Hi,

Tanong ko lng po what are the chances na ma-credit ung experience mo when doing a statutory declaration?

In my case, medyo complicated sya. I did a self statutory declaration before kasi sarado na ung company ko then ung colleagues ko wala na rin sa Singapore. It was okay for me back then kasi nameet ko nman ung 65points with 4yrs of experience but the problem is wala pa ung Web Developer sa list for State Sponsorship.

So I waited till July 1 this year. Now 3 states are open. Queensland, South Australia, and NT. I prefer Queensland and SA pero 70pts na ang minumum requirement..

So i scrambled to find a colleague from that company. And lucky there was one who was visiting here and he agreed to do it. Its so happen na papunta na sya ng Melbourne with visa 189 aproved! So i asked how he got the letter from the company. It turns out the company is not closed yet. Its just not operating.. The dilemma here is nasubmit ko na ung self statutory ko before saying that the company is closed and worried that if i submit a letter bka mgtaka ang ACS bakit open pa pla siya..

My question now is should I just submit a statutory declaration from a colleague or ask the company for a letter?

@rasta_jy I misunderstood your case. not operating and close. make sure kong ano talga ang status ng company mo. kasi baka di magtugma ang details mo.
kong not operating so wala na din tao doon. so di naka din maka pag gawa ng COE. kasi either close or not operating parang same lang. ang point may makaka usap kappa ba nag working there. at incase tawagan nman ng CO and number sa COE mo may sasagot ba?

@rasta_jy , at the end of the day, telling the truth will give us a good sleep. Hehehe. It was an honest mistake naman na you thought it was closed, hanap ka nalang cguro ng evidence na they are closing, attach mo dun sa letter. Just bringing up what I think. Maybe other guys here have same case as yours.
Share ko lang case ko, I have a standard COE sa previous compny ko nagclose narin. Gumawa ako ng stat dec. and sinabi ko dun its close, tapos supporting doc ko yong COE, na nag exist yong company and job.

Hello Sirs and Ma'ams. I need help po sana to clarify some things regarding statutory declaration. I read this thread and other online sources so clarification lng talaga ito.

I am currently gathering requirements for ACS assessment and isa na lang yung kulang: detailed COE from my last employer. They already provided me with a standard COE though pero wala dun yung tasks ko so I guess di pa rin yun mag-work. Last month pa ako nag-request from HR but until now walang nod from my previous manager. So that's where my decision to stick with StatDec came in. One of my direct superiors dati was promoted to manager just few months before I resigned. We're pretty close so I decided na siya na lng papipirmahin ko sa StatDec ko.

With that in mind, these are the steps I think I should do:

1. Contact my former superior to request for verification of my tasks. Actually may nagawa na akng list so pwede niya na lng yun dagdagan or bawasan.
2. If he agrees, I will print the StatDec with the list he verified and have him sign it.
3. Have it notarized with public attorneys here in the Philippines.
4. Submit the StatDec together with the standard COE provided by said company along with other requirements for ACS assessment.

Sapat na ba ito or may kulang pa? You're inputs and suggestions are very much appreciated. Thanks!

@kingmaling include calling card of the one who signed your stat dec., payslip or contract related to that job, itr related to that job. the more support the better.

Hi po magtatanong lang po sna ako kaso for ANMAC nmn po ang question ko for nurses. kc ung supervisor ko ngaun sa work ko eh hndi nurse pero kc nkalagay n requirement dun sa assessing authority ng ANMAC eh dpat nurse ung ppirma sbi nmn make an statement attach it together with the reference ang kaso hndi ko tlga alam kng pano ggwin ung statement n un dpat b ako nlng ang ggawa nun then papirmahan ko sa visor ko? I am not really sure din kng ano tlga ang wordings na gagamitin. Sana may mkatulong po.

I intend to get assessed by ACS and currently on the process of gathering my requirements. I need clarification/verification lang po regarding the following:

So, yung mga companies na napagtrabahuhan mo na hindi nagbibigay ng COE with detailed JD, you can

(a) ask for the generic COE
(b) support that with payslips/service certificate/termination letter.
(c) ask for statutory declaration by your Senior or Colleague.

Questions:
1. Puede po bang ka-level ko lang yung mag sisign? kasi wala kaming senior sa pinas, nasa abroad lahat based.

2. So bawat company na napagtrabahuhan ko, na nagbigay ng COE pero walang detailed JD, kailangan statutory declaration for each? Meron po kasi ako nabasa na pinagsama na nya lahat sa isang document.

3. "Start & Finish Dates of Employment - if currently employed, your "finish" date can be written as the "To Date" " -- Kailangan po ba may word na "To Date"? or puede na yung same sense like "Currently employed"? hirap po kasi humingi ng detailed COE kasi bago palang ako sa work.

5. Puwede po ba makahingi ng sample statutory declarations nyo.

Note that yung date kong office mate (Juan dela Cruz) ang gagawa nitong Stat Dec para sakin and wala na rin sya sa ABC company. Tapos same kami ng position date kase no where to find narin ung mga dating visor and managers namin (karamihan nag abroad na).
Bukod sa Passport ni Juan dela Cruz, ano pa bang possible na isama ko? Kailangan bang ibang ID's or COE din ni Juan dela Cruz from ABC company? Or ano pa kaya?

Hi! Same situation ako ngayon. Did it work? Paano mo ginawa un sa authorized witness for the statutory declaration ng manager mo?

Hi to all!

