Are you referring to 491? The problem with that approach is if you get invited and you’ve got no job offer to show. It will be pointless. You only lodge EOI’s if all paperwork required is complete.

hi rhea, question. sa VIC nominations ba strict requirements nila? i have 8 years of exp, tapos after assessment naging 2 years total after assessment. im a network engineer by the way. sa EOI application ko sa 190 VIC 75 points ako. sa 491 naman 85 ako. dapat ba sundin ko yung 3 years at dapat may job offer, kahit pasok ako sa points?

You need to refer to their Eligibility requirements if you don’t meet it then you won’t be eligible. It’s not about Victoria being strict it’s about how you will meet the requirements.

Hi everyone!
Hope all is well. I am currently waiting for my skill assessment results. If positive po yung results, my partner and I plan to apply for visa 190 (Victoria) at 85 points. In line with this, I would like to kindly ask po sana below questions about the visa 190 procedure for victoria and the financial capacity requirement of 35K AUD for an offshore applicant (with 1 dependent) applying for subclass visa 190 nomination for victoria/ melbourne.
(1) if required po ba talaga yung proof of funds na 35KAUD for offshore applicant na may 1 dependent (partner)?
(2) If item 1 is yes, ideally dapat po ba naka ready na yung bank statement / certificate bago po ako magsubmit ng EOI?
(3) if selected and maka receive po ako ng invite to apply for Victorian visa nomination, then I will have to submit all the relevant documents and proof to support thr EOI points I claimed including the the proof of financial capacity for 35KAUD (1 dependent applicant) i.e bank statement / certificate?
Thank you in advance for your time and we grealty appreciate if you can share your thoughts and experience about this.

Hi! They would only ask you to list down what you have- assets and the likes to prove that you will be able to sustain pag punta mo don. They didn’t ask us for proof but it would be best to declare what you really have in case they’d ask you to send in some docs though wala pa naman yata nangyari na ganon or hindi ko lang nabalitaan.

Hi po. Medyo naconfused ako sa information na subclass 190 is for applicants currently residing sa Victoria? Does it mean po ba, walang chance mainvite ang mga offshore applicants? Waiting for invitation pa din ako. EOI sent January, updated for 85 points last July. Offshore. Hay.

currently po ang trend is 90 points ang invites, and so far, wala po tayong good news about offshores getting invites... kung kaya nyo po pataasin pa points nyo, pataasin pa po like try getting NAATI or Partner Points po siguro...
kapit lang po, papasan pa at magbubukas din si AU and we can continue on with our AU Dream

Ikaw yung nurse na offshore diba? Parang may mga na inivite just recently kahit offshore at least 85 points for healthcare professionals. Are you sure you're lodged properly kung since January ka pa? Nakakapag taka na di ka pa na invite within that timeframe for a nurse.

Yes ako yun. Really? 80 points lng ako for 189, 85 for 190. Di pa yata open ang Vic for offshore. May agent ako and siya naglodged. Pero nacheck ko naman din and tama naman ang details kc she sent me copy though hindi ko talaga nakita sa immiaccount ko dahil she refused to give me my username and pw.
