    @jedh_g unfortunately, you can only pay it online as far as I know po. kasi they do not entertain din sa branch ng physical appointment unlike IDP and British Council for ielts. So talagang online lang po siya. You can use debit card. Maybe ask your friend or relative if you could use their card then just pay them nalang. That's what I did :)

    @engineer20 maybe as far as dibp is concerned.. although i checked kasi yung test report form ko ng pte result.. nakaindicate dun yung valid until and it's 2 years only from the time i passed it. so i took it last july 2015 then valid until is july 2017

    This is my first time to post in any forum.
    Just want to thank u for creating this thread!
    Laking tulong tlga sa scores ko especially the scripts sa describe image and retell lecture.

    Nag exam ako last Jan 26 and I got the results:
    L-74
    R-71
    S-85
    W-74

    listening- podcasts. Laking tulong nya especially sa repeat sentence. while nasa byahe papunta opis, instead na music puro podcasts ginamit ko.

    Speaking- follow the scripts in this thread.

    Reading- Dito ko nag struggle during my review. Just keep on reading editorials para ma widen vocabulary. Usually collocations din ung pag aralan.

    Writing- may standard template namin dito available online.

    @filipinacpa hi po. took PTE mataas lahat except sa speaking. 7.5 naman ako sa IELTS but sa PTE bagsak to 57 lang. huhu. ano po ba adjustments na ginawa nyo? sinunod ko nmn ung tip na mic 1 inch diagonal from chin tas lakasan boses. although i admit na mababa ako dun sa repeat sentence

    Dun po sa " cheat sheet", i post ko po later yung downloadable link pag nasa pc na ko..then kindly share nalang po sa iba pa na may need.. For other tips, you can view po yung blog site indicated in my signature

    @kymme sis if mataas lahat except speaking then baka sa speaking talaga.. Iwasan yung pag sasalita na may kasamang buga ng hangin.. Dapat as advised ni sis liaeous ay make sure na clear and crisp yung voice niyo. Wala po time limit sa pag mic test as far as i know kasi ako yung last time ko, it took me quite some time to start the exam kaka mic test.. D naman ako sinita.

    I don't think so na kung sa repeat sentence, if marami ka dyan mali.. Makaaffect dn dapat sa listening score mo sya..

    Can you please share yung detailed scores mo including yung sa enabling skills?

    And most importantly, don't give up! Ano man mangyari, sa Oz pa rin bagsak nating lahat.. :)

    @kayenzky If I remember it right, I think it's in USD po.. Yes helpful siya kasi it will give you a feel nung actual exam.. although i recommend, expect a much faster pacing ng mga questions sa actual exam.. medyo nabagalan ako sa gold kit.. but overall, yes very helpful po siya.. then use mcmillan too and master the tips/approach for every question type :) God bless!

    sa read aloud anu po ba mas advisable?, mabagal na pagbasa o ung kasing bilis ng mga native speakers? pansin ko pag nagpapractice ako nung speech recognition software, mas naccapture nya ung words pag mabagal lang e, worry ko nga lang baka mag suffer sa fluency pag binagalan ko.. anu tingin nyo guys?

    @paw07 Dapat parang natural lang talaga e. Kapag mabagal kasi, pwede mamisinterpret ng computer at magsuffer yung fluency. Galing sa score guide ng PTE Academic, ang hinahanap sa oral fluency ay "smooth, effortless and natural-paced delivery of speech."

    Pay attention dun sa punctuations tapos try mo rin i-emphasize yung mga important na words dun sa paragraph. Lastly, try to sound confident, kasi ang tendency yung boses lalakas talaga and mas magiging clear ang pronunciation.