New member here. Magtanong lang po ako regarding sa COE, nangyari din po sa akin kasi na ung employer nagalit sa akin, in effect ayaw din ako bigyan ng COE, and worse, lahat ng co-worker ko pinagbawalan na bigyan ako ng help like recommendation letters, or anything to testify for me. Ngayon po ang plan ko is I will make Self-Statutory Declaration, with the following supporting documents:
- Bank Statement
- Company ID
- Payslips (even though I am the preparer si I assume weak evidence siya)
- Employment Contract
- Form 2316 (ITR, again, ako ang nkapirma on behalf of my boss)
- BIR Form 1604CF (again, ako ang nkapirma on behalf of my boss, even though may attachment ne BIR acknolwedgement receipt from email), with alphalist
- SSS, PHIC and HDMF Contributions List (to prove na nging employers ko tlga sila, PHIC and HDMF still pending)
- Resignation Letter
- Summary of Compensation and Allowances (self-made reconciliation since ung amount per bank statement n nka-reflect is may kasamang allowance, so kelangan ma-trace ung part ng salary per payslip)

When I inquired sa notary (ung sa Cityland sa likod ng PBCom), usually daw ang stat dec is prepared by someone and usually daw co-worker. I am having issues with this as I said, mhihirapan ako mg-ask ng help kht sa former co-workers ko.

New here, i am now preparing for my ACS requirements. sana may makapag enlighten sakin. wala na ako ibang matanungan e
please forgive me if i may sound newbie or nasagot na before yung tanong ko.

- 1 of my previous company is already closed, hindi ako naka hingi ng detailed JD, yung basic lang na COE meron ako. so need ko ng Stat Dec. My question is, need ba na physically pupunta kayo magkasama ng senior/supervisor/manager na pipirma sa stat dec mo sa lawyer/notary public? kasi yung senior ko na close ko, nasa SG sya, while ako nasa pinas. naisip ko kasi is: gawa ako ng self stat dec, send ko sakanya thru email, print/pirmahan nya with ID then scan send balik sakin thru email. then tsaka ko dadalhin sa attorney. magkakaroon po ba ng issue kaya yon?

Another thing, my expiration or at least may number of months na tatanggapin parin sya ni ACS upon application? kasi i am planning to consolidate all requirements now (including stat dec, detailed COE etc) para maka focus na ako sa IELTS soon. once okay na IELTS ko tsaka ko na pupush application ko sa ACS (inaantay ko din kasi makatapos sa college yung misis ko kasi +5 points sya later on dba?)

@quesobamac Need physical na andun yung manager or senior mo kapag pumirma na. Ginawa ko kase gumawa ako ng stat dec tapos schedule ko kung kelan siya available (manager ko) para makapunta sa attorney and dun magsign.

Question lang po, possible ba tong naiisip ko regarding sa pag gather ng requirements especially for detailed COE:

- I will print a Detailed COE using my previous company's letterhead, then ilalagay ko yung mga task and job description dun. then ipapapirma ko sa manager ko dati. (in my case kasi, under agency ako let say under company A. then na deploy lng ako sa client ng agency ko which is Company will it matter ba kung ang pipirma ng ginawa kong COE e manager ko from company B, kasi wala naman akong manager sa Company A to begin with e. although i have a COE from company A, hindi nga lang detailed. if ever ba, mag fo-fall parin ba under stat dec yun? yung fact na ako gumawa nung detailed COE and pinirmahan ng manager ko?

Para hindi na ako magpapagawa ng declaration sa senior o boss ko. Pwede daw po ito sa Engineers Australia according sa kabilang forum. Sana nga ma-approve ito...

Hi all, im not sure if this was answered or asked before bago lang po ako dito, regarding self statutory for acs, di na kasi operating yung company and the bosses hesitant sila magbigay ng reference letter since nagestablished sila ng company na dun na ang focus nila, prinepare ko na nga lahat kasi nasa kin pa yung contract with job details kaso andame nila paligoy ligoy lalo na nung nalaman nila na gagamitin ko for visa application, yung hr namin dati nakausap ko kaso nung nalaman nya na pipirma sya sa notarial office ayaw na nya kasi dapat daw boss namin dati ung kausapin ko dito hindi daw sya, nasstress ako kasi more than 5 years ako sa company and yun lang sana aasahan ko para sa skill assessment sa acs, ang nabigay lang nila is ung coe ko na may salary, start and end date saka position ko sa company, wala ung job details. Pano kaya gagawin ko guys? Thank you sa sasagot. Nasa kin pa yung payslip saka ung mga random confirmation letter nung naregular ako plus. Nabasa ko kasi sa acs ung pdf nila na parang di daw accepted yung contract? Tama ba? Mag self statutory sana ako until mabasa ko yun last night. Salamat sa reply @patotoy kaso wala kasi akong supervisor / manager, direct report ako sa ceo unfortunately wala din akong kasamahan in contact na pwede gumawa para sa akin kasi puro foreigner lahat kasamahan ko, yung hr na chinese na nag nagiisang pag asa ko nagbackout ayaw nya daw makealam kahit pa sya yung pumirma sa huling coe ko huhu

quite a problem pala. eto kase yung nakalagay sa page 14, number 11:

"If you are unable to obtain an employment reference on a company letterhead from
your employer, a third party official Statutory Declaration or Affidavit written by a
work colleague may be considered."

"The Statutory Declaration or Affidavit must be written by a third party work colleague and NOT written by you, the applicant. Self-written Statutory Declaration or Affidavit will be assessed as not suitable."

try mo nalang ulit kausapin and ipaliwanag yung kailangan mo.

Oo nga e hays, kausapin ko ulit yung hr namjn dati, reason nya kasi hindi pa naman daw close talaga totally yung company so may bagong hr dun or if wala na at not operational e yung boss daw namin dapat magbigay, nabasa ko nga yang highlighted thanks din sa pagreply @patotoy ,kausapin ko ulit yung boss grabe di makakausad application dahil dito
