@faa317 Thanks God, finally may AOR na ang ACT sa akin. Yesterday nag-enquire ako kasi it's been a week since na-receive nila docs ko...Their response was they received 300 applications last week raw kaya delayed na sila mag-acknowledge. On processed na status ko for SS...ang worry ko now is yung deneklare kong AUD 20K na asset.. God's in control of every thing!

hi, question lang po...yung inapply niyo po ba sa ACT ay state sponsored na family visa? How about applying based on the occupation list in ACT? Hihingan pa rin ba ng financial capacity?

Reply to @LokiJr: opo state sponsored na family visa, husband ko po main applicant. sabi ng agent namin as part of the requirements kailangan daw i declare namin 45K Au for the 3 of us tpos pa notarized, kailangan daw ready kami just in case hanapin. Approved na po ba kyo or nasa ACT kana?

Alam ko kasi puwede kang mabigyan ng visa sa ACT na hindi magpakita ng ganun kalaking pera...Pero tutal nasimulan na ng agent niyo, go for it na lang hehe

Hi Kababayans,

Kakaapprove lang po ng GSM State Sponsored Visa ng husband ko and we are migrating on 6 September. Hingi po sana ako ng advise/help on short term accommodation while we look for a place to rent for long term.

Reply to @donaldsingapore: we just got approval from ACT sponsorship. No need to show proof of evidence. But our agent advise us to declare AU 45K for the 3 of us.

we dont have that kind of amount also but our agent advise us to declare it. Awa naman ni Lord hindi kami hiningian ng proof at na approved na kami. Praise God, wait nlang kami for agent to submit EOI.

Reply to @donaldsingapore: opo at pina notarized ng agent namin. Yesterday just called up our agent sabi nla may invitation na daw for visa application and we have 2 months to process. right now kasi na ka leave pa daw yung agent na naka assign sa amin, waiting for further instruction.

Super ginaw, Mahal ang bilihin pero affordable naman. Mas mahal ang housing rent dipende sa lugar kung saan suburb. People are friendly. Necessity ang car dito kaya kailangan may alam ka sa driving para konti lang ang gagastusin mo kung sakali mag aapply ka ng driver licence. Kailangan mo makapasa sa driving test.

if mag migrate dito, makakayanan kaya ng mga kids namin ang ginaw?

Minsan zero to minus 5 degrees ang temperature kapag winter. mahirap talaga dito ang walang sasakyan lalo na kung mag gro-grocery ka at winter season. its important to have car in Canberra kahit mag isa ka lang kasi in weekdays bus arrive every 30 minutes sa umaga lang yun at hapon. kapag gabi nman kada isang oras ang interval. kapag weekend naman one to two hours interval so you have to wait long hours. Minsan maaga at late pa kung dumating ang bus sa bus stop area. kaya kung nalampasan mo ang bus dumating hahaha... wait ka ulit ng ilang minuto o oras.

Kung mag isa ka lang din sa sydney kahit wala kang sasakyan ayus lang kasi okay nman ang transpo dun pero kung kasama mo na ang pamilya kailangan mo din ng sasakyan.

madali lang makapag enroll ng school dito public primary and secondary school
ang mahal dito ay child care at college o uni.
