Hello po.

Question po. Nag reply sa akin ang ACS adking me to upload my employment reference should be with company's letterhead. Ang problema ko po ay in-ask ko na to before sa mga previous colleague ko na kung pwede sila makahingi ng company letterhead. Kaya lang ayaw sila bigyan ng HR.
Pero meron akong generic COE from my previous companies na nasa letterhead.

Ano po ba ang pwede kong gawin?
Pwede kayang i explain ko na lang na hinde kasi nagbibigay yung HR ng company letterhead kaya sa plain paper lang prinint ng mga previous colleagues

kung walang company letterhead, you should have submitted as statutory declaration. meaning your ex-colleague should make an affidavit and swear it before a notary public or lawyer.

So pwede palang ipa notary ko na lang.

Ok lang kaya kung dito ko na lang sa SG ipa notary kahit galing pinas yung doc? Magiging issue ba yun?

Hi. Sa stat dec (affidavit), bale yung witness nyo po yung ang nag sasalaysay (colleague) dun sa letter. And siya din yung mag papa notary. Para maging valid yung claim nya para sa employer nyo, need nya i-attach yung COE nya na galing din cya dun sa company na pinag trabahuhan nyong dalawa. Once notarized, isusubmit nyo iyan along with his COE din.

Yung COE din nya is naka certified true copy din.

ECE graduate po ako, pero ung first work ko is sa Electronics manufacturing company - so hndi related sa IT. tumagal ako sa first work ng 3 years then nag career shift na ko to IT and tuloy tuloy na ko sa IT field. Kailangan ko pa po ba isama ung work ko sa Manufacturing? Malaki kasi ung magiging gap between Graduation and ung 1st work ko sa IT. will it matter?

hello! for those people who had their documents stamped for CTC in Makati, what office would you recommend and where is it located?

@shuroro Hi, yung mga ACS submitted docs ko, pina CTC ko sa may notary public sa ground flr ng Makati Atrium along Makati Ave, 50 pesos.

Meron din ako nabasa dito sa forum sa likod ng PBCom, Cityland ata na bldg 20 pesos lang.

Hi All! Ask lang po, ung RPL report mismo need pa bang ipa.CTC?
Dati kc ( like 2 yrs. ago) hindi na kailangan.
To those who recently submitted theirs, did u have it CTC-ed?

Hello boss. Sa pagkakaalam ko hinde kelangan for RPL. Yung sinubmit ko ay di naman naka CTC at hinde naman nirequest na i CTC. Pero make sure na yung 2017 template ang gamitin mo

Hello po, sana po may makasagot.. balak ko na kasi mag assess sana today.. hndi ko na iinclude ung work ko sa manufacturing.

@markedino Hello! boss talaga? hihihi...Ay salamat naman at di na kailangan. Oo ung latest format na gagamitin namin, just learned lang din na nag.iba na format ng RPL ( haaaiistt), now need pa magrevise. Pero its a big relief no need na ang CTC

Hi, goodpm, ask ko lang po kung need pa ng supporting documents like payslip, ITR or termination letter pag meron ka ng COE with job description? Thanks in advance!

@rafael_015 may COE ako na sakto sa sample COE required ni ACS, wala na ako ibang sinubmit na docs.
Yung Stat Declaration ko yung sinamahan ko naman ng payslip - start yr-mid yr-current yr.

Hello everyone. Just want to ask, I'm about to submit my application to ACS. I just have some concerns with my certificate of employment. My company gave me COE with all detailed job description (which I provided). I went to attorney to have it notarized but the attorney just give me a sworn statement that I have true and replicate copy of my COE. I was asking him if I could have my original COE stamp as true copy (have seen one stamped from my officemate from which he had it stamped in Australia) but he insisted on the SWORN original replication. Which is better to submit, the original one or the xerox with the sworn statement? Thank you very much.

Hi. I think no need to have to original copy stamped on. Kasi yung certified replicated copy yung isusubmit mo, hindi yung original.

Hi Guys tanong ko lang kung meron na dito nag pa assess ng additional work experience sa ACS?

Nakapag pa assess na kasi ako sa ACS and assessed namn as suitable. Pero nag iba ako ng company (same nature of work parin). Gusto ko sana ma include as part of additional work experience yung sa present work ko.

Nabasa ko kasi sa ACS guideline na kailangan ko lang mag bayad ng additional $50 fee. Tama po ba pagkaintindi ko? Sana may makasagot. Thanks.


Additional Fees
All skills assessment fees will include a total of 8 assessment episodes per application. An assessment
episode can be either qualification or employment documentation. For example, you can submit 3
qualifications and 5 employment episodes or 8 employment episodes in total or any combination of
qualifications and employment episodes numbering 8 assessment episodes per application.
A $50 fee will apply for each additional qualification or employment episodes that exceeds a maximum
of 8 assessment episodes peitir application

Hi Guys,

Pahelp naman po..

I got my assessment results for ANZCODE ICT Security Specialist, suitable naman for migration kaso 6 years deduction for me then un Computer Engineering degree got assessed as AQF Diploma..so one year na lang natira sa experience ko kaya lacking of points talaga sa EOI..

Nag email na ko sa CO ang reply sa kin "As your Bachelor Degree has been assessed as being comparable to an AQF Diploma with a major in computing is not closely related to the nominated occupation, you are required to demonstrate SIX years of relevant experience. This is completed on May 2016."

Possible po ba na magre-appeal para maging euqivalent sa Bachelor Degree? sayang ang 5 points or dapat ba mag re-appeal na lang under different ANZCODE? Pwede po ba I-modify ang existing JD kung may idadagdag na info?

@einra2k2 ok po,pero yung diploma, birth cert and tor which are all colored and original no need to certify na po no? Thank you

@monkeydoo try po mag reappeal. check mo rin yung signature ni @Heprex. Alam ko AQF diploma assessment sa kanya, tapos naging AQF Bachelors Degree after mag appeal. Engineering course nya.

@jamiePH tama si @agd. just to add lang. these are excerpts from ACS guidelines.

Preparing Documents to Upload into the Online Application Form:
1. Organise the paper documents you need to submit
2. Create paper copies of all your original documents
3. Have your paper copies Certified by an authorised person
4. Scan and Save the certified copies into a PDF format

"A document is a certified copy when the original document is photocopied or scanned and a person authorised to certify documents stamps and signs the copy, signifying that it is a true copy of the original document."

@shuroro meaning po, if I am uploading the scanned original copy then no certification needed? sorry po if I'm asking something too obvious.I just want to verify and have everything correct before I submit. Thank you very much po for your time answering my queries

@jamiePH as per ACS guidelines, you need to submit the certified documents meaning the photocopied documents not your originals. I'm also in the process of preparing my documents. I had it photocopied and will be certified soon. so ako mismo hindi pa nakapagsubmit Im just saying this according to their guidelines. baka merong iba dito na may mas experience.

@jamiePH Based on my own experience, CTC'ed po lahat dapat. If you don't follow the guidelines, ibabalik din sayo ni ACS yan. Baka lang kasi tumagal pa yung assessment mo. Mas ok na din yung sigurado.

@jamiePH di uusad yung processing pag di naka CTC yung mga docs. Ganyan nangyari sa kin. Pa-CTC mo na lahat para sure.
