hmm.. I also submitted the same certificate from my wife's college. But if they won't accept it, di ba nila tayo bigyan ng chance to take the IELTS? So it's not really gambling kase you have a chance to present another evidence, right? What I really mean is the CO cannot deny your application just for that, right? Kase you used the word gamble, parang it's either you win or lose.

Kase kung ganun, I'll have my wife take the IELTS na because 4.5 lang naman kailangan. Anybody who had experience of this? Na hindi tinangap yung certificate from school as proof of functional english?

if you mean 55pts now + 5 pts for NSw sponsorship.. then submit your eoi now..
ganun naman talga.. you submit even without the nsw sponsorship 5 pts, pag na invite kana for sponsorship, then they will give you the 5pts...

submit mo lng eoi mo khit closed pa nsw at least nka queue ka na. Mas ok un.

I have a friend where they submitted the letter during lodgement ng visa pero was asked to submit again. Ang naging problem sa tingin ko is walang date yung course nia kasi db dapat 2 yrs educ. So aftr they requested from the uni na ilagay yung date from and date to nia kinuha yung course ok naman, tinanggap namn at visa grant na din sila. So I suggest na ipaindicate nio lng yung dates or number of years ng spouse nio kinuha/tinapos ung course.

I think tinanggap naman ng CO! Bwahaha... Di ko na kelangan mag ielts! Pero hinihingan pa kami ng form 80 and itr ng husband ko sa company nya sa pinas... @_@

@nikah13 Congrats! Na request ko na sa school ko ang Cert of English as Medium of Instruction, pag may kasama namang Diploma and TOR, parang sure na accept ng CO.

@reeyz24 Lahat po ng university nag-i-issue ng Certificate of English as Medium of Instruction. Tawag po muna kayo sa Registrar ng school nyo, ask nyo ang details kun paano irequest. Magready na din kayo ng Diploma and TOR ni spouse. Pag po ang 3 yun ang inupload na docs ni spouse, sure po na accept ng CO. :-)

should i write my employment history in the EOI kahit na hindi sya related to my occupation now and even if wala sya points? thanks in advance ulit

@duffygurl yes po, just select "NO" dun sa question kung related ba ung occupation. i think u have to account all employment within 10 years.

Kasi medyo concern namin ni hubby ang IED kaya di pa sana kami kuha ng NBI agad. Hopeful kami na mainvite kami sa June 9, sabi ng agent namin after lodgement pwede na kuha ng NBI... Medyo naagahan pa kami ni hubby. Thanks!

Asa Pinas ba kayo? If yes kuha kayo around 5weeks after nio makapaglodged. Right on time pag nagrequest ang co. Depende sa subclass nio usually nirerequest ang medical and police clearance (including nbi) within 5 or 8-12 weeks. So kung ang worry mo is ang ied kuha ka on the 5th weel aftr mo maglodge.

Hi Peeps, question po..nag submit nako ng EOI and VIC SS then ngayon nagdecide ako na isama nlng mom ko as dependent. Iupdate lng po ba yung EOI at VIC SS or pag may invite na sabihin nlng na may additional dependent?

hi tanong lang po. Sa EOI po kasi meron dun field n Date of Assessment. Ang tama po bang ilagay dun is date kung kelan ko sinubmit docs ko sa ACS or date na nareceive ko ung email ng ACS with the result? For my case May 3 ako nagsubmit ng docs sa ACS tpos June 11 ako nakatanggap ng suitable result. I assume na ang dapat kong ilagay is June 11. Tama po ba?

ang alam ko po 1 invite lang po at a time. so sa pagkakaintindi ko, tama po na kelangan muna mag expire ung ITA fr 190 before ka makareceive ng iTA for 189.

pwede bang 189 muna ang eoi ko since 60 pa lang ang points ko, then update eventually to 190 kung di agad ako maiinvite for 189.

then pwede po ba ako magapply ng VIC SS kahit 189 yung eoi, gusto ko lang kasi gamitin ang SS in case di agad ako mainvite for 189. independent process ba ang SS sa eoi.

worry ko lang kasi ng mauna ang 190 then tied up ako ng 2 years sa state, if possible nman ako mainvite sa 189.

Need Help po with EOI. Nagsubmit po ako kanina ng EOI, after ko macomplete ang IELTS and ACS assessment ko. I realized after na may 2 problems ako:

1. When I checked the points breakdown, I didn't see any points given to my IELTS, and my ACS assessment did not appear in the list. Normal po ba ito? I assume that they will be checking these two manually, hence the lapse.

To-follow po ba ang points for IELTS and ACS, or dapat meron na agad?

2. I recently had a passport renewal. I tried updating my passport number sa EOI, pero wala silang nilagay na facility to do that. Nag search ako sa immi.gov.au, and found out that you need to fill up form 929 in case your passport number changed during the EOI process. Ang problema, the form doesn't say if it can be sent online, via email or to a local office… ang instruction lang is to send it to offices in Australia. I think I'm looking at the wrong solution.

Does anyone know how I can change/update my passport number on my EOI?
