Guys question naman about eligible work experiences.

ACS Assessment: "The following employment after December 2010 is considered to work an appropriately skilled level to 261312 (Developer Programmer) of the ANZSCO Code."

Company 1: Dec 2006 - Nov 2009
Company 2: Nov 2009 - Sep 2012
Company 3: Sep 2012 - Present

Question: Sa EOI ano ilalagay ko na work experience?
Option 1: Simula Company 2 lang starting Jan 2011?
Option 2: Ilalagay ko lahat pero yung mga before Dec 2010 itatag ko as not-related? in effect, mahahati yung entry ko for Company 2.

Magiging ganito:

Company 1: Dec 2006 - Nov 2009 (Not Related)
Company 2: Nov 2009 - Dec 2010 (Not Related)
Company 2: Dec 2011 - Sep 2012 (Related)
Company 3: Sep 2012 - Present (Related)

don't risk it mate!
kasi, kung mainvite ka before ka makapagexam/makuha desired mong score, hindi mo rin xa pwedeng gamitin dahil magsasayang ka lang ng pera, idedeny visa mo.

and kung iuupdate mo naman scores mo, maguupdate din ung Effective date sa EOI mo.

Better prepare ung mga kelangan before lodging EOI, or kung ano lang ung present na meron ka, un lang ilagay mo.

This is also true sa assessment.
You can check ung forum ng March2016, may nadeny dahil ung assessment nya, ung updated na assessment sinend nya, nd ung original, as per ung nilodge nya sa EOI nya.

Ang meron na lang ako ngaun ay ung sa lodging ng visa ha
Pero ang nakalagay na lang dun ay ung years/months na pwede ko lang icredit sa job code ko.

so sa case mo, Ung January 2011 na company 2 pwede mong ilagay.

Pero tanong pa tau sa iba dito.

Nahanap ko na EOI na pdf ko, ang nilagay ko dun, ay ung considered/accredited lang ni ACS.

So sa case mo, from January 2011 lang.

Be careful here ha, dahil tricky ung from ACS, may minus minus pa.

Good day mates. question lang regarding COE.

One of my previous employer provided 2 COE para sa request ko.

First is Generic COE na dito naka indicate yung full time employee ako with them and ung num of working hrs a week.

Second is yung may detailed description ng responsibilities. Although may nakalagay din dun na regular employee but walang nakalagay na full time or number of hrs.

ewan ko ba bakit ganun ang ginawa nila eh napaka linaw at specific ung instruction ko. sila pa naman ung pinaka matagal na hinintay ko mag release ng COE.

tapos magkaiba pa yung signatory. yung generic COE is yung HR manager ang signatory then yung sa with description yung IT director naman.

I'm planning on submitting both. Any advise?

@haunter08 malamang lalabas na din result mo this week or next week. Kasi ako June 3 ako nag pa access, si @shielalables June 2, lumabas din kahapon, so malamang from June 4 onwards na nyan. ano na ba status ng sayo? Dapat maging - Stage 4 - In progress sya.

@pinoycoder ung status sakin is stage 4 (with assessor) since nung ni-lodge ko cxa last jun 8. so after nun, dpt mag stage 4 in-progress muna bago ma complete at ma-send nila ung e-mail? ilan days nag in-progress ung sa inyo before ung final results?

Usually ilang days if nagrereply sila?

Gusto ko sana magAppeal, kaso may need lang ako iclarify muna sa kanila.

@wingleaf : pangit ng result bro, naging worst. 2yrs nlng ang nacredit sa experience instead of 3yrs before kami nagpa review.

I emailed ACS asking how they assessment academic and experience.

"Due to the high number and complex factors involved in the comparability process, the ACS is unable to provide specific information on individual international institutions or qualifications as this would entail a lengthy and involved deliberation of various qualification frameworks, international accreditation methodologies and skills recognition indicators."

Hi everyone, newbie here... I have been consulting with a friend regarding the whole process of Skilled Migration but there's something I want to confirm with you guys. I have a little over 8 years of work experience: 4 years as a Business Analyst, 4 years as a Programmer/Systems Analyst.

Totoo ba na kahit na bawasan ni ACS ang work exp. na eligible for points, icoconsider pa rin ni Immigration na 8 years ang work experience ko? Kasi yung kanya out of 12 years nya, ACS only gave him 9 years. Pero si immi, kinonsider ang 12 years nya.

The reason why I asked is because nasa edge kasi ako haha. if bawasan ni acs ang work experience ko, i'd only get 10 points at most. Kelangan ko ng 15points sana para makapag 70points.

@wingleaf same here sa deduction nang (6)years - (section 3 ako). ngayn ko lang din na receive. so atleast my natira pang 3yrs

kakagaling ko lang dyan yesterday. need mo nga lang kasama yung affiant or kahit ata may scanned copy ka ng valid ID nung signatory.

500 pesos ang fee. nde ako nakapag pa notarize kasi nde available yung signatory ko eh.

@jaceejoef anong course mo? I'm assuming IT nman yun, sure na yung 15points sa qualification (as bachelor). Yung curriculum will matter on how many years of experience will be required from you by ACS

@wingleaf pag ganyan hinhabol mu yung oras dpat mkpag eoi ka na by last week of July so para estimate mu yung august-september-oct na possible invitation months.
