Gandang araw po! Nabanggit po sakin ng friend ko about this site/forum. Gusto ko po sanang humingi ng tulong nyo about CDR. Civil Engineer po ako (mostly site works ang experiences ko like buildings & roads/highways) & currently nandito ako Singapore. Nangangapa po kase ako at di ko alam kung pano simulan. Good day everyone! I am about to submit my CDR next week for IE Assessment.

Pwede po ba manghingi ng inputs nyo if hihingi pa ako ng additional assessment. Below are my job experience:

·DC Head - July 2003 - February 2004 - 8 months - no COE or payslips (hindi ko na naitago and nagtry ako magrequest however wala na daw sila record kasi it's more than 10 years na daw) - balak ko gawan ng Self Stat Declaration kaso wala akong proof of record - need ko pa ba isama ito sa resume ko or sa additional assessment request if mag avail ako?

·PPC March 2004 - May 2005 (1 year) - manufacturing company (Career Episode 1)
·Material Planner - June 2005 - March 2006 - manufacturing company (Career Episode 1)
·NPI Planner - April 2006 - April 2007 - manufacturing company (Career Episode 1)

·Material Analyst - April 2007 - November 2008 - BPO company (Career Episode 2)

·Procurement Associate (overseas) - December 2009 - July 2010 (contractual under a headhunter) - need ko pa ba humingi ng detailed job description? absorb by the company in August 2010 - until present (Career Episode 3) - from current company no detailed job description kasi ndi daw nagbibigay si HR (ndi naman me pwedeng magpapirma sa manager kasi baka makahalata)

Aim ko kasi sana 15 points sa work experience.

@bait0211 ..hi,pwede ask if ano ung position mo sa PPC na nilagay mo sir..is it staff,head/supervisor? my tanong ako, kasi PPC supervisor ako at the same time production planner...bali production planner tlga 1st position ko tapos nung maghire ng mag management trainees ( IE graduates ),ako na naghhandle sa knla.Nuong mag ask ako ng COE, ang nilagay ng HR nmin na position ko is PPC Head..

@chu_se: Sa PPC Staff me. Starting pa lang kasi ako that time sa company then nilagay ko na promoted as Sr. NPI Planne

@bait0211 - you only need 8 years of work exp to claim 15pts..
so kung complete na ang documents mo for 8 years (from the last 10 years), then okay na un..

if you are using a work exp as part of your CDR, you really need to provide a detailed COE.. that will be basis of EA for your assessment.. pag hindi mo sinabi sa manager/hr nyo, they will find out anyway, EA will do background check...

so i suggest, magpasign sa manager..

@lock_code2004: thanks much! medyo kasi mahirap pa magpaalam sa manager ko ngayon kasi base sya sa US and nasa Singapore me. meronkaming acting team lead dito sa Singapore (nagtry na ko magpapirma kasi may bond paper na kong may company leatter head) kaso ayaw pumirma kasi baka magkakaso daw. yung position nya kasi sa company is same lang nung sa kin and acting lang sya kaya walang papers.

ndi po ba pwedeng self stat declaration na lang?

so if ang experience ko is:

·DC Head - July 2003 - February 2004 - 8 months - ndi ko na ito iconsider sa addiotional skills assessment right? kasi wala akong any proof na nagwork me dito. or gawan ko na lang ng self stat declaration kaso talagang wala akong proof e.

8/2010 - present (4 years) absorbed as regular employee for Proc Associate) - 3rd career episode *** no detailed job description but planning to have self stat declaration with payslips, ITR, letter of appointment as regular, merit increase as proof.

@chu_se - job title has little or no effect at all, the job description has more weight.. make sure the job description matches with whatever is the anzco code job description..

Kasi ilalagay kong episodes is 2011at 2012 pa.pero continuous p din nmn work ko same company.nangyari kc ngkaron ng internal reorg w/c d nmn alam ng hr nmin kya di ko balak sn include 2013 at 2014. Wala kayang magiging issue kung masyadong matagal date sa cdr n ilalagay ko? Thank u very much..

hi @basti, i did the same thing in my CDR. sa 3 stories na binigay ko, yung first mga 5 years ago with a duration of 1 year, yung 2nd mga 3 years ago with a duration of 1 year and yung last yung recent year na project ko nun. I guess wala namang issue.

For me CE1 ko is from 2002-2006, CE2 2009-2010, CE3 2012

So I think walang issue yung date
