Malamang po @vhiancey, Bachelor's Degree yung educational qualification nyo equivalent po yan sa 15pts. Tapos po yung working exp. bka po 10-15pts. Minsan po depende sa CO yung deduction ng work may time po hindi po pare pareho. Sa amin po akala nmin abot kmi 15pts. sa work exp. Section 2 po school ni hubby. Yung grades po nya mga 2.0 average tapos 12yrs. work exp. Refer po kayo sa signature sa ibaba ng outcome nun ACS assessment ni hubby. 6yrs. na lang tinira ni ACS at AQF Associate Degree po hatol ni CO. Happy na rin po kmi kahit papano O pano pa assess npo kayo, sir. Mas maaga mas favor po sa inyo dahil opening po ng financial year ng Oz ngayong July.

@raiden14, yung last phrase ang parang confusing dyan "you will asked to provide updated skills assessment". Cguro mabuting i-inquire mo sa NSW SS kasi cla ang nagbigay ng rulings na yan.

mas madali po ba ang state sponsored visa?

@vhiancey, sorry akala ko pare ka, hihihi. Meron mga conditions din ang state sponsorship depende sa state na a-apply-an mo. Kung pasok ksa 189 yun na lang makakapili kapa ng state na pupuntahan mo.

Just sharing the experience of my ex-colleague.

He migrated to Australia (Melbourne) last year around July 2013 under the visa of 190 (State Sponsorship). Then after 9 months walang mahanap na work as IT Auditor, it's either low demand or hindi nya mameet ang requirements to qualify sa position kasi bihirang-bihira daw ang interview nya.

Then, nagkaroon ng offer sa kanya but sa Brisbane. Ang rule kasi if state sponsored ka, you have to stay sa state for 2 years (it depends sa state policy siguro). For his case, he needed the job badly so he informed the government na kailangan nyang mag-move to Queensland dahil wala syang makitang work sa Melbourne. Nag-agree daw naman ang government at nakalipat na sila ng pamilya nya. Now, he is enjoying his job sa Brisbane together with his family.

Thank you Lord we received the results of ACS just now, submitted July 1, they gave AQF Bachelor Degree to my husband and almost 11 years experience as developer. Today is his speaking test. Take charge Lord....

@vhiancey submit all documents needed para mas mabilis and nag submit din kami ng payslip, ITR. Cert. of employment of all companies na pinaworkan ni hubby. We also included the letter we got from HR sa Accenture na they are not releasing COE with job resp.

@vhiancey lahat ng employment contract from first work to current sinubmit namin. Tapos yung sa accenture dahil di nagbibigay ng me letter head affidavit ginawa ng boss nya so bale 3 affidavits ang sinubmit namin

@vhiancey, if I may, ang Employment Contract yata ay yung binibigay during the Job Offer; yung affidavit naman ay isang alternative kung hindi nagiissue ang company ng Employment Reference (or locally known as COE) with 'detailed' job description. Hindi na po kailangan ang CV.

@vhiancey tama si altuser41. Actually if you read the requirements no need na for employment contract, payslip and itr. We just submitted it para all proof of documents makita nila. Kaya siguro halos lahat ng work ni hubby ok sa kanila. You don't need to submit all payslip pede ng first and last.

@vhiancey just make sure na yung inaaplayan mo nagmamatch yung job descriptions na gagawin sa affidavit kung di kayang mag issue ng comp. Ng COE na me detailed job descriptions. Para pasok
lahat ng experience mo.

To all who will take ielts ang tanong ke hubby sa speaking. Better way of communications email or phone. Say something about important email that you send. And ways of communication. About personal konti lang tinanong.

@ehyni, i'll go with phone conversation why u can use the tone of your voice to express your disagreement and your emotions right at that time you're talking to a person. You'll also get immediate answer while in email you cannot express yourself well if your words is limited. Antay ka rin ng reply Sa email. Dapat Yung email maiksi at precise sometimes ung Tao magbabasa tamad basahin Yung email Kasi mahaba. OT tayo dito. Dapat Sa IELST topic 'to.

hello sa inyo.. Got my assessment today sa ACS and it was suitable .. Gusto kong magsalamat sa mga taong tumulong sa kin dito naway pag paalain kayo ng puong maykapal .. Sana lahat tayo magkaron ng visa heheh..last week ko lang sinubmit ang stat dec na pirma ng boss ko dito at nagulat ako na ang bilis ng result

Bachelors Degree ang assessed and 10 years ang ginawad sa kin .. nakapaganda ng lunes ko .. God Bless sa ting lahat.. IELTS naman

Ako rin nalito dyan @cinnamon. After 2006 rin nag start Yung count Ng work exp. ni hubby. Someone advised me here in the forum na 2007 na raw ang umpisa until 2014 so kung kapos ka Sa months pagdating ng 2014 working ka nman presently Sa job code mo by the time na mag lodge ka Ng visa 15pts. kpa rin. Tapos Bachelors degree kpa that's another 15pts. Meron ka ng 30pts. Tagal ko ng gustong mangumusta sayo kaso medyo nangulo rin Kasi ako dun sa assessment sa Amin. Tsaka looking forward nko sa SS at IELTS. Nka sched n si hubby by Aug. 2. God bless sa application mo sis. PM mo na Lang ako pag may time

Ay yes mam sige po PM. Naku buti ka pa ako kasi d ko macondition ang sarili ko sa IELTS eh lol.. akala ko matagal pa po ito nagulat ako may email agad last week lang ako nagsubmit.. nag email pa yan dati na bawal ang self stat dec kaya eto kinausap ko na ang ex boss ko dito pinaliwanag ko mabait naman ..ayun sya pumirma..Mam good luck po sa IELTS

@altuser41 yup I read sa ACS guidelines, kailangan lang pla yun if you can't present CoE na may job description. Also sa Aug 2 ka rin pala mag IELTS, yan din ang sched ko.. @ehyni thanks sis..I'm about to file my assessment application online na..I just completed all my docs..
