I just want to ask if anyone here could give a transparent advise if it is better to start processing PR now (for accountant/auditor) amidst the Covid 19 situation or better to apply for it in 2021? Also, what is the status of PR application for accountant/auditor now in Australia? I read that points are now 100 (accountant) and 95 (auditors) and application now is really difficult. Given the high points, what are the chances of being granted PR for subclass 189 or 190? Thank you! God bless and please stay safe

Hi! Wala po akong mabibigay na certainty sayo. But if gusto mo mag risk, calculated risk dapat dahil magastos mag migrate sa Australia. Hindi open ang borders ngayon at gloomy and pag open for migration ng DHA. What you can do best is to prepare and collect your points, magpa skills assessment ka na din so gather your documents... and lastly, explore other countries like Canada.

Hi everyone, we just got invited via Visa 491 last June pero one of our biggest concerns is finding work in SA. My wife is a medical tech and I'm in IT.

Nag pass din kami ng EOI for 189 and 190. Malapit na sya mag 1yr so baka hindi na sya option for now.

Ask po sana kami ng help and advice, should we stay and wait it out or should we go for it (SA, 491)?

Hmmm ikaw lang makakasagot niyan sir. Bigyan nalang kita ng pointers sir.

1. Napakahirao mainvite ngayun, lalo na may covid pa. So if you're invited your one of the lucky few. Why waste it sir?
2. Mejo onti nga ang jobs ng SA. Pero you'll never know kung andun kana.
3. If you decided to wait pwede naman kaso di natin mapredict ngayun ang australia. Baka pag pinalampas mo na yan tapos walang ng dumating na invite susunod kasi nagbago sila ng rules again.
4. In my experience, i was invited in 489 fromSA. Grinab ko na kagad opportunity kasi isang taon nakong naghhntay ng invite. After lodging nainvite ako sa NSW 190. What I did is, winithdraw ko 489 and lodge the 190. Pwede naman kaso pricey lang kasi d na namin marefund ung sa 489.

Thank you sir sa insights, I agree po with all points. Thankful kami at nainvite pa at this time. Nakakatuwa yung story mo, gusto din sana namin ng 189 or 190 pero wala talagang invites. Thank you for sharing!

Hi! I hope you can offer some advice. Nag lodge ako ng EOI for visa 491-family sponsored nung May 26, pero up until now, wala pa akong invite. May 90 points ako, and under sa medical field (Laboratory Scientist). Normal ba na months talaga ang bibilangin bago ma-invite? Btw, I'm offshore.

I believe that depends on the ANZCO group, and target state. I suggest you read each state's requirements. 105 points is a lot. Nag try po ba kayo ng 190?

Hmm, for 491 nasa 100 points kasi na iinvite based sa past trends and probably hanggang ngayon.

Hello bro. With the current situation, mejo matagal tagal pa yata ang waiting time natin. According sa nabasa ko, dahil na-defer ang Federal Budget, apektado lahat ng departments of the government. And most likely, may mga changes sa migration program for FY 20-21 dahil sa pandemic na to. Hopefully, hindi tayo affected sa mga changes man na maiisip nila. Hehe.

Hindi na bro. As long as pinili mo ung "ANY" (any state) or kung ano man ung state na gusto mo dun sa EOI mo eh automatic na makikita ng state na pinili mo or lahat ng state if pinili mo ung "ANY".

Hi. May chance ba mainvite ang 189 (80 points), 190 (85 points) offshore applicant pero Nurse? I read na madaming HCW ang naiinvite pero mostly yta onshore. Anyone here na recently nainvite offshore? Kelangan ko konting hope pero hindi paasa. Hahaha.
