hello, we have already lodged our application for 190, gano kaya katagal before you are assigned a case officer? and how much kaya medical? and where usually? same facility ba where i did my medical for tourist visa kaya? ung malapit sa indonesian embassy sa makati?

@orangesoda, depende kung ilan kayo magpapamedical. In our case, hindi ko gaano matandaan pero nasa range ng 10K to 15K kaming 4 (with my wife and 2 kids). We had our medical sa St. Lukes Medical Center Extension Clinic sa Ermita (http://www.slec.ph/contact-us.php).

magandang hapon po sa lahat! mayroon po ba dito na naapektuhan ng Schedule 2, which requires an employment offer? Nasa preparation pa lang po ako ng sklls assessment at kahit na ayoko sana mag-alala, is it a right move po na ipagpatuloy ang skills assessment kahit na pagdating sa EOI eh baka naman di rin kami palarin? Sa ngayon, tanging NT ang state na tumatanggap pa sa akin, at hindi rin naman daw madali makapasok doon. Your advices are much appreciated.

@emily_strange, yes I do recommend it. Ako kasi, I got my skills assessment 2 years ago, and no state was sponsoring my job. When I saw one state sponsoring my job, it was about december already and I finished gathering the necessary documents for state sponsorship by January. By february, the skill was gone. If I had had to wait until I had my skills assessment done, I would not have my visa today.

Magandang araw po! May tanong lang po ako sa mga nakakuha na ng 190 visa sa NSW. Nabasa ko po sa FAQ sa website nila tungkol sa mga dependants na after 2 years na pweding makuha yung dependants.
"Do my dependants have to live in NSW after my visa is granted?
No, the commitment made to live and work in NSW for the first two years of the visa is made by the primary applicant only. "

if your family is included in your visa application, then pwede mo na sila isama agad sa AU..

the question above in the FAQs is about the 2year commitment to the state..
that means, the primary applicant should live in the state for 2 years...
the other family members, can live elsewhere...

@lock_code2004 hello po, paadvice naman po ako,kagagaling ko lang ng embassy ng pilipinas dito sa UAE at tinanong ko kung pwede ipanotarized yung mga documents ko na isasubmit para sa Migration, unfortunately po mga affidavit at power of attorney lang yung ninonotarized nila.(hindi ko alam kung hindi ko lang naiintindihan yung paliwanag nya dahil ubod ng bilis) pero sabi nya bandang huli na authentication daw dapat para sa mga birthcertificate etc..kaya wala akong choice kundi ipadala sya sa pinas for CTC/notaryo, BUT, may nagsabi din sakin na pwede ko daw isubmit na lang lahat ng colored scan copy ng original kahit na hindi pinanotaryo, fortunately naman lahat ng original meron ako (from NSO(marriagecert/birthcert) at DFA(tor/diploma/prc) tsaka COE at Payslip). kumpleto na ako ng document,ang second step ko nga sana is ipanotaryo lahat, saka ko iaupload.. pakiconfirm naman po kung pwede nga talaga angscan copy ng original na document ang isubmit.. at kung hindi, pano po ba yung pagpapa-CTC (notaryo) (FIRST TIME KO heheeh). Basta po ba ipapadala ko lahat ng Docs ko sa family ko at dadalhin nila sa lawyer. yun na po ba yun.. hindi rin kami present dun,kelangan din po ba ng authorization..

for visa application, yes pwede na ang color scanned copy ng mga documents..

for skills assessment - depende sa kung anung occupation/assessing agency..

Ihna din ako s perth pero grad ako august. December nko nka apply ng anmac kasi isang buwan mahigit bgo ko natanggap ung registration cert ko n pinadala dto s pinas then tanggap ko march ung assessment ng apply pako state sponsorship sa south aus which took a month tpos wait pa sa pera pambayad ng visa kaya kakalodge ko lng last june hehe

Hi All, magta-tanong lang po.

My wife and I would like to know if it is possible to claim partner skill points given that my occupation is in the SOL & CSOL (261313 Software Engineer) where as my wife’s occupation is in the CSOL only (132511 Research and Development Manager).

With this, we are planning to apply for Victoria State Sponsorship so that both our occupation will be under CSOL which are used for state sponsorship.

Kasi po may nabasa ako na dapat nasa same SOL ang occupation niyong mag-asawa para eligible sa partner skills points. Ok lang ba since both nasa same CSOL occupation namin if mag-apply kami for Visa 190 State Sponsorship?

@speedmark yes dpat nasa same list.. So kung nsa csol pareho, then pwde nga mag claim ng partners points.. Of course with valid assessment result..

For csol, dapt nmn tlaga mag apply ng sponsorship... So visa 190 state sponsorship visa is the correct route..
