Thank u very much, sis @BeBBang thankful pa rin po kmi kay God at least kahit papano aabot ng 60pts. estimate yung points ni hubby without the alternative route like po yung subclass 489. 2yrs. to complete po before maka apply ng PR visa which is more costly to our part pag nandun napo kmi. @chichan, pagkakaintindi ko pag insufficient detail ay parang generic o hindi match yung work exp. mo sa nominated occupation. Try mo kaya mag stat. dec para dun sa 1st job mo. Ganyan din kasi yung sa Accenture nmin ang reason Not Assessable due to Insufficient detail napaka generic kasi nun na issue Job Reference pero hindi na kmi nag stat. dec. kasi disaligned yung work sa previous work ni hubby so walang bearing yun. Medyo i-tailored mo na sa Nominated job mo Yung stat. dec. tapos ipa review mo. Within 60 days pwede ang review after receiving your skills assessment. Para madagdagan work exp. mo.

ang nakakapagtaka po kasi, same lang po ng content ung sa first work ko tsaka itong second.
as in mas detailed pa po yung job description ng unang work ko kasi nakasort pa po yun per project tapos yung mga tasks ko which is halos exact wording na nung nasa ACS job description.

@heyits7me_mags section 2 school po ako. 5 years yung course ko, Computer Engineering. ang nagrant po sa akin is bachelors degree major in computing. yung sa experience ko talaga sa una yung weird, kasi andun naman yung full job description for almost 4 years sorted pa sya per project.

@chichan, ano pong document ang na-submit niyo; Employment Ref po ba or Stat Dec/Affidavit? Na-double check niyo po ba kung na-satisfy niyo yung mga requirements sa ACS guidelines like, clearly indicated na Full Time kayo, work period, country of employment etc.? Baka sa technicality lang po kayo nadale.

@altuser41 Employment Ref po, nagprovide si company ng COE with JD. Nasatisfy ko naman po I think yung requirements. Actually 2-page document po yung prinovide.

Yung 1st - declaration ng employment: full time, Philippines maski career progression ko andun.

Yung 2nd - Job Details, kaso nakatable format kasi siya. Baka naguluhan yung assessor. Basically ang content ay yung tasks ng programmer - analyze, design, code, test, review, etc with full description.

Nakabreak down pa nga per project talaga. Magtatry po akong mag-appeal to explain yung content. Baka kasi nalito lang kasi nakacompress into table form. Yung 2nd company ko kasi, halos same description ng tasks pero bulleted sila, nakahiwa hiwalay.

Ayon sa FAQ nung ACS, pag yung appeal daw ay favorable sa akin, refundable naman yung fee. Sana nga macount yung experience na yun kasi sayang. Almost 4 years rin yun.

@chichan, ah ok. Oo nga you can apply for an appeal yun nga lang 'as is' na yung documents na nasubmit mo. Based on your estimate, ilang years ba ang ineexpect mo na mabawas sayo since assessed ka at Bachelor's level?

@chichan, gawin mo na ang dapat na makabubuti Sa points mo. Kung dapat ayusin format Kasi medyo nakalilito para kay CO. Itulad mo dun sa latest format ng JD mo. Pass ka ulit ng new JD format na makakatulong sa appeal mo. Mahirap din Kasi mag claim ng 8.0 sa IELTS sa totoo Lang. Effort talaga...kami nga i doubt kung makuha agad ni hubby pero nothing impossible ky God. Kaya kung mai-adjust mo na points mo at Hindi kelangan mag effort Sa IELTS gawin mo na. Tsaka ikaw Lang nakaalam ng application mo at kmi nman mga ka forum Yung mga possibilities kung saan dapat i-adjust o improved pwede nmin i-suggest. God bless!

Bakit kaya ganun now ko lang na realized, section 2 school si hubby pero 6yrs. ang work exp. deductions nya. Pero baka kasi AQF Associate Degree major in computing sya dahil sa contents ng curriculum nya tsaka tama kaya yung akala ko na nagre classify na si ACS sa ICT occupations.

Ah bka kasi yung nominated occupation na Systems Admin. ang na covered lang na year starts ng 2005 so doon lang scope noon kaya 6yrs. Tama kaya ako, anyway 2nd choice ni CO ang Systems Admin. kesa doon kaya sa first choice recommendation nyang ICT Support Engr. mas cguro few years lang ma deduct pero 1 state lang naman meron nomination sa ICT Support Engr. ACT lang. Best choice na rin cguro ang Systems Admin dahil 3 states ang naka open na state. So far so good okey na rin :-S

Grabeh! assessing body naten! ang lupet sa deduction. ACS lang kaya ang ganyan. Pano na Lang kung kapos talaga sa exp. kaya daming na zero sa exp. Medyo nag anticipate pa naman kmi Ng 65pts. dahil sa work exp. at least pumasok sa 15pts. pero sa 6yrs. nga deductions 10pts. na Lang pero thankful pa rin kabit papano nka 60pts. pa rin at nagkaroon ng chance makapag aplay pa rin ng visa.

@ehyni, kami nman hindi hiningian passport, birth cert. lang submit Ni hubby Kasi lapit na mag expire passports nmin bka Kasi magka conflict Yung number sa bagong kuha naming passport in case na nag renew na kmi. Alam ko any 2 nman pwede i-submit bet. birth cert. or passport.

Maybe your birth cert isn't clearly readable? I submitted my passport instead of my birth cert for that reason.

we scanned the nso birth certificate, yung yellow ang paper and they are also asking for the diploma with translation, eh we submitted yung diploma with 2 language tagalog na me translation ng english. Di ata napansin.

Did you follow the ACS guidelines re translated documents?

Applications Submitted Outside Australia
Acceptable translations can be obtained from:
A Ministry of Justice or equivalent in the country where the qualification was obtained
- The Australian Education International Section (AEIS) at an Australian Diplomatic Mission
- Australian High Commission, Consulate or Embassy
- Private and Commercial Translators
- The Awarding Institution

Overseas translations must be completed on the organization letterhead and include an official stamp, the name of the translator, signature and contact telephone number legibly printed with the signature.

It must be possible for the ACS to contact the translator if necessary to verify the translated documents from the details provided.

Please provided both the certified copies of your foreign document and certified copies of the English translation.

kung available naman po ang passport isubmit niyo na lang. else, i-insist niyo sa kanila na 'OR' ang nakalagay sa guidelines nila.

Sa diploma, siguro nagkatalo kung aling language ang nakahighlight. Sa case namin, English (bold, bigger font size), tapos may corresponding Tagalog translation sa baba.

@heyits7me_mags oo nga e. sayang yung experience. nakapagprepare na ako ng reason for appeal. pinaliwanag ko nalang yung content nung JD ko sa first company. naisip ko kasi, kung magrerequest ako ulit, same lang naman yung ilalagay nila, iibahin lang ang format. ang difference kasi is pag appeal tapos nabago yung decision, refund yung $395.

tama po ba pagkakaintindi ko, pag 3yrs experience, 5 points agad yun sa visa application?
