I have one room available by October 5 in West perth. Malapit lang sa city, leederville and northbridge and around 5 mins walk ang free zone to city. Preferred tenant sana ay female and good for one lang.
Fully furnished din ung room and ung buong bahay.
Ung rent is $ 190 + electricity.

anyone knows a temporary room rental for young couple (29 and 26) no kids.. yung medyo malapit sana sa public transport wala pa kasi kami car pagdating dyan.. we will do our initial entry on Nov.16, 2013. Please email me at [email protected] salamat po ng marami!

We are looking for a place to stay and oct 23 ang dating namen. I know you are looking for a single female tenant but would you consider a family of 3? 15 months palang naman ung babymso most likely 2 lang. sana you could consider, wala kasi kaming kakilala sa Perth pa.

I recently arrived here in Perth (Oct. 1) and renting a room in Wilson, this is near the city. The house is beside the bus station and very near sa mga malls, grocery shops, etc. I am living with a Chinese couple with one child. The rent is 150 per week plus 50 per month for the utilities (water, gas, electricity). There are two rooms available.
