I always say sa ibang nominated occupation to wait this August 2019 round of invite to see if may mababago (specially those occupations na nakaka receive ng ITA even at 75 points last year) pero unfortunately for Accountants - if I remember correctly e since last year or maybe 2017 pa ang trend nila for 85 points para mainvite. Sobrang tindi ng competition sa occupation nyo kaya if maitawid mo pa +5 pa kapatid (partner points) e sikapin mo na gawin. Goodluck.

1. Do I need to take PTE or IELTS if I have a Certificate of English as medium of instruction from Univ of Ph? Or low score ito kc under Functional Language lang sya?
2. For skills assessment, I have my COEs from all my previous jobs exc for current, but as usual, they dont follow the assessment format, but they are all in company letterhead. Ok nba un?

As the primary applicant
(1) Mandatory to take PTE or IELTS.
CEMI is not sufficient to prove your language proficiency.
(2) Each skills assessing body follows a specific format as part of their requirement, so if you have the documents that are not following the format then the answer to this question is no.
Start reading about visa 190 (link below) as well as go to the website for your assessing body to have a solid background information para you can guarantee that all your supporting documents are correct and valid at the time of submitting your EOI.
