Hello! Forgive me if this is a stupid question if mag-open yung GSM sa October, mas malaki po ba yung chance to get an invite if mag-EOI kami ng September? Or same chances lang kung mag EOI kami this month?

Not very useful response but I know for NSW, which is a popular migration state, EOI Date of Effect would not matter for their selection criteria. I'm not sure with the other Territories (haven't checked) about their selection criteria and not sure about 189 too. But since everything is uncertain for now, there is also that possibility that there might be changes on how they will prioritize EOIs.

You only need one EOI until it expires (valid for 2 years). Even now if you want a nomination from different States and different visas - has been clarified in SkillSelect lately. It seems the only reason you would lodge multiple EOIs now is if you are nominating multiple occupations.

hi po, good pm! to be honest, nobody can guarantee an invite be it on 189 or 190/491/etc. need to check if you have enough points (65 to lodge and EOI), at sa trend po ngayon, at least 95 points po ang ini-invite nila, and it also depends on your ANZSCO code. sa ngayon po, ang mga ini-invite nila with priority sa pagkakaalam ko is mga health workers because of the pandemic.

I dont think 189 and 190 are suitable for your case since those are by-invitation, points-based visas and job offers do not have a weight in the points calculation.

The more suitable for you is either Direct Entry Subclass 186 PR, if they are willing to, or as you mentioned Subclass 482 which is practically a simple Work Visa.

You can also check out some agent's advice if you must.

For 189 ba to? Nasa around 95 nga pag 189. Bat di mo try mag 190 na rin? Competitive talaga 189, tapos ngayon pang restricted occupation unless healthcare occupation ka?

July round just happened. Anyone invited? Someone from another forum posted that they were allegedly invited at 90 pts (CE offshore). Hopefully this will be the start of better news to come.
