@Nat The question is quite clear. I suggest you answer YES to that if your application for a US tourist visa was denied. You will be providing false information if you do not disclose that. It might affect your application if/when they find out that you withheld that information.

Pwed bang hatiin ang form 80 into 2 section? Like page 1 to 9 then page 10 to 18? Ang laki kasi ng file ko eh. 8 mb mahigit. Thanks sa magreply.

@Megger babaaan mo n lng ang resolution.. or better print a blank copy, fill out then scan mo ng minimum resolution.. para isang file lng.. to avoid confusion from CO..

Hello, may tanong po ako sa Form 80.

Yung #6 Do you currently have citizenship from any country? Ang sagot ba "Yes - Birth" yan lang po? Or pati yung country? Kasi po nagugulhan ako sa #7 Do you hold or have you held citizenship from any other country (including dual citizenships and all previous citizenships)? Ang naiisip ko dito sa #7 ilalagay yung country of citizenship. Tama po ba ako or mali?

Isa pa pong tanong sa #30 po ba dapat lagay ko address ng titirhan ko or puwede po ba na NO na lang muna lagay? Kasi baka tawagan pa tita ko for confirmation.

#7 ang tanong is "any OTHER country". So if Philippines ka lang citizen, No dapat sagot.

What's number 30 sa form 80 mo? Iba ata tayo version ng form. Di ba yun yung part na "Are you currently in Australia?" or hindi?

@mimic Meron pa akong isang tanong. Paano pala yung sa Part F - Employment quiestion # 19, yung sa employment ko ba puwede ko lagay yung last day ko sa office? As in October 2016 lalagay ko kasi nag resign na ako tapos hanggang October 2016 na lang ako.

@chewychewbacca Siguro leave the "current" then add ka note sa Part J ba yun lagay mo Question 19 and explain. Kasi baka malito CO bakit October 2016.

Hello guys, clarifications lang po sa travel history. Need bang ilagay pa ung trip back pabalik ng SG for example if galing kang ibang bansa?

Ex.

1 Jan 2016 - 10 Jan 2016 Trip to PH

Need pa ba ilagay ung pabalik parang ganito:

10 Jan 2016 - Trip back to SG

@haunter08, hindi ko na nilagay sa akin.. iniisip ko, since may from and to dates, understood na babalik sa usual country of residence..

@mimic bro ako nakaubos ata ako ng isang ream kaka-reprint. Huli ko na nalaman na pwede pala i-type sa PDF. Kala ko need tlaga handwritten dahil yun yung naksulat sa form haha..

Same tayo hahaha. Alam ng utak ko na pwede magtype sa PDF. Di ko alam bat hand written namin. Nagsisi ako bandang huli kaka reprint. Pero kailangan kasi ayaw namin may burabura.

I have more than 10 each of addresses, jobs and country visited last 10 years. Can you imagine? Lol

May question po ako sa pag fill-up ng form80:

Q1. hindi ko nilagay ung middle name/ mothers maiden name ko kc sa ielts, vetassess and eoi ko hindi ko din nilagay. oks lng ba un?

Q9. Name on the document/ passport (if the same as question 1 write "same as question 1") - since hindi ko nilagay middle name ko sa Q1 so dapat ilagay ko ung full name ko dito with my middle name tama po ba?
