Mga dabekads, ano ba next na gagawin na kapag naka lodge ka na?

1. Pay application fee (Primary and including dependents)
2. Schedule for Medicals (kahit wala pang CO)
3. Schedule for Police clearance sa NBI (has to wait for CO?)?

Sa september pa ko mglodge, meron pa kc ako retake ng ielts. Wait ko muna lumabas yung results.

@raiden14 meron ako retake this aug pro ok na yung ss ko at meron na din ako invitation for visa 190. Kpg mkpgclaim ako ng 10pts sa ielts, bka mg-visa 189 ako.

Ilan pts ka ba ngaun? kung 5pts na lng kulang mo, try mo na lng mg-SS.

ay swerte mo pala nasa SOL1 ka. ako kasi nasa CSOL ang occupation. 55 points sa EOI eh.. nde ako sure kung pwede ko ituloy yun? o supposedly kasama na yung SS points dun?

@solidjeff mag retake ka pa ng IELTS? Mas priority mo ba yung 189 visa para hindi ka limited lang sa state? If you don't mind me asking. Kami okay na kami sa SS, nakafrustrate kasi IELTS. hehe

@raiden I agree with @solidjeff, kung 5 pts nalang kulang mo, go for NSW SS kung pasok naman na yung IELTS scores mo, kahit di mo na makuha yung at least 7 sa lahat ng modules. the faster mo ma process ang papers/requirements mo, better yun kasi baka may mga changes na naman iimplement. Yan din concern ko at mag elections sa Sept, baka may iimplement na naman na bago.

@bluemist meron tlga ako schedule ng ielts retake bago ako mg-apply ng SS. Eh di ko napacancel kya i-take ko na lng din. Kpg pumasa mas mataas ang pts kungdi, mglodge na ko ng visa 190. Balitaan mo ko kpg nglodge ka na.

@solidjeff ah ok. so kapag nakuha mo yung 10 pts sa english competency, mag susubmit ka ulit ng eoi? tama ba? kasi yung una mong EOI for SS yun? So kung ganun, waiting game ulit yan and priority 5 ata kapag 189 which is longer timeline compared sa 190 visa? tama ba?

Kung 55 points ka na without the State Sponsorship, you may then apply for State Sponsorship and if approved yun, you get an additional 5 points and you will be invited to apply na for 190 visa (state sponsored visa).

so bluemist.. if sa last page ng pag submit ng EOI eh 55 points ako. provided na 190 visa subclass pinili ko, ibig sabihin di pa kasama yung sponsorhip points dun? may nakapagsabi saken before na kasama na yung points ng SS dun sa total once na 190 ang pinili ko eh? please enlighten me... ayoko naman kasi mag risk na mamaya kasama na pala dun yung points eh di yare ako pag nagsubmit ako.

The EOI for this subclass is able to be completed. The client's claims equal 55 points.

@raiden14 Oo tama yung sabi sa iyo na kasama dun sa EOI yung state sponsorship na 5 points duon sa EOI mo. So dapat ma reach mo na yung 60 points (including state sponsorhip). Kaya once na approve yung state sponsorship mo, mabigyan ka na ng skillselect invitation.

@bluemist, thanks Im still on the right track. Just retook the ielts last weekend, tho like i said, im not hoping much from it. Baka mag take 3 na lang ako sa October. no rush basta di lang sana umabot ng another changes in DIAC next year.

Applications under the Skilled Nominated (subclass 190) visa in certain occupational categories
On 05 August 2013 the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) advised that invitations for certain occupational groups in the points-tested migration program will be issued on a pro-rata basis over the 2013/14 program year.

This advice means that it will not be possible for NSW to nominate any applicants from these occupations for a 190 visa.

Occupations impacted by this policy change include:

ICT Business and Systems Analysts - 2611
Chemical and Materials Engineers - 2331
Electronics Engineers - 2334
Telecommunications Engineering Professionals - 2633
Other Engineering Professional - 2339
Software and Applications Programmers - 2613
DIAC advise that the total of the occupational ceiling will remain the same but the pro-rata approach will mean that invitations will be staggered and issued to selected individuals over the course of 2013/14 in twice monthly occupation rounds.

NSW appreciates that this announcement will concern many applicants who have already applied for nomination to date. We are seeking further clarification from DIAC on how this announcement will affect nomination applications that are currently being assessed.

We will not be able to provide any further guidance to you until DIAC provides further information.

I've read it in expat also, i think this is applicable on all states. Parang ito yata ang way nila to control the invitations on these occupations.

On 05 August 2013, the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) announced that state and territory governments are not able to nominate any intending migrants from the following occupations for a points tested visa:
· Chemical and Materials Engineers;
· ICT Business and Systems Analysts;
· Electronics Engineers:
· Telecommunications Engineering Professionals;
· Other Engineering Professional; and
· Software and Applications Programmers.

Of the more than 200 occupational groups on the Skilled Occupation List, the above six occupations reached their ceilings in the 2012-13 program year which resulted in intending migrants from these occupational groups not being issued with an invitation because ceiling had been reached. Occupational ceilings were reset on 1 July 2013 allowing intending migrants from these occupational groups the ability to be issued with an invitation, in accordance with usual SkillSelect rankings based on a client’s points score. However, DIAC has continued to receive high numbers of EOIs for the above mentioned six occupational groups. In order to address this high level of demand, invitations for these occupations will now be issued on a pro rata basis for each twice monthly invitation round over the 2013-14 program year.
As a result of this announcement, the ACT is now NOT able to confirm ACT nomination of the above six occupations on SkillSelect.
Therefore, with immediate effect, the ACT is no longer accepting applications for nomination of these six occupations.
