Just for the heads up. To those who have kids, they call them "pedia-applicants" Baby book is very important. The medical doctor checks the immunization of your kids. As for our case, my toddler was instructed to walk and talk as part of the check up. For adults naman, urinalysis, chest x-ray and medical check up lang naman. This is for a non-medical course pala. For medical courses, they impose more routines.

@superluckyclover ako po non medical course at wala ng Blood works pero nung nalaman nilang previous job ng Wife ko (nurse) binigyan wife ko ng Additional test hepa b test, HIV and hcv. BTW sa st Luke's kami.
