Hello. Anyone experience po sa pte account na nakalimutan password. But naka-ilang try muna ako bago ko i-forgot password. Nung nagpasok na ko new password. Successful naman but upon logging in again, the message was:

Alert: for security reasons, your session has been inactivated. This typically occurs when no activity has been detected. Pls start over.

I contacted a live chat customer service. Binigyan niya ko temporary password, but nung sign in ulit ako. Ganun pa din lumitaw. Nagchat ulit ako sa customer service. Nagbigay ulit new temp password. Nagmomitify naman sa email ko. Pero ganun pa din. Ayaw pa din. baka daw kasi ang dami ko tries nung una. Kaya nagkaganun. Should I wait for 24hours to try again?

marerecover ko pa kaya yung account ko? Naghihintay pa naman ako ng score from PTE exam ko yesterday

@summerlove maybe wrong error message yan, naencounter ko yang ganyang error message kapag nka login ako at wala akong kniclick sa website ni pearsons. Worth it siguro na maghintay k ng 24 hours kaya lng matagal na kabahan nga lng.

@Supersaiyan hi. Thanks sa reply. oo nga. But hindi naman siguro mawawala yung account mismo? Baka nag error lang sa dami ng tries ko na mali passwords. Kabang-kaba na kasi ko sa paghintay result. Na-rattle tuloy ako sa password. Di ko maalala. Maretrieve pa naman yun?

@summerlove, yup maretrieve pa yun basta coordinate ka lng sa support nila yun nga lang minsan matagal sila mag reply.

@summerlove, yup mageemail yun pero usually after 30 mins after mo mareceive yung email ska magkakalaman yung PDF file, minsan ksi blank sya.

Hello guys, tanong ko lang po. 2 kasi kaming mag mock exam,ang initial plan ay bibili kami pareho then after nung partner ko mag mock exam, ako naman ang gagawa. Same lang po ba yung content nung 2 gold kits? Kasi if ganun, 1 gold kit nalang kunin namin at makikinig nalang yung isa during mock exam.

I got my result. Pero ang sad, speaking ko is 46 oral fluency is 44 and pronuciation is 23? Gulat ako with the score kasi sa read aloud wala naman ako namali na word and tuloy tuloy ako magsalita as if normal conversation repeat sentence, medyo madami lang ako word na di nasabi. Baka yun yung naka apektado? Describe image is tuloy tuloy din ako using templates with conclusion pa nga. same with retell lecture, templates din ako and naka keep up naman ako sa pag jot down keywoards. Pero whhhhyy

Hayy nakaka down. Nakaka depressed pala talaga.

@beetle00, magkaiba po yung 2 sets ng PTE Gold Kit much better po kung yung isang set ay yung isa, tpos yung isa nman sa set B.

@summerlove, mukang di masyado narerecord yung boses nyo, either mahina o kaya mabilis or mabagal yung pacing. To correct, lakasan ang boses with proper pacing.

@Supersaiyan I think baka di nga masyado na record. If lakasan ko kaya mag improve? Kaso baka super lakas sabog maging dating? Hehe. (Yung katabi ko Ang lakas boses nya nung read aloud). Hehe

Sa totoo lang, natatakot ako kumuha ulit. Pero kailangan, at least now I know where I can improve more.

@summerlove, I suggest mag take ka po muna ng PTE mock exam, once na makakuha ka ng magandang grade doon sa speaking saka ka ulit pa book ng exam, iisang machine kasi nag grade sa mock at actual exam. Hanapin mo po muna kung anong strategy nagwowork sa inyo sa speaking.

@summerlove hi! I was super low in speaking on my first take also. Mabagal and soft spoken kasi ako nun- pero akala ko normal pacing lang ako. Narealize ko lang na ang bagal nung nag try ako magrecord ng voice ko. What I did was speak louder, faster and with less pauses. Nag try po ba kayo mag record din?

