Where are you located? When we came here last Mar, my family stayed at the west side then now we're here at the east side.
East side is lovely with the view of the mountains. ;-)

nope andito pa ako sa middle east bale wife ko ung primary pero nag IE kami last June .
bale tapusin ko lang contract ditto then for good na me duon mga early april.

musta naman kayo dyan. ayos ba ang trabaho dyan

Ah ganun ba... ano ba work field nyo?
Ako din primary sa visa app namin. Ung job experience ko kasi more on customer service. Na fulfill ko na ung one yr fulltime job. Nasa ibang company na ulet me with the same job.
Tung company na nalipatan ko is flexi time naman kaya pabor heheh.
Spring time na at mainit na minsan. Dina sanay sa tag init hahaha joke ;-)

Sa Wantirna kami nakakita ng haus. Yep mahal nga pero may mga suburb din konting mura pero old houses na style nung iba. Mahirap makahanap haus kaya nung may tumawag samin grab na. Ganun daw dito pero kapag may record na ng renting madali na tawagan ng mga agent.

BTW, @hard2handle,, looking forward na tayo sa 887. Nabasa ko 6 months waiting time yan. Advise din ng iba kapag naka 2 yrs na lodge n agad 887. Kaya dapat ahead of time I ready na mga docs.
Anong month ba kayo? Kami kasi March pa ;-) excited na hehhe para ma PR agad agad.

@Shirlie, sa April pwede na din kami aply 887. wow wantirna ka pla, maganda nga dyan. Nadaan ako dyan going to Dandenong Mt. Lumipat ka dyan because of work?

@axln, may info ka ba about absente voting? nasa HP nga pala ako kahapon nanuod ng "Heneral". Di na kita natxt bro,late na kasi kami.

Yep because of work. Nung nasa west kami dito talaga sa east ako nakakuha job. Natapos ko na ung 1 year then eto kaka start ko ulet s new company. Goodthing after nung one yr ko madaming calls kaya madami choice.

Ay teka una pa pala kami mag a apply ng 887. Sino ba sa group natin dumating ng maaga?

@Shirlie, hindi na kayo babalik dito sa west? Meron pa ba developing suburbs dyan? May mga kaibigan ako sa South East naman nagpatayo ng bahay.
Tapos na din ni mrs ung 1yr employment na requirement. Anty nalang maka 2 years dito para magka medicare na. hehe

Dalaw dalaw nalng s mga in-laws kapag may time. Dito na kami nakahanap ng hubby ko ng job and settled na s schooling mga kiddos ;-)
May mga suburbs na madami padin nagpapatayo ng mga houses/unit mahal nga lng.

Hello everybody. I'm new in this forum. May mga concern lang po ako. Sana matulungan nyo ako. Visa 496 din po kami, visa granted: 21 October 2015. Primary applicant po ako, IED before 4 March 2016. Meron akong daughter na gustong i-continue ang studies dito sa Phils. since 3rd college na siya. Ano po ba ang mas maganda, doon na siya magtapos sa Australia o dito sa Philippines? Totoo po ba yung nabalitaan ko regarding 1 year work requirement ay pwede raw pagsamahin o i-sum up ang total hours, let's say me and my wife working as casual? Thanks po. ;;)

@joe23 hindi pwedeng pagsamahin yung hours ng husband and wife, kasi isa lang pwedeng mag apply as primary applicant. ibig sabihin ng pagsamahin is, pag yung hubby OR wife eh walang full time na work (at least 35 hrs per week) pero merong part time or casual work na pag pinagsama sama mo yung oras sa kanyang part time or casual work eh aabot sa 35 hours per week, considered na ding may full time work sya.

hi guys/gals,
sorry putol putol lahat ng message ko. something wrong with my phone last night.

anyways, i've checked the 887 checklist and isa sa requirement nila ang NBI. suggest mag renew na tayo. may friend kami na 887 din and mag la lodge this month kaso ang tagal daw ng release ng NBI. ung form pwede makakuha sa city phil embassy ($45) then send to phils (Php200) processing. iba pa syempre ang courier fee. pero if may kakilala kayo sa NBI palakad n lng :-)

come next year sa march kami 2 yrs. meron ba ahead of us? sharing na ulet ito :-)
ang leadtime pala ng 887 ay 6months. fyi too.

ask ko lang kung pwede tayong mag drive sa Victoria with our phil. license kahit ala ng international driving license? alam ko kasi pabago bago ang req ng VicRoad

@Shirlie mukhang kayo mauuna. Baka kailangan din natin police clearance sa singapore. Ako sa May 2016 pag ako pwede apply ng 887.

@Joselito based sa website ng vicroads, pag temporary visa pwede mo gamitin yung phil license during your length of stay (so i would assume hanggang mag expire visa mo or license mo whichever is earlier).

@rolly04 hey guys, kailangan ba talaga ng bagong NBi clearance for the 887 visa? May mga kilala ako na yong dati pa rin inattached kahit expired na...unless siguro kung umuwi tayo sa Ph ng matagal...will be applying next month

@rolly04, NBI lang ung pinasa namin kasi ung lodge application namin is wayback nung sa PInas pa.

@fgs, diko ma recall hitsura ng NBI pero diba may expiration un. baka sumabit pa kung un ipapasa. renew kana lng din para wala problema :-) This month ka kamo mag lodge? Keep us posted ha...
