I just want to start s thread to those who just lodge for the month of September 2013 for SA SS.

Hi sir, congrats and you have already Lodged your Visa Application. Sir questions lang ang bilis ng SA SS Approval mo a, parang 17 days lang in total...today I just applied with SA sana ganyan din kabilis, did they sent an email to you about the approval and at the same time updated na Approved yung Application status mo SA website? How about sa EOI nagkaroon din invitation? Thanks sir and more blessings... good luck to all of us.

Yes sir.... halos kasabay lang yung SA SS and DIAC invitation.
Mabilis lang si SA nung time na nag apply ako. I think halos ganun parin ngayon.

@ruelcortez_BH i applied Oct 2 naman for 489 for SA SS. Still waiting for the invite.

@raiden14.... hopefully mabilis din yan. Last time ang sabi sakin ng SA officer...yung nakalagay daw sa website is average pero minsan mas maaga daw doon ang inivitation.

@ruelcortez_BH - di kasi umabot yung 3rd ielts ko kaya nag489 ako.. sana same lang sya ng 190 na mabilis mam po ako sir hehehe

@raiden14 --- kami 4 kami lahat na nag apply. Kaya mejo butas bulsa ko ngayon hahaha.
Pero para sa magandang kinabukasan ng mga bata at pamilya naman ito in the future.

sori Mam pala raiden :-) ako rin yung wife ko at 2 kids (7 and 1 year old old) kasama just in case palarin tayo para sa future natin, balita ko safe sa mga kids and ganda schooling sa SA...pray pray lang [-O<

ay ACS nga pala hehe malamang IT. sa mga na invite na po ask ko lang if may mga additional requirements pa na hinihingi?

Yung sakin po after three days tinawagan ko yung SA state and tinanong ko talga kung may kulang akong documents. Sabi nila sakin wala naman at pumasa na sa initial screening. Next stage na daw ako. Then sinabihan pa ako na medyo may delay lang daw sila with DIAC kaya antay lang ako ng konti. Hehehe.

Then after 1 week and few days, nag email ako then tinawagan ko sila and ask for my status. Sabi sakin, final stage na daw at by the end of that week or next week latest may result na ako.

After ko binaba yung phone, nakita ko reply nila sa email ko (dalawa pa sila nag email) same yung sagot sa email, final stage na.

Yung mga pinasa ko sa kanila that time is the same documents na pinadala ko sa ACS assessment ko.

no proof needed po, just a declaration, cash on hand at other assets.

tanong ko lang po regarding sa Fees na binayaran in total para sa Visa Lodgement, tama po ba to:

Main applicant = AUD3,250
Spouse = AUD1,800 (IELTS passed)
Child 1 = AUD880
Child 2 = AUD880

Parang may nabasa po kasi ako na AUD3,060 lang ang babayran kasama na dependents.

tama yung breakdown mo. per head na ang visa fee ngayon.

Sa papel na finil-up ko lang yung financial capacity.
Tinanong lang kung mag kano dadalhin mong pera when you will be moving to SA.
Pero walang proof. Ang dine-clare ko is based from their website.
Ito po pala ang kelangan nyong paghandaan... possible companies or opening jobs sa SA, how did you research yung living cost... mostly about SA.
Then ask ka din nila in essay form why you chose SA na state.

Opo... tumawag ako sa kanila. Ang entrada ko lang is to know if complete ba yung docs ko or may kulang para ma bigay ko sa kanila agad. Mabait po sila kausap sa experience ko.

i updated my EOI details, kasi nung nagpass ako ng application i was about to take another ielts, and was hoping i can convert it to 190 once i get the desired score, but unfortunately sabit pa din si writing ng .5, so nag decide ako to pursue 489.

Question : If i updated my EOI info (removed 190) will that affect my SS application? Appreciate your comments please.

@raiden14, nung nagsubmit ka po ng nomination application mo sa SA website, yung latest IELTS results and TRF ang nakafilled-up? And another thing you can only choose 1 visa type sa application form yata>

sa EOI IMHO, until no invitation you can still update details in EOI, correct me if I am wrong guys..

yes po yun pa rin yung uddated ielts result ko. di ko na ginamit yung recent kasi same lang din naman na may 6.5. I chose 2 visa 190/489 same for SA. sana lang di makaapekto sa SS application ko.

di naman po siguro basta accurate pa rin yung declaration ng IELTS result mo per component and match sa correct TRF number, may verification stage yata ang Immigration sa IELTS.

Tingin ko hindi naman if everything else is the same. Ang na dagdag lang is yung may mag sponsor sa iyo. The best po... you can email SA and inquire them. IMHO, the best way to get your answer is from the source, which is Immigration SA. Kaya ako tumatawag or nag eemail sa kanila para maiwasan yung kaba na baka may mali akong ginawa.

sir ringo, question ulit, in terms of Police Clearance or NBI at Medical at what point would you suggest isubmit to.

I was thinking to obtain PCC na while waiting for SA SS Approval. As for Medical, is it adviseable to wait for CO assigned to ask for this based on your experience?

Since nasa sg ako kumuha nako ng form ng NBI during my collating of documents I think feb 2013. Tapos pinadala ko ito sa pinas with authorization letter sa kamag anak ko. In case na kakailanganin naka handa na. Pero di ko pa ito pina process.

SG PCC, NBI and Medical pina-rocess ko na after ko nag lodge ng visa 190 kasi ayaw namin matagalan umalis. Once may visa na alis na kami within 3 months kaya namin ginawa ito.

Kaya po nila dine-delay yung nbi, medical para tumagal yung IED. Para may time to prepare at mag ipon for the IED.

Nasa inyo po yung diskarte kung antayin nyo CO or not. Kami hindi namin inantay.

Thanks sir, yung sa NBI bale personal appearance requirement sir for photo and fingerprinting right? so kelangan talagaw umuwi to obtain this?
