    @bookworm, may EOI na ako, but SA is matampuhin. Its indicated that in your EOI, you have to choose SA only, its a requirement else baka di sila magsponsor. Kaya ang naisip ko is to create a new one for SA. Kasi yun current EOI ko is for NSW.

    @wizardofOz may mga nakagawa dito sa PinoyAu. May nabasa ako dati. Intentional yung sa kanila for some reasons.
    Honestly, in my case, hindi intentional pero Yes, nakagawa din. It was because I encountered technical errors, pero Yes.
    I'm not sure 'though if it's good to have.

    Hi all. Question po, Is it possible to go on a visit visa while one has an outstanding eoi, and what is the probability of looking for a job while there just so, a possible contract can be provided for a state's addtl reqt. Like sched 2 occupations in wasmol.

    Sino po dito ang nakakaalam ng condition na ito sa Northern Territory "Offshore applican must provide evidence of having received an offer of employment in their nominated occupation or closely related occupation." I am just thinking po kung exclusive lang ito para sa subclass 489 o applicable din ba sa subclass 190. Meron din kasing phrase na Ganito "

    The NT Government will consider your application if:

    !. your skilled occupation is listed on the NT's State Migration Plan Skilled Occupation List, or
    2. you have a skilled occupation that is on the DIBP Consolidated Skilled Occupation List (CSOL) but not on the NT's SMP where you are able to provide independent evidence of positive employment prospects in the NT either in your skilled occupation or a closely related skilled occupation, or
    3. you have successfully completed no less than two (2) years of full time eligible study at any Charles Darwin University campus in the NT, or
    4. you have a skilled occupation on the CSOL and you can demonstrate strong, well established family connections in the NT, or
    5. you meet the NT residency and work requirements if you are living in Australia. For more information see important information for applicants already residing in Australia.

    Yun po bang no 1. statement ay applicable sa subclass 190. Ibig ko pong sabihin pwede mag apply kahit walang job offer. Medyo nalilito lang po ako.

    @Sophia, EOI is different. Everyone has to apply EOI, which is an Expression of Interest, letting them know you want to migrate. Visa 189 is for all states, while getting a state to sponsor you (visa 190) means you have to stay and live in that state for a number of years.
    From what I can see, you husband can apply in ACT right now, though you might need to submit more documents. I don't think SA sponsors web developers.

    20131008 - Created and submitted EOI account
    20131216 - Started gathering documents for ACT SS
    20140113 - Submitted ACT SS nomination
    20140227 - assigned a case officer :)
    20140317 - Finally got my ACT sponsorship!
    20140319 - Invited to apply (visa 190)
    20140325 - Lodged visa 190
    20140718 - Direct visa grant. IED: July 17, 2015
    20150203 - Landed in ACT :) Job hunt begins
    201510 - Started working at Woolies
    20161031 - landed a job in my field as a junior
    20180508 - landed a job in my field

    Thanks @bookworm :-) so what is the purpose baket nag apply ung agent namin ng EOI without the specific state? you mean need pa rin nmin mag apply ng EOI sa ACT? complete na kami ng docs for ACT SS nung march pa then sabi lang ng agent namin close na daw and wait daw namin mag july. can I have the link po when it says na open na ulet ung ACT para maforward ko sa agent namin.
