seems that you will fall under self employed.

Hope this will help sa may similar questions.
Please note, this is only my experience. Every case will be different, and every case officer will have their own decisions.

BS ECE graduate from section 1 school, but worked in automation and control (233513). Applied as 233411 (Electronics Engineer) since this is my PRC license and I did not want to risk EA asking for a different diploma. Did not lie in my CDRs, just pointed out that I had several instrumentation, control theory and programming courses in college. I also related electrical/electronics fundamentals in my CEs. Please also note that I have an international certification in automation, so that must have helped a lot. CO gave me the option between 233513(Automation and control) and 233914 (Engineering Technologist) during information Request. I chose Prof.Eng. (in some cases engg technologist might be better in terms of number of invites/allocations and convenience. Research is key.)

In my initial application, I only sent Reference letter (almost complete details they were looking for in company letterhead) + SSS screen shot for employer 1, and standard COE + Job Offer + sss screen shot for employer 2.

    Timeline:
    29/6 Submitted CDR+RSEA+Fast track
    26/7 Assessment in progress
1/8 RFI : reference letter from employer (current employer won't give detailed reference). Was given the choice between 233513 and 233914.
2/8 Sent standard COE + job offer + job description (all official and signed), plus 6 months payslip with HOURS WORKED highlighted. Gave them detailed cover letter explaining submitted docs.
4/8 "Competent" as Electronics Engineer in assessment page but no date.
    https://portal.engineersaustralia.org.au/estage1/search
8/8 Sent follow-up email/status request to [email protected]
Got reply 3 days later that application is still in progress bla bla
16/8 Sent another follow-up email.
18/8 Received my outcome as 233513 plus all 10++ employment years credited.

I will not entertain questions at this time. (wow press con? HAHAHA)
