    Question: magpapasa pa lang kame sa EA for assessment, and probably it will take 3 months or so...then visa application na...

    the thing is, september 2013 pa kame balak magpakasal...ano ba ang maganda namin gawin?! e

    ask ko lang po sa mga na-approve na sa SS ng WA. Regarding po sa sufficient funds, need pa ba ng "proof" or i-declare lang. Salamat po in advance.
    May nabasa ako but I don't remember which state na "Evidence is not required" dun sa Financial part.

    Nabasa ko din dito na you just have to declare it dun sa application form and hindi rin naman daw sila hiningan ng proof ng CO.

    depende po sa requirements ng state yun. like for NSW state sponsorship, kelangan assessed as bachelors degree. so pag ganun, kelangan talaga bachelors degree.

    For NSW SS, lahat ng nasa occupation list nila dapat lahat Bachelor degree? Nun nagcheck kasi ako sa VIC and SA, wala naman nakalagay na qualification dun sa pdf ng list of occupations na allowed. Napansin ko lang yun IELTS score na required or hindi ko pa lang masyado nabasa lahat. :)

    6.5 and was still considered? or they are really strict with the guidelines? my husband had 6.0 for reading. he is an engineer.

    bawat state po merong State Migration Plan. so punta lang po kayo dun sa website ng state na gusto nyo applyan (hanapin nyo lang sa google) at makikita nyo na paano magapply. first thing to check po is if your nominated occupation is on their list para pwede kayo magapply for state sponsorship. good luck! :)

    @majal - Visa 190 is State Sponsorsed Visa..
    so hindi ko na gets ang question mo.. ;)

    wrong spelling wrong.. lol..

    based sa mga applicants dito.. Visa 190 will not compete with Visa 189 (in terms of score)..
    Dahil once approved ang SS, automatic na ang invitation ng mga Visa 190.. nasusulat din po yan sa skillselect report (published sa DIAC's website)..

    the only way na magkakatalo ay sa occupation limit (overall limit set by DIAC).. hindi nmn kasi nakapublish kung ilan ang visa allocation ng 189 versus 190 (for the same occupation).. kung meron man, sila lang naka-kaalam..

    He really need to re-take his IELTS after EA. Though he's quite confident that his answers were correct, it's not useful to request for re-mark in Reading. More practice lang talaga siguro ang kulang.

    Another question hindi ko alam kun may nagtanong na nito before.

    What if ang required lang na IELTS score under your nominated occupation sa SS is 6.5, but you need a score of 7 sa IELTS sa Skillselect to gain 60 points. Wala ka ba marireceive na invitation sa EOI pag ganun?

    @eischied_21 - you have to satisfy both criteria (DIAC and State)..

    1. so if 6.5 ka, you will get the SS,
    2. pero sa EOI points, kulang nmn points mo sa 60 (kasi nga 0 pts ang IELTS 6.5), so in the end hindi ka rin maiinvite kasi ang requirement ng DIAC dapat maka atleast 60pts ka

    pero, meron nmn nakaka 60pts sa EOI, kahit walang points sa IELTS, example mataas ang score sa Age or Work Exp factor.. or may additional points (Partner's Skill)..

    Thanks @lock_code2004. 55 points kasi ako kasama na yun +5 sa SS so kelangan ko ng 10 points para sa IELTS. Then nagassume na lang muna ako na Diploma lang yun assessment saken ng ACS.

    It depends on the Occupation, as far as I know 6 yung minimum karamihan ng occupation.
