Yes married po pero siguro kasi less than a year pa lang kami kasal, although 1 year na rin this feb kaya provide na lang ako further evidences hehe

Wow congrats @donyx and @Devi@nt19 sana malapit na din ang May. hehehe

Patulong naman, I lodged my application last May 6th, then I gave birth so I submitted a change of circumstances and submitted all the requirements however I haven't received any feedback from them, nor send us the bridging visa for my baby. (We are on 457 and after we lodged they immediately sent us bridging visa for myself and hubby).

I followed it up via email, but still no response should I call their hotline? You think it's a good idea? or I'll just wait?

Bro @robinsyreyes 4 straight months lang. Isip ko baka hindi lang nakita ng maayos ni CO eh. tsaka way back 2013 pa un. Di ko pa tuloy alam pano moves.

Possible bro, clear naman na klangan lang ng PCC sa 1yr total accumulated. Yung akin abot ng mga 7 months sa SG ndi na ko nag PCC. Tanong natin sa may experience or sa expert. Baka si Ms. Rhea makapag advice.

for work ba yung 4 months bro? afaik, kung declared work related at di naman recreational/vacation yung nilagay mo within duration na yun, in my opinion kelangan kang kumuha ng PCC. Pasok pa rin kasi sa within last 10 years na pinuntahan/stayed na country kahit na 2013 pa rin yun.

Hmm pwede po ba malaman anong evidence pa ang pinasa nyo? Nagupload din kasi ako ng marriage cert. Baka mamaya ganun din mangyari samin, hingan ng proof kahit may marriage cert na haha. Gusto ko lang unahan yung CO

Insert din joint accounts, joint billings, government issued document na reflected ang name nyo both, pictures nyo 2 nung kasal nyo, ligawan, family pics, then mga travel documents na kasama names nyo sa isang file

Basta wag lang malimit sa marriage cert para matibay ang pruweba ng pagmamahalan!!! Yung tipong kinilig na yung CO sa pag check ng mga docs mo.

actually marriage certificate lang pinasa ko...proven na hindi enough na certificate lang ang katumbas ng pagmamahalan. kelangan ng ebidensya. hahaha

Quick background: I posted my CO concern on other threads and @cucci and Ms @RheaMARN1171933 really very helpful and told me to send a statutory declaration and cover letter stating that i didn't stay more than 12 months in another country. Below is the sample letter that i came up with.

Request:
SeeK lang po ako ng help if pwede na tong Cover letter na ginawa ko or if may sample kayo na pwede mahingi. TIA.

Good day!

I am** Juan Dela Cruz**, ## years old, Filipino, with passport ID number AB1234567 **and currently residing in the Philippines. I have been working as a **Position **at **XYZ Company for over 7 years. Working with US based clients, I was privileged to be sent for training in the US for 4 months under J1 training visa.

I would like to inquire if obtaining an FBI Police certificate is applicable for my case since I only stayed in the US for less than 12 months. This is in reference to the document included on the Request for More Information email.

Please see below excerpt from the request checklist:
" Police certificates
You must provide police certificate(s) from each country where you have lived for a total
of 12 months or more in the last 10 years as evidence that you satisfy the character
requirements. These 12 months are calculated cumulatively and need not have been
consecutive. "

Hence, attached is my signed and notarized Commonwealth statutory declaration document. I hope this will suffice in place of the FBI Police certificate.

I've also taken the necessary steps to obtain the FBI certificate if the statutory document will not be sufficient. Although it might take more than 28 day time frame since we are based in the Philippines and it will be submitted via snail mail.

Here are pictures of my US visa, as well at the entry and exit stamp.

The cover letter isn’t about enquiring, it’s stating your circumstance and the actions you’re doing. You might want to also call the immigration trunk line to discuss your circumstance. Check the global visa contact number in immigration website.
