Lahat ba ng Exp mo is about ICT? those 85 months? if yes, you'll prolly go through ACS via RPL route. I don't know how you will relate your System Analyst role to EA via CDR.

RPL route will deduct 5 or 6 years to your total Exp.

ACS will not your qualification, you have to go via Vetassess PTA.

By the time you lodge your EOI, continous ang count ng days sa age mo, and will only stop until once you got the invite.

So, if wala ka pang invite by the time you reach 33, sa exact bday mo, saka lang mag change ang points mo.

@Heprex Bro, ang age points magmamatter up until mainvite ka (ITA)? hindi during approval ng VISA? THanks. Kasi I am 32 ngayon turning 33 sa last quarter nitong taon kaya naghahabol din ako.

@jamesmj I've sent to ACS for Assesment last June 5 and got the response recently July 10, so far all of the experience mentioned dun sa pinasa ko, accounted lahat ng ACS.

Wait ka lang Sir, narinig ko kc sa Agency na nag-shutdown cla bago mag end of June kaya madami paniguradong pending sila for Assesment....

@Heprex sir, so if bawas ng 6 years un 7yrs experience ko, may chance pa rin ako mainvite since mgging 1 yr nlng work exp ko sakali. With vetassess po, iaadvise ba ni acs un need ko vetassess? Or ibang process un on my own.

@sizzlingralph As long as you reach the required points, maiinvite ka. I think 70pts ata need ng System Analyst for subclass 189.

Pag RPL route, hindi i-assess yung degree mo. So I think di nila i-aadvise yun directly, kase experience mo lang yung ina-assess pag RPL. So you need proof na comparable sa australian qualification ang degree mo, kaya nadyan si Vetassess to assess yung degree mo lang.

Good day po sa lahat. May question po. May nakaexperience po ba na magpa assess sa ACS with skipped working experience or delayed working experience after year from graduation? How was your years of experience deducted?
Ung case ko kaz is:

School Section: 2
Year graduated: 2011
1st Job: 2011 (3months)
2nd Job: 2011 - 2012 (1year)
3rd Job: 2012-present(5years)

Now, I can't have the COE for my 2nd Job, my 1st job is just 3 months so might just use my third job nalang para ipa assess ko. I need to have point pa rin sana sa work experience so from my 5 years sa third job ko, malaki kaya ang chance na 2 years lang ibabawas? So the remaining 3 years makakakuha pa rin ako 5 points sa work experience?

Baka po kaz malaki ikakaltas if makita nila 2011 ako graduate but 2012 na ako nakapagwork

@biz_go maraming factors ang nakakaapekto sa outcome ng ACS.

Like, how your degree relates to go your nominated occupation.
How your nominatad occupation relates to your exp.
How many years yung degree mo.

Example, You may be granted bachelors with ict minor and deduct 4 years,, if your ict units minorly relates to your job descrption.

Ano nominated occupation at degree mo?

@Heprex bale graduated BS IT sir. 3 Years lng since trisem. Isa rin worry ko to kung same kaya to sa pag assess nila as 4year course. Then ngwork ako as an SAP ABAP developer and consultant. I'll try paassess as ICT business analyst or sa analyst programmer sana sir

And isa pa plang tanong kung magmatter kaya as advantage pag graduated with honours? Haha. Pasenya po, dami ko tanong

@biz_go I suggest to use the search function dito. Tingin ko meron ka same scenario. Di ko din kase sure kung san nominated occupation related si BS IT.

AFAIK, walang impact ang grades sa assessment. yung subjects lang tinitingnan nila sa TOR kung related sa ICT units defined sa criteria nila sa nominated occupation mo. dami ko kase bagsak nung college ako, pero positive outcome naman. hahahaha

Hihingi lang po sana ako ng advice. Meron ba dito na nahirapan sa pagkuha ng reference letter tas hindi rin close sa supervisor para makapagpasa ng stat dec. may iba pang way para makapag skill assessment sa ACS. Allowed ba na contract ang gamitin sa skill assessment?

@dashJanz hi, i had the same experience as you. But difference was I was already invited when I noticed. Since there won't be a change in points and my score is already locked up to what I submitted before I got invited, I just corrected it when I lodge the visa.

@aranayad Same tau boss, nahihirapan kumuha ng emp ref. Parang d rin kami close nung supervisor. Balitaan mo ako kung panu ka mag stat dec. haha

i doubt if papayagan ung contract for skill assessment since it wouldn't mention kung gaano katagal mong ginawa ung job na un.

though ang alam ko anyone within the company that you worked with can do the stat dec. they just need to state ano ung relation nyo. so you can ask one of your teammates. mas may bearing nga lang pag may position ung gagawa.

@sizzlingralph you won't need to apply for RPL, you'll be under non IT degree category.

@sizzlingralph Sorry, ignore my comment earlier. If your studies fall under minor IT then no need to do RPL otherwise you will have to apply via RPL. Good luck!

Hello po. I am new here and nagsstart na ko mag ayos ng documents for ACS. Based ako dito sa SG. Yung first job ko dito, under headhunter ako, sila din nagpapasahod sa kin pero deployed ako sa isang German company during my entire employment. Si headhunter makakapagprovide lang sa kin ng generic COE. So i need ng statutory declaration. Nakausap ko na yung ex-colleagues ko from the german company and ok sila to give me the reference letter. Question ko po, yung letter na iproprovide nila is using the letterhead of the German company, ok lang ba yun or dapat yung letterhead ng headhunter ko ang gamit? Or mas ok wala na lang letterhead. Worried kasi ako baka malito ang ACS kung bakit from another company yung statutory declaration vs yung generic COE ko from headhunter.

Need ang letterhead sir and corresponding Employer contact details. Okay lang yun sir kung yung letterhead ng German Company, for as long as ma justify naman nila na you've been working with them. Kasi pag tumawag yung ACS sa stat dec referal mo, ibabackground check nila yung referal mo kung dun talaga sila din nag work, then, chaka nila tawagan yung referal mo to verify your employment like your role, your day to day job, and your working relationship with your referral.

pwede kaya yung sa plain paper lang ang stat dec? tapos magaattach ako emp certificate ng ex-colleague ko tsaka kahit business card niya and then i-notarize?

only ung COE ung required na may letterhead nung company.

if you want to go via stat dec, you should draft the letter, isama ung colleague mo sa notary/law office and dun niya pipirmahan sa harap nung lawyer ung document.

Sa stat dec sir no need ang letter head.

I thought you were talking about the letter head of your COE.

Pero for stat dec, I mean for the stat dec document itself, no letterhead. Affidavit ang katumbas ng statdec sa pinas. Pero for the COE attachments, must have the official letterhead and contact details.
