Guys sa mga naiinip maghintay...ang current process ngayon e 12 weeks from the day na naging Stage 4 with assessor ung applications nyo.

yun sken 1 week na nasa stage 2, ibig sabihin pag nag stage 4 pa lang ang start ng count ng 12 weeks waiting time?

Tumpak. So while waiting e review na din kayo ng IELTS nyo or schedule nyo na para once na lumabas e apply agad ng EOI.

thanks ryan.. but i think it still depends on your nominated occupation. there are occupations that you need two years of experience first before you can be considered "skilled".

Anyway, read from a different forum. You are right, ACS implemented this deeming date last May 2013. So the best advise I got is not to over claim for points.

Having 8.5 years of experience as a systems analyst from 2 companies (6years + from company A) and 2 years and counting from Company B, will allow me to claim 10 pts.

In the end, I could claim 65 points with the deeming date on effect. damn!

@rooroo same case kayo ng hubby ko. He will have 8 yrs of working experience na sana this oct but because of the new rule nabawasan ang macclaim na points. Bute ka nga ok na ielts mo onting antay lang at lalabas din acs result mo ay i think yung ibabawas na no of experience eh depende din if bachelors degree

Most probably Sept pa un result ng ACS. Prepare nalang siguro ng other docs para pag kareceive apply na agad EOI..

By the way, sabay kami ng friend ko magpa-assess and almost same lahat ng description sa COE namin pero siya e sinabihan na i-change yung ANZSCO code nya to 262113 (Sys Admin). Since nsa CSOL to e no she can only apply for 190 at mag-apply ng SS sa NSW. Her state choice is Vic sana.

Anyway, mukhang matagal pa pagintayin. Will drop by again sa forum pag nagkaroon na ng changes sa application ko

Ang tagal ng results ko, May 10 ako nagsubmit sa ACS. Nakakainip maghintay.. Gaano na ba katagal processing ngayon?

Hi @rams, musta ACS mo? Have you received your result already? Hope meron na. Sakin wala pa Exactly 12 weeks na. Maybe 12 weeks from Stage 4 nga so baka sa 13 Aug pa sa akin.

@rams, thanks sa reply mo. Siguro hintay-hintay pa ako next week. Hindi ko rin alam kung naka-apekto sa delay yung pagbigay ko ng additional docs.

Ganoon ba? Bakit 6 yrs naman nabawas? I thought the max na ibabawas nila ay 4 yrs for diploma? Anyway, Bka may ibang way para ma-bump up pa points mo like through state sponsorship, ielts, etc. All the bests to you. I hope you will still be able to stay eligible for the application.

No need for re-assessment. The result came out after 3 days. Binawasan siya ng 5 years at diploma lang na-count ang course nya. Nasa Section 3 ung school nya AMA to be exact.

computer engg course ko and school ko ay plm.. analyst programmer yung cod ena ianapplyan ko. nag-email na ko sa assessor kaso hindi pa reply. pede yata mag-appeal sa result yun nga lang bayad na naman haha..

Hello guys, may question lang po ako regarding sa changes ng skilled employment. Nag start po ako mag work Sept 2007 as SAP Functional Trainee then After a month, na deploy na ako sa project. By November 2013, mag 6 years na yung solid SAP working experience ko, plan ko na mag pa assess sa ACS sana. Di ko alam kung papaano yung deduction rules. Thanks! I would appreciate your inputs

Non-ICT grad po pala ako pero lahat ng working experience is SAP related. This November marks my 6th year of SAP working experience.

I am not so sure if kasama pa rin ako sa mag kakaroon ng deduction if ituloy ko yung assessment ko with ACS on Nov.

Skilled Employment Date
The date specified for skilled employment for a Bachelor or above, not relevant to the ANZSCO, is upon
completion of 4 years experience. For a relevant degree, it is either 2 years in the past 10 years or 4
years in any time period, whichever is earlier.

For qualifications below a Bachelor, 5 years in the past 10 years and 6 years in any time period.

If the date specified for skilled employment is earlier than the completion of the qualification; the date
will be noted as the completion date of the qualification. In this case, the date specified for skilled
employment cannot be earlier than the completion date of the qualification.

Hi guys! What if hindi nagbibigay ng detailed COE ang previous company? Pano ang statutory declaration? Or ano equivalent nun sa Pinas? Thanks!

ang ginawa ko lang sken is affidavit kung sino yun pipirma dun sa declaration, in my case yun supervisor ko dun sa company (plus info of the person like ano ko sya noon and ilan years kami nagkasama sa project). Then list of the roles and responsibilities. Her signature and contact number then notarised. Ganun yun mga nabasa ko before...but mine is still on Stage 4 - with assessor sa ACS. not sure if they will require for additional docs.

@fyi_12 Thanks! Nalilito ako sa format. Pwede ba same lang nung employment ref sample sa ACS website then iinclude ko lang yung third party colleague kunwari na manager ko sya.? Kailangan ko pa ba ng witness or yung sa notary na yung ag serve as witness? Thanks!

@yhanie_17- AMA din ako and i have expected na diploma lng talaga ibigay. Nung june12 lng ako nagpa ACS, until now e stage 4 pa din.
Ask ko lng kung suitable ba naging verdict ng ACS sa case ng friend mo?

@MotherBodski balitaan mo ako sa results. same school tayo, pero nag ggather pa lang ako ng requirements for ACS. Nakakahinayang naman yung yrs of exp if diploma lang bibigay nila just because of the school.

7y8m lang nacredit sa kin badtrip kinulang pa sa 8 years. mabawasan pa ng 5 points sa educ kasi hindi bachelor.

plan ko mag appeal, bayad na naman huhuhu..

@yhanie_17 Sigh.... pero at least eh suitable pa rin. Ilang years ang total experience nya and ilan lang ang na credit ng ACS sa kanya? Sana nman kahit 10points eh maka claim sya, kung at least eh 5yrs ang na credit an experience nya. Thanks
