    Hello, need advice regarding the docs for ACS skills assessment. I worked as Tech Support for a BPO with duties/responsibilities similar to that of a systems engineer. My former boss prepared an employement declaration for me, but they are not allowed to disclose their client (so they can't include the name of the IT company I worked for) and the job title is not a "systems engineer" talaga. OK lang ba ung ganun? OK nmn ung description ng duties/responsibilities na nakalista. Secondly, they are also not allowed to give letters using the company letterhead, so nilagay na lang sa signature ung company logo, address, and contact info. Pwede na ba un? Magpapa-CTC na sana ako eh baka hindi pala pwede ung doc, para marequest ko ulit agad if hindi pwede. Thank you po sa advice!

    Sorry additional question... pwede ba na yung COE from my work references from the Philippines ay ipa CTC somewhere else? i.e. not sa PH since OFW ako. Or dapat PH work exp sa PH lawyer lang hnd pwede outside PH?...

    Bro I think hindi possible na supervisor mo lang ang gagawa ng COE mo. You can check the ACS COE requirement. You should submit the official COE with the official letterhead.

    Kung none existing (sarado na) yung company nyo, you should opt for the statutory declaration (affidavit).

    Basically, under oath, i-attest nila na you are working on the same company and you were supervised by him. Para maging valid din ang statement ng manager mo, need nya mag provide ng officialCOE from your employer.

    Ang mangyayari kasi, ibabackground check din nila supervisor mo.

    Yung character reference ko sa stat dec ko, nabalitaan nya sa HR namin na may nag background check daw sa kanya.

    Pero for as long as exisiting pa company nyo, need mo tlga yung official COE with official Letter Head

    Tanong ko lang. Nakapagpa assess na ako sa ACS last April at suitable naman. Mag earn sana ako ng 10 points (5 years related work experience) by Jan 2018. Kasamaan palad, na lay off nmn ako sa work. Kailangan ba mag pa re-assess ulit sa ACS? kailangan kayang kumuha ulit ako ng mga requirements (COE/stat declaration) galing sa dati kong employers? Salamat po sa makakasagot.

    Background lang, I am a Software Tester pero I was assessed suitable as Software Engineer. Automation and manual test ang experience ko, but most of my R&R ay tester tasks pa din.
    Sa 2004-2017 work experience, 4yrs deduction, Bachelors Degree Major in Computing.
