You need to check the website, if 190 and 491, you need to have ITA from a state or regional area. Once sponsorship is approved then automatic you’ll receive ITA from DHA.

Gaano ka tagal pag 491 na state sponsored? I submitted EOI sa lahat ng state kahit na wala sa SOL ng state yung skills.
any tips? do i need to change skills like from Systems Analyst to a close related skills? TIA.

@connex7287 Usually pag state sponsored 491 kailangan din magsubmit ng application sa state, aside from the EOI. Check mo yung process for each state sa website nila.

Hi po need lang ng clarification, yung sa Canberra matrix pointing system po ba ang gagawin mong reference ng pagpili ng points is yung assessed sayo ng assessing body like ACS? I have 12 yrs work experience pero binawasan ni ACS ng 6 yrs. So 6yrs lang po ba yung need kong ilagay as my work experience? thanks sa sasagot!

Most of the state requires job offer before ka maka-apply ng visa 491 for Computer Network and System Engineer (263111). Andito po ako sa Pinas and been applying online pero wala naman makuhang offer since im offshore. Nakapagsubmit na ako ng EOI 189 pero sobrang baba ng score ko kaya im exploring other visa.
Ano po kayang state yung di kailangan ng Job Offer para makapag apply ng visa 491? or any route that I can take para makapag work and live in Australia?

kung kaya nyo po pataasin scores nyo, pataasin nyo po like taking up CCL for additional 5 points on the score. ang trend po kasi ngayon ang mga naiinvite e usualy nasa 95 points na, sadly, points na talaga labanan

If you are waiting for state sponsorship, take note most state's migration programs are closed until the next financial year kaya walang invites (visa 190 and 491) dahil sa covid 19

Yes you can submit..check mo lang website nila if allowed kasi minsan totally di mo maaccess ang portal/application page pag sarado ang nomination program

Parehas tayo 263111..read carefully sa requirements ng visa 491 for SA. Akala ko din dati pasok ako pero hindi pala. Nagka error ako dun sa SA Immigration site nung magsu-submit ako ng EOI sa kanila. Bottomline, as of now, pag offshore di allowed ang 263111 sa SA for visa 491.

Hi, planning to apply for 491 Family Sponsored. Kailangan po ba sa Regional area din living ang magsponso sayo? My brother is living in Victoria's suburban kasi and while trying to lodge and EOI, hindi inaaccept yung postcode ng brother ko.

DOE will be the date of the latest update.
I suggest (not an expert though) you create another EOI for another state para hindi affected yung previous EOI mo.

Regarding 491. Pano po if nagkamali sa pag claim ng points sa EOI. then nakapag lodge na ng visa. Bali yung “Study in Australia “ po naclaim ko. Akala ko po pwede iclaim ang bridging program.
Ngayon po nag email na ang CO. pinag susubmit po ako ng TOR for that study. Please help po

Depende sa state na inaaplayan mo. Better check each state po para alam mo anu mga requirements nila.
