Question about NSW 190 nomination.

I know I have to read the entirety of the NSW website pero di ko pa rin mahanap tong specific question ko.

Basically gusto ko lang malaman kung saan based at anong threshold ng draw ng NSW for 190.

1. If they rank the applicants on each occupation, may actual quota ba? For example, for this occupation they will only invite 10 applicants, obviously, high scoring applicants. But what happens if there are more than 10 with the same high scores? Do they invite all of them or may cut-off, maybe based sa Date of Effect ng EOI?

2. May bearing ba sa invitation ranking yung English proficiency when they choose two applicants with the same score? For example, 2 applicants both 80 points, but one of them has superior English but the other one only has Proficient. Will they invite both considering same EOI score sila or do they prioritize the one with higher English?

> Only NSW has the answer on this question. Walang formula sa invitation. Sometimes low points can be invited too. But if ever there numerous applicants to a certain occupation, of course they will invite those who are on tops scores.

Hi. Can you elaborate? Meron kasi sa list of invited na Proficient lang and English nila.

Although di ko pa sinubukan mag PTE, i just lodged my proficient ielts.
Pero what do you mean by "dapat"? as in requirement? Can you cite the official statement about this please. But how come they have some proficient (and even competent) English from their list of invitations issued? thanks!

Its ok na naglodge ka na ng EOi mo. Habang nag aantay ka, try mo mapa increase ang points mo like superior Language at yung NAati exam. The higher the points, much better ang chances of ITA. Baka yung occupation nila highly in demand. Pede naman antay antay ka lang ng ITA mo kung ok naman na sayo ang proficient.

Anong occupation mo @barryco ? Take note mo rin na merong additional residency/prior NSW experience requirement ang ilang job codes. Kung meron yung sayo, for sure mas malamang na less priority ka na.

Hi Barryco, Im a proficient in PTE and was still invited in NSW. This is because my occupation is not as in demand like IT and Accounting. Onti lang kaming mga Illustrator. But if your occupations falls under these kinds of occupation na maraming applicants, u need to at least increase your English score to Superior. as most likely un ung mga naiivite dahil sa taas ng score.

Hi @barryco : ito yung nakalagay sa website ng NSW. need ng residency sa NSW. Di ko madigest ibig nilang sabihin jan. hahaamay AND OR pa kasi.

If your occupation has the additional requirement:

you must be residing in NSW for at least the past six months.

If your occupation does not have the additional requirement: you must EITHER be:

residing in NSW, or offshore, for at least six months, OR;

be residing AND employed in your nominated occupation in NSW, or offshore, for at least one month.

You are not eligible for NSW nomination if you are currently residing in a different Australian state or territory. This information will be carefully checked if you are invited and submit an application for NSW nomination.

Hi @barryco : ito yung nakalagay sa website ng NSW. need ng residency sa NSW. Di ko madigest ibig nilang sabihin jan. hahaamay AND OR pa kasi.

If your occupation has the additional requirement:

you must be residing in NSW for at least the past six months.

If your occupation does not have the additional requirement: you must EITHER be:

residing in NSW, or offshore, for at least six months, OR;

be residing AND employed in your nominated occupation in NSW, or offshore, for at least one month.

You are not eligible for NSW nomination if you are currently residing in a different Australian state or territory. This information will be carefully checked if you are invited and submit an application for NSW nomination.

Ah yes clear naman yan. May provided table/list of occupations na kung ano ung may residency requirement. As of now wala pa naman sa anzsco ko, wag lang mag update yung list. haha

Hi I got pre invites from ACT and NSW. Sa SA naman diretso agad kasi application sa SA, first come first serve. So kagulo nun kasi pag naubusan ka di kana makapasok.

Explain ko lang Sa South Australia, nung nagbukas ang nomination, isasubmit mo lahat ng mga requirements, even the payment. So just make sure tama application mo. Pag tama instant ITA na kagad from DHA, pag nagkamali ka, kahit nagbayad kana, they will reject your application.

For ACT naman, may matrix sila. Dun ka magpapasa ng parang eoi pero only sa state lang ng ACT. Tapos parang pool, hintay ka ng pre invite, pag nainvite ka, magpapasa ka pa ng mga documents to prove the points na dineclare mo sa matrix system nila. You also need to pay the application fee here. Then if ur application is approved, makakatanggap kana na ng ITA sa DHA.

Yes. Kasi un ata ung isa sa mga requirements nila. Just like any other states. Kaya yung ibang ka forum natin dito, nag ke create ng multiple EOI's.

Check sa thread yung NAati exam, additional 5 points sya sa EOI pag napasa mo.

I just took PTE yesterday. I got the superior score. Hopefully this increases my chances. If only this time was normal, I would expect an invite based on the past trends. Sana talaga palarin pa this time.