@dyanisabelle talaga? You were low din sa speaking? Nag take ka na ng 2nd exam? How was your it? Yun nga siguro mali ko. I never tried recording my voice.

Hindi pa man din, gusto ko mag thank you sa thread na to, sobrang down ako kahapon as in iyak lang talaga ako. But then, may mga nagbibigay tips lumalakas ulit loob ko and yung mga experience ng iba nababasa ko, nakaka-encourage.

@Supersaiyan @dyanisabelle yung position ng mic ko nga pala is may nabasa kasi ko na gitna daw ng chin and lips. So dun ko nilagay mic ko. Ok lang un?

@summerlove check my signature, I took the PTE 3x. On my 3rd take naka 90 na ako. Ganyan din naramdaman ko nung nakita ko yung score sa 1st and 2nd takes ko. Nagdrama pa nga ako dito nun hahahaha. Kasi alam kong maayos naman ako mag-english, pero kailangan lang talaga i-manage yung speaking in the way na acceptable sa computer. Madami din tumulong sakin dito sa forum, kaya don't be afraid to ask. kung parehas tayong soft spoken baka magwork din sayo yung ginawa ko.

Sa 1st 2 takes ko, between mouth and nose. Before mag 3rd take nag email ako sa Pearson, recommended daw nila mouth level pero 3 inches away. To be honest parang wala naman masyadong diff yang 2 positions nung nag sasample recording ako during the exam. Ang importante lang is hindi dapat maririnig yung breathing mo.

@summerlove, oks lang yan. hndi pa huli ang lahat basta kada take mo give your best and pray for wisdom always, basta tandaan mo kasabihan na "winners are those who never quit"

regarding sa positioning ng mic, check mo lng kung anong position ang hndi narerecord yung breathing mo, iba iba ksi tayo minsan ng way sa pag produce ng hangin kapag nagsasalita.

I passed the pte-a last jan23. (l/r/s/w-89/83/90/77). I modified yung mga templates shared by batman and heprex para magfit sa akin. Share ko lang yung sa speaking ko, hindi naman ganun ka-loud yung voice ko. Worry ko kase baka sobrang loud ng voice na hindi na ma-gets ni computer dahil sabog na yung dating sa kanya. Parang ang sensitive kase nung settings. Sa testing ng headset, initially naka-set sa middle yung level ng sound, sobrang lakas kaya I lowered it down. Same sa mic. Kaya parang malakas lang ng konti yung voice ko compared sa normal conversation ko. Hindi din ganun kalapit yung mic sa mouth ko. May parang intensity meter din displayed dun sa read aloud where you can see the intensity level of your voice. I downloaded yung speechnotes -speech to text on my mobile for practice sa speaking. I suggest this para macheck mo if nacapture ng computer yung words mo. Then I tried yung online desktop version sa google chrome nung papalapit na yung exam para mafeel din na nakababad ka sa headset. (nabasa ko lang dito na meron pala siya free online version, not sure if batman or heprex nagcomment, hehe). Gamit ko is yung genius headset when practicing. 270pesos yata yun. hehe. May video yung e2language ng pronunciation of words. Maganda din siya reference. AIso, I say the words na macapture dun sa speechnotes.co kahit hindi slang yung pagkasabi ko. Yung templates mahalaga dahil time-based yung exam. Sabi nga dun sa e2language, kahit native english speaker mahihirapan without template. Yung less difficult questions are nasa last part of every sections ng exam. That's all. Again thank you!

Guys tanong lang po, kukuha po kami ng pte mock exam gold kit, pwede po bang itake namin yung both exams at the same day? Mock exam A sa partner ko at mock exam b naman para sakin

Nasakin Po Yung mocktest B Ni Izanagi, bale balak ko pa din bumili nang gold kit bukod ditto, same Lang kaya ito Ng mismong content Ng mocktest?

@VirGlySyl AFAIK, same lang lahat ng mock test, kahit bumili ka ng ibang mock test, same questions per set A and B.
