@mergetwo Sa totoo lang, maganda na ang kinalabasan ng assessment nyo. Considering na section 2 ang Letran, nabigyan kayo ng AQF bachelor which is 15 points.

Sa course naman, BS Computer management course nyo. Usually kasi ang nabibigyan lang ng -2 minimum sa work experience is yung mga graduate ng Com Sci or IT. Ako computer engineering so nabawas sa kn 4 years.

May napansin ako.. bakit 261399 (Software and Applications Programmer NEC) yung nominated nyo? pang 190 lang kasi yun eh. Dapat 261313 (Software Engineer), 261311 (Analyst/Programmer), or 261312 (Developer/Programmer) inapplyan nyo if prefer nyo 189.

@rich88 ay talaga. Sabi kasi ng husband ko yun daw ang fit sa work nya either that or software engineer. Dapat ba magpa reassess kami?

@mergetwo Nasa sa inyo ang final decision if gusto nyo magpa re-assess, pero I think papasa kayo either sa tatlong yan dahil software development related lahat ng work experience nyo. Depende na lang talaga siguro sa nakasulat sa COE nyo.

Kung itutuloy nyo ung 261399, state nomination ang route nyo dahil wala yan sa SOL. Basahin nyong mabuti yung JD ng ACS sa ng 261311, 261312, 261313, at 261399. Halos parehas lang lahat ng roles/responsibilities.

Kung ako ang nasa posisyon nyo, at hindi naman issue ang 500 AUD, magpapa re-assess na ako ora mismo sa Analyst/Programmer or Developer/Programmer.

@mergetwo hinintay ko muna ma-invite ako, then saka ako gumawa ng immiaccount. Dun ka sa immiaccount gagawa ng health declaration. Sa health declaration na yun makakapag generate ng HAP ID and referral letter which is required for medical. Hinintay ko muna mag clear ang medical ko before I lodged my visa application and pay the fee.

Refer na lang tayo sa medical thread.. OT yun dito hehe.

hello guys, firstly, i would like to say thanks sa community here sa site, super helpful niyo.
then, hopefully its ok to ask. what if walang nakalagay na email ad / contact number yung HR/Manager or may gusto kang ilagay na contact number (like ung immediate boss mo, since HR ang nakalagay sa COE), may option ba sa ACS kung san pwede ka maglagay ng (additional) contact details? or wala?

sorry kung natanong na to.. i've been readin the last hundred pages of this thread, pero wala pako makitang nagtanong na.. hehe.. thanks in advance guys

@eujin mag rerefer sila dun sa number sa letterhead. Standard letterhead usually may address, phone number, at email.

Parang wala akong matandaan na option to add phone numbers for reference.

Hi @rich88 , salamat sa response. Hmm.. Yung sa COE kasi, nakalagay lang yung generic numbers ng HRs. minsan, di naman nila alam yung work na ginagawa ko so I don't think they're a good reference to my work experience. I am thinking na maglagay ng additional doc containing numbers of who to contact to verify the claimed work experience.
hope this is fine. may nakagawa na ba nito?

@eujin what i did, since di naman standardang coe na pinagawa namin, i asked hr to confirm the duties from the manager or direct supeiror ng asawa ko. Para kung sakali mag contact ang co, pwedenila irefer dun or pwede nila sabihin na napa approve nila yung details sa boss ng employee.

hmmm ganun po ba. actually hindi na rin connected yung boss ko dun sa previous company, so asa nalang talaga ako sa HR since sila naman nagcompose ng COE ko..

@eujin ok lng kahit generic number ng company sa letterhead nkalagay, sakin kasi HR din yung nka sign, wala nman issue sa ACS.

I intend to get assessed by ACS and currently on the process of gathering my requirements. I need clarification/verification lang po regarding the following:

So, yung mga companies na napagtrabahuhan mo na hindi nagbibigay ng COE with detailed JD, you can

(a) ask for the generic COE
(b) support that with payslips/service certificate/termination letter.
(c) ask for statutory declaration by your Senior or Colleague.

Questions:
1. Puede po bang ka-level ko lang yung mag sisign? kasi wala kaming senior sa pinas, nasa abroad lahat based.

2. So bawat company na napagtrabahuhan ko, na nagbigay ng COE pero walang detailed JD, kailangan statutory declaration for each? Meron po kasi ako nabasa na pinagsama na nya lahat sa isang document.

3. "Start & Finish Dates of Employment - if currently employed, your "finish" date can be written as the "To Date" " -- Kailangan po ba may word na "To Date"? or puede na yung same sense like "Currently employed"? hirap po kasi humingi ng detailed COE kasi bago palang ako sa work.

5. Puwede po ba makahingi ng sample statutory declarations nyo.

AFAIK dapat senior sayo ang pipirma ng stat dec.

May nabasa rin ako before, can't remember where, na hindi tinanggap ng ACS if lahat ng work experience ay statutory declaration. Mas ok sana if iba COE tapos iba stat dec. Preferred na 1 COE/Stat dec per company.

ok lang naman siguro yung "currently employed" pero mas maganda sana if sundin na lang yung guidelines ng ACS.

yes thats correct.. assuming you will not change company or change your job role/title/description.. at nakasama na ung role na un sa initial assessment, then you can claim that..

the EOI point system for work experience is based on the date of EOI invitation...
so ang effective points will be based on the date na nainvite ka...
so kung continuous ang employment mo, you can get/claim that...

@lock_code2004 dapat bang CTCd pa rin yung COE?

Mga Sir,

Past 10 years lang kino-consider ng ACS sa work experience kahit may 12 years experience ka na tapos less atleast 2 years deduction for ICT course (tama ba term?) which will make may qualification to only have 8 years. Does it mean kung may 3 months ako na wala ako trabaho in the past 10 years eh di ko na possible makuha yung highest points sa work experience kasi kung meron ako 3 months na wala trabaho eh nasa 7 years and 9 months na lang experience ko? Tama po ba?

Meron ba makakapag-confirm?

mga sir, ask ko lang po. my 3 companies po ako sa pinas at nakuha ko na yung lahat ng COE's ko dun at wala naman naging problem. now itong first job ko dito sa Singapore, nahire ako ng isang company pero nadeploy ako sa school. now ang binigay sakin COE eh position and salary lang wala po yung details ng JD. pwede kaya yung JD manggaling sa school na kung saan ako nagwork at ang pipirma yung ICT Manager? at yung JD naka print sa letter head ng school? salamat po sa mga sasagot.
