@smurf1205 Documents must be certified by a notary public or an official of the Australian embassy or consulate if outside Australia. Hindi pwede yung JP sa NZ.

Nandito lahat ng kailangan mong malaman :
    https://www.aims.org.au/documents/item/88

We’re from NZ as well and my partner’s documents were sent to the Philippines for sighting and certification by the notary public. :)

    Hope that helps.

@alfonso31 Okay lang naman basta kung sinong authorised na mag-certify kung nasaang bansa ka ang mag-ce-certify, apostille nga nga yata ang sayo kasi Ministry of Foreign Affairs ng bansa eh.

My partner's documents got sent to the Philippines kasi mahal magpa-CTC dito sa NZ sa Notary Public and kahit sa Phil. Embassy NZ. 37.50 NZD per document sa embassy or consulate dito... then around 30 NZD pataas per document sa notary public.

@Mia buti yung phil embassy nyo dyn pumapayag mag CTC d2 kc hndi kaya useless cla hahaha. CTC lng nla if yung document ay galing sa knila. Yung sa ministry of foreign affairs nman napaka mahal ng bayad nasa 2000 pesos documents buti ielts na lng yung need ko ipa-CTC

@auzziebound aims membership have nothing to do with your visa application in DIBP.. though aims membership could be use to boost your credentials kpag nag apply ka ng work in AU.. I passed my aims on march 2017 exam at hndi pa ko member ng aims till now but my visa still granted last september. Wla ako idea about renewal of membership

Hello everybody, please, your sincere advice is much appreciated.

I 'm lodging my EOI right now & have my experience assessed by AIMS as more than 3 years.
Should I claim points for experience?

The issue is that I can't get s security or tax returns documents.
As an evidence of experience, I have a Cert of Exp issued by ministry of health & authenticated by ministry of state & the Australian embassy.

Would that be enough an evidence for the case officer?

@alfonso31 Please, may I ask about the documents that you provided to prove experience to your case officer?

@MO_MO did they asked for all your ITR(tax return) as part of your work experience?

@MO_MO as my proof of work experienced in the Philippines I submitted COE, company ID, job duties certificate from my Chief medtech and also referrence letter, pay slip (that I intended to keep for remembrance of my first job without knowing that I can use it for my AU application haha) and ITR. I read from some thread here in forum that if you don't have ITR you can also use bank statements or if you have SSS because from there the name of your employer who had been paying your salary or sss contribution was written there. For my international experienced here in Oman I submitted the same. But here in middle east we don't have any tax I just asked the ministry to provide me salary certificate in detailed.

@auzziebound No, EOI is just a profile on skillselect in which you fill all your data & receive points, at this stage, no papers required. However, you must have documents to support your claimed points. These docs will be required when you receive an invitation to lodge your visa application, as then they will be reviewed by your assigned CO.
