Mag follow ba Sa visa date of lodging as long as Hindi pa umabot Ng 45y/o Yung date of visa lodging Hindi po ba ma reject because of age. Thanks po

Claiming of points po is upon invitation to apply. say for example u were invited 2 days before your 45th birthday, then you can still claim 15 points kahit after pa ng 45th birthday mo ikaw nakapag lodge.

@IslanderndCity hi! Currently 55 points ako. Mag apply ako ng SS so addtl 5 points for 190, pero may sister din ako sa Melbourne na pdeng magsponsor saken pero 489 additional na 10 points naman yun.

kelangan pa din po ideclare work experience in the past 10 years kahit indi mo iclaim, may question na kung related ba sia just choose NO.

Mukhang pwede pa kasi nmin i-go yung Australian dream til next year by July next year bka sakali ma-invite ang 60pts. Medyo na hirap si hubby sa IELTS 6 OBS ulit sya Aug 16 test date. Kinakalkula nmin yung tatakbuhin kung saka sakali. Well, kung hindi ibigay ni Lord bye bye thousands of pesos pero kung positive nman thank u Lord. Perhaps He has better plan for us.

Friends, need help please. I just got a notification and telling me na refused ang SS ko since kulang ang points ko ng 5 points. Pero nung ginawa ko eoi sakto naman akong 55 + 5 points ng state nomination. Di ko alam pano nangyari yun. Age ko is 35, oet ko is 10, nag aral ako dito ng 1 year for nursing plus my degree in Philippines (2 Bachelor Degrees), currently employed ako sa nominated skill/ closely related kapag pagsamahin yung dalawa 1 year and 1 month na ako sa employer ko. Please help. Anong gagawin ko? I paid 6250 for the visa tapos biglang ganun ang decision. Sinulatan ko ang case officer ko. Puede ko ba syang tawagan? Nasstress na ako.

1 year. I didnt claim 5 points sa work experience. My employer is not willing to sponsor me. Visa ang refused. More than a year na ako working. Kinulang ako ng 5 points in short nag over claim po ang dating ng pinagawa ko. Kumuha po kasi ako ng bachelor of nursing dito via credit prior learning pero so natapos ko sya in 2 sems lang. Ang gusto po nila 2 years yata.
Yung sa vetasses po ba full skill assessment po dapat ipagawa? Ipapaassess ko skills ng asawa ko para matapos na and makakuha ako ng points sa kanya. Natatakot na ako mag re-apply talaga pero wala naman ako choice. Nakakatrauma.

1) opo, nag aral ako sa pilipinas ng nursing nakuha ko to ng 2 years- second courser po ako. Licensed po ako sa pinas.
2) Bachelor of Nursing sa Deakin University, I studied for 2 sems equivalent to 1 year.
3) I submitted ANMAC skills assessment.
4) ang asawa ko po ay Commissioned Defence Army Officer equivalent sa Pinas since graduate sya ng PMA. Nasa Csol po sya ANZCODE 139111

To those who are asking, onshore po ako. Sabi po dun sa Australian Study kasi sa EOI ang tanong lang naman is if I completed an Australian Study. Sa pagkaintindi ko po kasi if may degree ako na natapos dito meron naman po yun yung Bachelor of Nursing di ko naman po alam na may corresponding points yon na iallocate sa akin which is 5 points. System generated po ang EOI. Honestly po, sinagot ko lang ang tanong ayon sa pagkakaintindi ko. Hindi ko naman po sinagutan yon ng oo para makakuha ng points kasi aware po ako na kapag nag overclaim automatic refused agad. Nagulat na lang po ako sa notification kasi everyday po ako nagchecheck mg status ko sa immi account ang nakalagay on Process. Never po ako nacontact mg CO biglang refusal agad binigay. Kaya wala akong idea about overclaiming or may points discrepancy ako. Dun ko na lang nakita sa reasons kung bat ako narefused.
Sa mga experts po, okay lang po ba na iclaim ko ang skills ng asawa ko to get 5 points? Nasa Csol din po naman ang nurse ganun din po sa kanya. Patulong po. Maraming salamat.
