> @wintergreen there are some instances na hindi sya nagchange. Sa amin received lng sya, hanggang dumating na grant notification. Nagcheck pa ako mga 12nn that day, ganun pa din status, 2:10pm ako na grant.

Mejo napag uusapan na rin dito yung mga qualified na for PR after staying x number of years sa regional areas. Affected din sila ng paghihintay. Kung anuman ang changes regarding the processing times, i am pretty sure may logical reasoning yung DHA don.
Baka di rin naman nag-a-apply ito sa lahat ng cases, if straightforward application, nakukuha rin ang grant within the 100+ day period. Calculated din siguro yung mga employment verification or pag acquire ng Police clearance from different countries. My sister's partner took almost 2 years ma-grant dahil sa processing nung Qatar police clearance nya.
11-22 months might be just "conservative" timeframe.
