Hi 👋 Pasali po awa ng Diyos nalodge na din po ni tito ang visa nya.

I hope someone can help me. Nalodge na yesterday ang visa application ng tito ko and di namin ineexpect na automatic response ang medical and biometrics request.

Question 1: They are based in Dubai (husband and wife) but their child is in the Philippines. With regards to the current situation na total lockdown ang Luzon sarado ang Nationwide sa Baguio and St. lukes sa manila naman close din until further notice and need i-comply ang medical within 28days. Kanino ba pwede humingi ng extension for the medical?

Question 2: UAE is one of the countries na required ang biometrics pero Philippines wala sa list. Question ko po is yung anak nilang nasa Pinas required po ba mag undergo ng biometrics o silang mag-asawa lang na nasa Duba?

can you try contacting them directly, the DHA people, and find out if you can get an extension because of the current situation, i believe they will understand naman.

Opo my uncle already sent an inquiry about these issues yesterday and hopefully he can get a response asap. Ang sabi ko sa kanya wait lang sya kasi unlike sa Dubai na start ng work day is Sunday hindi same dito sa Australia.

Salamat po sa response. Magbigay din po ako update dito once he gets a reply from DHA.

Hello po, can I have an advise, who among you guys included/ declared a work experience that was not included in your skills assessment for migration? pede po ba ilagay EOI lhat ng experience nyo pero d xa sinama sa skills assessment? Thanks

@habebe For me, dont include yung work experience mo without skills assessment. This is to avoid complications. CO might ask you to have it assessed, or ask for proper COEs? Work experience without any assessment wont give you any benefit kasi sa EOI.

In my case, I have new work experiences na sinama ko sa EOI ko. Just make sure that you can justify it later on through appropriate documents like COE, payslips, etc.

Mukhang may effect ang NCOV sa offshore applicants ng 491. Ang lodgment date ko ay 15/02/2020 pero offshore wala pang result or contact. As per immitracker, meron ng result ang 23/02/2020. I guess pinapauna nila yung on-shore since nandun na sila. Kasi useless rin pag meron na result yung offshore, pero di pa siya pwedeng pumunta sa oz.

Good day!

Mag ask lng po sana ako ng opinion.

I received a pre-invite from QLD para po sa 491 application ko. I submitted already ung mga documents na sinabi nila sa email. Kaso nabasa ko sa website nila last March 25 na temporary closed ung 491 application nilafor offshore. D ko sure kung affected ba ung application ko since nagsend sila skin last March 19 and I submitted the requirements on March 20.

In line po dito, sa tingin nio po ba wala naman pong magiging problema if mag send din ako ng application ko sa tasmania under 491 as well since open pa din sila for offshore. Sa tasmania kasi need mo din mag submit ng eoi sa mismong website nla and pay the assessment fee.

Hndi naman po kaya magka conflict un sa application ko sa QLD?

Ask ko na lang din po..nabasa ko po kasi sa website ng BMSQ ng QLD once na maapproved ung mga documents na sinend mo sknila..ang next step na is to wait for the invitation letter from DHA.. in that case po ba hindi puede mag ff up mismo sa DHA about sa status ng invite mo?. or much better n lng to wait for their email.

Question. Ngsend ako ng EOI just last March 28 and as per EOI result got 95 for 261112. I send multiple EOI sa lahat ng state. Pero I check the state's website wala dun yung 261112 sa ibang state. Any idea ang chances para mainvite? Tapos consider mo pa ang NCOV ngayon. TIA!

Nagsubmit ako ng EOI last MArch 9 then na pre invite ako ng March 19. Un nga din sabi ng iba..sana maging maayos na lahat.

Meron po ba na approved Visa this Covid period? March or Feb? may nabasa ksi ako close yung ibang state for overseas applicants. but in may case nka pag lodge na po ako last yr 1st week Dec, but still waiting for approval.. I was thinking dahil nitong covid crisis kaya delayed yung sa amin.. : (

Yup the grant still continue as they do. Meron ka occupation ko, granted March 13.. keep praying peeps!

95 points gives you high chance of invite. You may refer to this link to see last month's round. Lowest invite for your occupation is 90points.

As far as I know bro need na nasa occupation list ng isang state ung nominated code mo. Ako kasi gusto ko sana mag apply sa victoria kaso wala dun ung code ko..kaya hindi na ko nagsend ng eoi saknila. I focus sa states na open para sa code ko. hope it helps

In line with this, san nio po ba makukuha ung referral for medical examination / ung HAP ID. After po ba un ma isubmit lahat ng documents and ma fill upan ung forms?. Salamat po.

Nagsubmit ako ng eoi last March 9
then na pre invite March 19
then ITA received April 1.
