@chiffonscarf Not yet, sa later stage pa raw yun kapag in-advice na ng CO, pero we're planning to start the NBI application process by June, kase mukhang mahabang proseso ang pagkuha ng NBI.

thanks @langgam37. Ang advice ko po sa inyo about PCC, wag muna kayo kumuha. What I did was, I monitored the allocation dates http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/general-skilled-migration/estimated-allocation-times.htm then, nung malapit na yung sa amin, saka ako nagstart magapply ng PCC. Yung sa NBI siguro, ok lang na mas maaga since 1 year naman ang validity non pero yung kasing dito sa Dubai, 3 months lang yung validity nya. Pero nasa inyo parin po iyon. :P

@chiffonscarf, sa Dubai ka ba or Sharjah? maybe next month kita tayo together with the other applicants kung gusto nila.. :P

@chiffonscarf, feeling ko yung naging basis nila ng IED ko eh yung kung kelan magone year yung PCC mo whichever is earlier. Kasi dun sa Dubai PCC ko, issued siya on April 2, 2012 and yung NBI ko is April 20, 2012. eh yung IED ko is April 2, 2013 so baka kung maaga kayo kuha ng PCC, baka affected ang magiging IED nyo rin. just a thought po.

I think you are right..So kung halimbawa PCC ko issued May 5 ; that same month next year ang IED namin

Yes, you are correct @Ozdreamer... kaya advisable na kmuha lang ng PCC/NBI pag sinabi na ng CO... maganda din ang strategy to monitor ung application processing dates.. pro-active kumbaga..

@OZdreamer tanong ko lang po kung nag-conduct ba ng employment verification yung CO nyo? Did they contact your previous/current Employer? Worried kase ako dahil yung actual Job Title ko ay Quantity Surveyor, ni-request ko lang sa manager ko na gawin nyang Civil Engineer dun sa COE na pinirmahan din nya. Pero referering to ANZSCO ang Quantity Surveyor ay possible job ng isang Civil Engineer. Napa-praning lang ako kase baka pag tumawag yung CO ko ay lasing yung boss ko at kung anu-ano ang sabihin.

@langgam37 sir Civil Engineer din po ako and applying for a skilled sponsored visa.. nag check ako sa Engineers Australia and there are 2 paths (accredited and Non accredited qualifications) para mgpaassess. If not accredited kelangan gumawa ng CDR. Tanong ko lang po kung gumawa ka ng CDR? If so pwede makahingi ng tips kung pano ka ngstart.. thanks!!!

@jim Ok na ko sir sa CDR, successful na rin sa Engineer's Australia. For starters, kailangan nyo ng 3 projects, list nyo po dun yung duties and responsibilities nyo kada project (dapat covered lahat ng responsibilities as listed sa ANZSCO) Tapos mag-identify din kayo ng 3 problems you encountered and how you were able to solve them thru Engineering means. Tapos na po ba kayo sa IELTS? Requirement din po kase sa Engineer's Australia yun. Hope this helps. I can send sample CDRs kung kailangan nyo po.

@langgam37 nakapagexam na ko nung april 12. Antay na lng ako ng results. Sige po malaki tulong kung masesend nyo sakin yung sample ng CDR. Para alam ko kung pano magstart.. thanks

@langgam37, so far wala naman nabanggit yung mga previous employers ko and current employer ko na nag employment check sila. Baka kapag enough na siguro yung proof na naiprovide mo sa kanila, di na sila tatawag and siguro basta complete lang yung requirements nila dun sa COE, di na sila magchicheck.

@chiffonscarf, tama, so by latest na May 5, 2013, andun na rin kayo.. hehehe.. claim it sis! Congrats pala sa IELTS mo. sa wakas! Lodge na para tuloy tuloy na.. hehehe
