Im looking a single female or a Large MASTER BEDROOM WITH ENSUITE or privateroom included King/queen size bed,2 bedside table,lampshade and large Built in wardrobe in a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom modern apartment located in Homebush 2140.

Its fully furnished modern apartment with contemporary kitchen.Its small boutique secure building with total 12units only.

You will share the unit with me only.

Its 9mins walk to Homebush station
2mins train to Strathfield for express train.

10mins walk Flemington station.Its
21mins to Townhall Station SYDNEY CBD.
21mins to Parramatta Station (Westfield Shopping Centre)

6mins by Train To Burwood ( Westfield Shopping Centre)
Its walking distance to DFO,OLYMPIC PARK FLEMINGTON MARKET,ALDI,GEORGE ST Restaurants (pancakes on the rocks,outback.and etc ).
Less than 10mins drive to Rhodes (Ikea) and Costco, Nike Factory.
